I ordered online for curbside pickup since I had another errand to run in their vicinity. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was there was no assigned curbside pickup parking? I was really surprised at how packed BCW was last night. They've got a really cool patio with AstroTurf grass, which I've never seen before, along with several TVs outside. It was much bigger than I thought it was going to be. The staff was very nice, but it seemed like they could've used more because they were all moving fast and sometimes hard to find. Having worked in the food service industry I have to say that they could've been a little more observant to the customers. When I was a server, it was bad form for a customer to have to get up and go find someone to help them, or for a customer to have an empty drink. That said, our server Ike was very nice and polite. He seemed young and slightly inexperienced, but he did a great job considering. Our food was good and didn't take long to come out. This was pretty impressive because often times at wing places it takes a while, especially when there are that many customers. The wings are very good, but the customer service needs serious improvement. I ordered the 50-wing special, which is supposed to come with two sides, but they were missing from my order. When I asked about it, I was told the sides weren't part of the deal, which contradicts the advertised offer. To make things worse, I didn't even receive 50 wings.
