This was my first experience with this chain & truly one of the most disappointing meals I've eaten all year. Most of it ended up in the trash. They have an awesome weekday lunch special that gives you options to choose from and they come with a side (fries, sweet potatoes fries, tots, waffle fries etc) and a drink for $10. I was really surprised at how packed BCW was last night. They've got a really cool patio with AstroTurf grass, which I've never seen before, along with several TVs outside. It was much bigger than I thought it was going to be. The staff was very nice, but it seemed like they could've used more because they were all moving fast and sometimes hard to find. Having worked in the food service industry I have to say that they could've been a little more observant to the customers. When I was a server, it was bad form for a customer to have to get up and go find someone to help them, or for a customer to have an empty drink. That said, our server Ike was very nice and polite. The wings are very good, but the customer service needs serious improvement. I ordered the 50-wing special, which is supposed to come with two sides, but they were missing from my order. Food is GREAT best wings I've had so far in all of Houston. They have waffle or wedge cut fries both are phenomenal. The service friendly and good for a very busy place. Ambiance hmm personally I'd change the music to fit the crowd. The crowd is a mix of friends young adults with mostly mid age folk with kids families. So throw back 70's-90's.
