I tried their new wraps, the first one I tried was the Cali, it was very excellent. I was going to eat half and bring the other one home to eat the next day however it was so good I ate the whole thing. A couple days later my husband and I came back and we split the Caesar wrap. It's a toss up which one is better. I can't wait to try the jalapeño. I love the tortilla wraps. They are excellent. read more

Ethan was great! He walked me through my first ever visit and even told me about downloading the app for perks

The closest Sweetgreen to me... I crave their salads every once in a while. This location has a good amount of parking and it's clean as expected. I tried their steak recently and it wasn't the best... so I would stick to their chicken. But always get the spicy cashew dressing. If they sold it by the bottle I would purchase it. It's that good. read more

Eliza is the best!! Super sweet and funny. Honestly all the workers are amazing here. Great location - service is always top notch when I visit and they don't skimp on servings. Location is always clean and not too busy. Of course the cost isn't what it use to be but I still enjoy The hot honey chicken read more

This was our first time at this place, and we loved it. As soon as we walked in, Omar greeted us with a lovely, positive smile. That was the start of three starts. We took our time and then ordered the most delicious salad for ourselves. The food was fresh and nicely presented. The indoor area was very clean. This place has a great location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend. Please try. Thanks, Omar, for representing your workplace with a smile. read more

I usually really like sweet green but I recently had a poor experience with this one. The employees were just not helpful. They ran out of salmon and I had to wait 10 mins for them to make a new one. Then we went and asked for a lid and they took 5 mins just to say they don't do lids. Then went to ask for some bread then they said they have no bread and have to make more. They never made it. Just an overall poor experience read more

The employees were polite and professional and helpful. All the food was fresh and delicious and healthy.

Service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. One option that was rare was the golden quinoa, which was available.

First time coming here! :) It's located in a good location of plaza! I like the vibe of this restaurant as they look fresh looking ! :) I had a bowl of crispy rice salad ! Since I am vegetarian I asked for roasted tofu as a substitute for chicken! The staff was very kind and generous about topping and she was very friendly. Her name was Emily, very nice and hard worker! :) By the time when I got here, there was a little line but I got to the service area within 5 mins of arrival. The salad really good with tons of arugula, roasted tofu, mushroom, quinoa, almond and other kinds of nuts and generous amount of crispy rice! One mistake I made was I asked for generous sauce and it definitely overpowered the food (my bad) but it was very good still! Also I had a piece of toast and a bottle of hibiscus berry + clover tea! I had a definitely good fun experience here! All ingredients were fresh and I ate them all without guilty! :) Definitely will be back if I'm around! Come for those who are craving for greens! :) Cheers read more

Thomas was amazing friendly and talked me through my order I will be back as I haven't been in a while !

Thomas is so awesome! He's always patient and goes out his way to make sure he explains pricing and is SO helpful and kind.

Ethan was absolutely a pleasure ! Informative, friendly, passionate and great energy !!!

What can I say, that I have not already said before about this company, that I have not already said before? I've never been disappointed by the service, the sweet green phone app, or the selection of food. This company as a whole with its plant-forward menu is already are on average 30% less carbon-intensive than the average American meal. This is only the second location I've been to and by far the most prepossessing venue I have had the pleasure of experiencing. From the marketing to the packaging of food, sweet green has managed to plant itself in my mind at the ultimate "salad", health-conscious venue. Now if somehow they were to have a drop of a burger... It's a wrap. ...get it? "A wrap" lol read more

Literally the sweetest staff. As a first time customer to a "Sweetgreen" chain, they definitely made the visit memorable. They gave me many recommendations to help my indecisive mind come to truly delicious conclusion. The food was fresh and light, yet still filling. The space was pretty large and quiet - perfect atmosphere for studying. Edit: incorrect star rating. read more

