First timer here and the staff was patient with us as we figured out our order. The ambiance is small but nice sitting area. I will say I'm impressed with their Tex Mex bowl with steak. I had a great meat and veggie rice portion that I couldn't finish my bowl. The chipotle aioli sauce was a great dressing to add to this bowl. I saw an ad for the Cookie Butter Milkshake that Pincho is only offering, it said, for a limited time. So after a festival near by, we stopped by for lunch. We were all hungry, but all of us are unfortunately on different food restrictions, but Pincho did not let us down. In addition to the delicious, creamy, sweet and smooth Cookie Butter milkshake, their Latin bowl, their 305 bowl and their smash burger and fries served deliciousness! The customer service was welcoming and ready to serve. They even brought our milkshakes first.....THEN utensils and our delicious food served hot and fresh. The Manager even came by to check on us to see how we were doing. Our mouths were too overwhelmed with flavor to speak to answer in the moment, so I'm leaving a review instead. Like the pincho, which = skewers, these were tender, juicy and not crazy spiced up. You dont need any sauce for these. They sell beers and wine, along with some teas and regular sodas. A bit on the pricey side and all al a carte which can make your lunch total feel like quite a bit. I ordered the vaca Frits bowl and it was good on its own but the cilantro salsa was the kicker! So so good and like I said, I have had it twice already. My coworker had the chicken kabob plate and she loved it. The rice is really perfect and well made. Trying their burger today. 8.26.23 We tried the burgers and fries today. Sadly we did not like them. I ordered a "hamburger" & fries. My hubby ordered a cheeseburger & fries. My burger had lettuce, onions & American cheese on it. Ugh. I don't like American cheese on my burgers. The meat had too much seasoning on it. My hubby's "cheeseburger" had nothing on it-just cheese. No lettuce,tomato or onions. Just meat, bread and cheese. Oh and way too much seasoning on the meat. It made the meat taste like a salt burger. We found it weird that his cheeseburger had nothing on it but they said that's the way it comes. We will not be ordering this again. The service was also very bad. Pincho is a successful burger chain in Miami, Florida, and it is planning a major expansion into Houston, so this is the first of six Pincho restaurants planned for Houston. I was able to sample several of their signature dishes and there are a couple of real gems that deserve checking out, particularly some unique sides. I want to complement them for their burger buns, which are freshly baked Brioche-type bread far superior to that at a typical fast-food place. This is an excellent foundation for a burger. The Bacon Me Gouda burger was flavorful with the right amount of balance between the central beef patty and the supporting condiments. Highly recommended. The Birria burger seemed identical to the Hopdoddy Birria, and I couldn't tell which was better. The fried cheese was also better than most. People on Keto can have a great meal with the fried cheese and the meat kabobs, and throw in a salad, essentially no carbs at all. At the other end of the spectrum, the sweet potato tots served with apple butter are almost a dessert dish. -- little balls of sweet potato pie. Delightful. So, the Food was 5 Stars. This is an Order at the counter, pour-your-own-drink sort of "fast-casual" place with fast food-type hard seating designed to encourage you to eat and leave. Small footprint and is a little noisy. This place is across from my job so of course I wanted to try them since they opened. A friend and I went for lunch Friday. When walking in I was surprised of the layout and how small it is. This is only in comparison to other restaurants within the strip. The place has a relaxing vibe. They were understaffed but the young lady at the counter did not let that affect her or the service she was providing. Both of our burgers were really good and well seasoned but they were not hot only room temperature. My cajun fries were room temperature as well and the seasoning did not really stick to the fries. My friends sweet potato tots were nice and hot. Both came with a dipping sauce which was nice since I don't like ketchup. The fries were average, the dipping sauce was just ok, the burgers were just ok. The meat was great but the sauce just wasn't for me or my husband. In my mind I was thinking just having a meat patty and nothing else if I were to order a burger again. Now, we did try a beef kabob and that was amazing!!! I would go back for the kabob and to try the chicken next time! The drink station was clean and had great selection of soda pop and non bubbly drinks (teas and lemonades). It comes with a piece of naan as well. My boyfriend likes to get the perfecto burger. Both meals are always delicious. I never have any complaints, the food is always hot when I pick it up, and always tastes so good! I will say though that their burgers are on the pricier side when compared to the amount that you get, but it is filling so I think it balances out. The sauce was forgotten, along with the Apple Butter that was meant to come with the Sweet Potato Tots. On the other hand, the Sweet Potato Tots were pretty good and worth ordering. I really enjoyed the Cajun Fries, the seasoning has the perfect little kick and they're fried nicely. the type of fry you'd want seconds of. I came here a few weeks ago accompanied by my husband and our daughter. My daughter and I had previously experienced what this culturally diverse restaurant has to offer and we absolutely loved every minute of it. However, this was my husband's very first visit and we couldn't wait for him to try the delicious cuisine here, especially since we had been bragging about it immensely. Because he is such a tough critic when it comes to food, I was dying of suspense hoping that he was going to enjoy this establishment that I have come to fancy tremendously. Since I know my husband well, I know that he cannot pass up the opportunity to try a great and tasty burger. I ordered the shrimp kebab platter which was accompanied by two sides of my choice. I went with a side salad, and black beans with rice. I also ordered a chicken kebab for my hubby to sample. My daughter and husband ordered the Pincho Burger with a side of sweet potato tots. Hmmm...slightly disappointed on the level of service and cleanliness of the restaurant. I DO love Pincho, don't get me wrong. The burgers here are amazing and the Yelp event I attended was probably the best one to date from all the ones I've attended, but I was quite disappointed in the service. I was willing to let the dirty table and the crumbled up paper towel in the sink of the women's bathroom pass, but when the staff member at the register brought out the wrong order and didn't catch it, nor did she apologize for getting our order wrong, that was a bit off putting. I know 100% that I said Bacon me Gouda, but she charged me for the black magic burger...and I'm glad I caught it before I even took a bite... she was not apologetic but she did bring me a To go box for the black magic burger... then once my bacon me Gouda burger came out, there was barely any bacon inside my burger...if it's called a Bacon me Gouda, I expect a good portion of bacon in my burger, but what I got were bits of small crushed burnt up Pieces of bacon scraps sprinkled on my burger and barely any at that...super disappointing!!
