    Chicken and shrimp

Nahhhh this ain't it. The fries were cold. The shrimp was ehh, think breading falling off. The fish was ehh, no real seasoning. I don't know if i came on a bad day or what. I decided to try because I was coming through Katy thr other day. It had a high rating so I decided to try. The person taking the order was cool but overall the service was too slow, the food was too high especially for the quality you get. Again could have been a bad day. Feel free to try for yourself

I was actually surprised how good it was. Was just trying something new on Uber Eats and when the food came, it smacked! Will order again!

Robin was our server and she did great. The problem was the cooks in the kitchen. They may need some more training. Well, 2 of us ordered breakfast and 2 of us ordered dinner. The dinner portions both gave 2 thumbs up. 2 breakfast people were not as happy. First thing , plates came out to tables one at a time. Pet peeve of mine. It throws people dining experience off. Whoever cooked the breakfast one came out to greasy and the other came out almost after we were all done. She had asked for a scrambled egg on the side of her French toast and if you look at the photo it was a fried egg chopped up and the French toast was soggy. Only the kitchen to blame for that one. Now the impressive part, they acknowledged it right away and told us it would be taken off the bill, no worries and also served us a complementary dessert for the trouble. Now , that's how a situation should be handled. Hands on managers and making it right. I will give them that. They care about the customers. Everything that was brought out by our table looked very good and saw a couple things brought back to the line. We were sitting right beside the pick up area. It is a very family friendly restaurant and it was very busy. So I'm not going to bash this restaurant or review because I feel if they know- they will work to fix any future problems in the kitchen area. I can only review our situation with hopes that it helps with training. Your line managers did a great job at rectifying the situation.

According to her, and I did sample it, the rice cakes were chewy and sauce was flavorful and spicy. I thought it wasn't enough for 16$+ door dash fee, but she thought it was comparable to other places, but not as good as Mama Noodle who didn't offer door dash. We may go back and try their chicken since that's getting good reviews; however, the increased prices are a turn off. We took a star off for the wait and price.

That said, my go to order is the Soy Garlic and Honey Garlic Wings. They're crispy, juicy, not over sauced and cooked perfectly. I love the pickled radish though be forewarned if you're not used to them. They will stink but trust me. They taste better than they smell. One important note about Korean wings: since they're double-fried, the bones will break and splinter pretty easily so BE VERY CAREFUL about giving them to younger kids unmonitored. Other items I've tried and while good, not what I would drive here to get (especially with how expensive the wings are). Traditional Original: Reminds of me Hooters wings a little. A bit too plain for me and while they're good, the flavored wings are why I come here. Boneless wings - Tried a couple and while they're good, not worth the price. But we do get these for the younger kiddoes. Secret sauce wings: I'd skip these. Flavor isn't bad, but way over-sauced and the wings are borderline soggy. Needless to say, they don't have the same crisp the Soy Garlic and Honey Garlic wings have.

They always had good reviews and seen them mentioned many times on a local foodies FB page. And my brothers ofc is near by so we met here for lunch. 1- bring your appetite. 2 - you might need a to-go box. I did. They had so many choices. All look so appetizing. I went with the bacon avocado burger and onion rings. The pics don't lie. The burgers are massive I barely got down 1/2 and 2 ORs. Lots of bacon and chunks of avocado all held up by a huge patty and delicious bun. The rest would be for dinner. And it was. My brother went with the Lonestar. BBQ sauce, grilled onions and jalapeños and against, that huge patty. He was able get get all his gone but not sure how. Food was awesome and if you're a burger person, this is a bucket list stop. Pricing - we each got out as a combo meal and each was $16.95ish. So they're a bit pricy. But for portion size and quality it's a good deal. I got 2 meals off mine. Again, bucket list burger place. And they got more than burgers. The cashier said he had ate so much beef, he preferred the chicken wrap. Enjoy.

I was really excited to try Joy Love Burger. I know this place has been around for a while, but…read morethey definitely missed the mark for me and my coworkers. I ordered the cheeseburger, and while the burger is big, it still has to be put together well--and the bread should not be soggy at the bottom. Mine was, and the whole burger ended up being pretty messy. The onion rings had a cake-like texture--soft and sweet--but I think they could improve the batter so they stay a little sweet while still getting that crisp bite. The steak fries were not fresh at all and were extremely salty to the point of being uneatable. We only ate about half of our burgers, and the rest had to be discarded. It felt like a waste, especially since the steak fries had to be thrown out too. A few of my coworkers didn't enjoy their burgers either.
