The burger definitely tasted different with the wagyu beef and the chili added a nice layer to it. The fries were crispy and well seasoned, and I like the pickled whole jalapeño touch with each meal. Straight Fire . Sad I hadn't checked this place out sooner. Loved the local vibes. I asked the cashier what he recommended and he suggested a few things from the menu (the Andrew Smash and the Javier Cheesesteak) and then pointed to literally Andrew and Javier who were in the kitchen preparing the burgers lol. He said Andrew was his little brother and Javier was his best friend that he grew up with. Absolutely Loved that! Burger did not disappoint. It was so juicy and just oozing flavors. Did not mind the mess at all. Another thing I ordered was the pickle fries which is something I've never seen and they were also incredible. Will definitely be coming back. We dropped into 713 Burger a few weeks back after seeing others on here post their experience. First thing I noticed walking in was the unmistakable smell of burgers on the grill. The cheesesteak and the cilantro jalapeño burger were amazing but the chili cheese fries stole the show. It would be hilarious if the chili was just out of the can and it wouldn't matter. Seriously the chili was that tasty. The added bonus was the Owner is from Alief and those of us fortunate enough to have grown up in Alief...let me just say we are a very proud bunch. Excellent burger spot! The burger was seasoned perfectly and the meat was super juicy you can really tell they use 100% Wagyu beef. The burgers are made to order, which makes a huge difference. I ordered the Jalapeño Smash Burger with loaded fries the first time I went and on my second visit, I had the Andrew Smash Burger with the Cheese Curds and a Banana Pudding dessert. It was all delicious! The service was fast and friendly. Both times I went, I received my food very quickly and the cashier was very helpful with suggestions. To top it all off, the decor lives up to the name of the establishment. Theres Houston sports jerseys on the wall and a really cool Houston themed mural. It is a must visit establishment! I can't wait for next time I go to try the fried pickles! read more
