Very bad customer service. I was served cold food as the order was prepared more than an hour earlier than i asked. I tried to speak to the manager and the kid at the front told he is the manager. He told me that it is not his problem of serving cold because it didn't show on his computer. I showed him the email with the order time but he DID NOT even bother to acknowledge and kept arguing. They have a drive, though, and are located right next to the new gas station on Barker Cypress near West Road. I would recommend ordering for pickup online. Quicker and easier for sure! Their famous pink sauce is tangy and spicy. Super good! White sauce is equally flavorful. Love theory red spicy sauce that really gave it that kick! I have seen advertisements for Oh Mmm Gyros on social media and was glad it was close by to try. I'm not going to lie most places attached to a gas station seem skeptical at first but then they are usually the best. I first did a Door Dash order which everything was accurate to my order when getting my meal. I ordered the Beef Gyro bowl. I did the sauce on the side because I did not want a drench of sauce in my bowl. I realize then the small white sauce on the side isn't enough and it clicked I could have added more. The pink sauce is spicy so I would get that on side for sure and dab it into your bowl as you eat. The food tasted fresh, clean and delicious. I really like how you can custom it as you go and the touch of pickles is nice. Never had a gyro bowl with pickles. My second visit I went inside and ordered. Food tasted just as good as the first time so that's a plus for the consistency. I asked for sauce on the side again but for 2 white this time. When I did I found out it cost extra 69 cents. I was confused because if you let them spread it in the bowl its way more than two small containers. **shrugs** They said just ask for light sauce and one on the side next time. The chicken was chicken breast and was a little dry and needed some seasoning. The rice was good and I liked the sauces. The pink sauce turned my platter into a Barbie pink colored dish (my husband wasn't too fond of the color). I added a few dabs of the red sauce and it added a lot of flavor. I made my chicken platter into a salad by removing the rice. I liked having the option to make something low carb. Prices are around 11.99 for a chicken platter. Went here with a couple of friends after work. I never expected the food to be this good at a place that's connected to a gas station; definitely exceeded expectations! The employees were so kind, patient, and welcoming. They let us take our time on deciding our orders and even helped explain some of the items on the menu. I had ordered the combo platter with beef and chicken. Great amount of rice and veggies with the proteins, they stuff the box up! Horrible customer service!! Love the food here and have always had positive experiences until today. We ordered $130 worth of food (as we typically do for our family of 6). The order was tied up in bags and when we got home we realized we were missing 1 order of fries. We called to let the restaurant know and the man who answered (refused to give his name or let me speak to manager) continually told me he gave us all of the fries.