They close at 8 PM!!!!! I arrived at 8:15 PM, looking forward to getting dinner. On both Yelp and on Google Maps, their hours are listed as 10:30 AM - 9 PM, daily. However, when we arrived, an 8 was scribbled over the 9 PM for their hours. Is it that difficult to update the hours online? Can the business please update these simple things to make it more accessible for others? Anyways, the location is great, with ample parking, and a beautiful lake right next to it. Very friendly for kids, and also a nice walk around the lake if you have time. Can't comment on the food, because they close early!!!! read more

I don't know why this place has a 3 star rating. Every time I come here the workers are so kind and friendly, the food is always fresh and the focaccia bread is AMAZING. Every time I'm in Towne Lake, I eat here! read more

Good food, however one of the staff members with colored hair is rude and very passive aggressive. Love the food and I will order here again but I really didn't appreciate the rudeness of that employee and I'm not one to complain much either. read more

Service is fantastic. All the workers are very friendly. The worker that says " Hey Friend!!!!" Is awesome .?Food is fresh and tasty.

Like others have mentioned they're a little stingy with protein portions. I ordered the crispy rice bowl. As you can see in my picture it had maybe 6-7 small pieces of chicken. The cashew sauce had a kick to it, but it was a little overbearing. The workers gave good customer service, and place was clean inside. There's not very much seating, but I got my order to go. It's a great option if you're trying to eat healthier ingredients, and need something quick. But for me the price wasn't worth it. read more

Staff is great! Food is always so good, no matter what I get. It's my go-to place for lunch!

Friendly customer service and quick too :) They answered all my questions about the new menu items and it tasted yummy yummy

The food is great but the service is TERRIBLE. I've had such a terrible experience at this location every single time. The one on Walker and Main is the only one I go to when I'm at work. I really wish I could go to the one close by my house but it's a nightmare every single time. read more

came here on a whim for dinner and i'm glad i did. both the employees that were there to serve my girlfriend and i were super nice and personable. the food itself was AMAZING. i got the crispy rice bowl and my girlfriend got the chicken avocado ranch bowl. both were amazing! ingredients were fresh, portions were perfect, and our servers asked questions about customization (sauce inside vs on the side, lime squeeze or a wedge, etc). please try the spicy cashew sauce. 10/10! read more

Eliza had the best customer service I've experienced in a while. She even offered to provide a sauce mix I would not have considered and it was delicious. Pesto mixed with hot honey. This recommendation was based on my unique order. She also informed me every time I requested a premium option. The food is always delicious: broccoli, avocado, salmon, peaches and cucumber. Thank you Eliza! read more

Always fresh ingredients and quick and friendly service. Ordering from the app is super quick and easy.

Tried to order yesterday and today they keep canceling the orders , when you call them they just hang up on you

Food is excellent. Fresh options to choose from. Great atmosphere & music. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I love how fresh and vibrant all of their salad toppings are here! This is a vegans dream as there's lots of protein offerings from lentils, tofu, and quinoa- as well as delicious hot veg and cold toppings. The only negative I would say is if you like a huge salad like me, then it's expensive. But I am willing to pay for what I want and I like a lot of food. The employees working were very friendly and informative on all the up charges. Also the restaurant itself if very clean, and has a California vibe with its commitment to sustainability which I loved. read more

I love sweet green and this location is fine as far as sweet greens come. The people are very friendly and will let you sample things if you ask. The only issue I have with this particular location is that there is not a ton of seating inside so you are limited as to where you can sit if you want to dine in. You can sit outside though so that's nice. The portions for each topping are kind of small (they didn't do a heaping spoon like many other locations). Plus it's slightly ridiculous for avocado to be an additional $2 and park crisps/kale slaw to be an additional $1.50 but I digress, it's an upscale salad bar. I'll be back for the spicy broccoli, sweet potato, and the spicy cashew dressing soon. read more

I really don't understand the hype over sweetgreen. The veggies seem fresh but the food is lacking. I was most disappointed by the protein. They were very stingy with the protein AND I got double portion. I got the blackened chicken...blackened chicken doesn't mean burnt chicken y'all. The chicken was also chopped so tiny that you barely felt like you ate any chicken. For the price point, skip this place and go to Cava. Heck I rather go to Salata if I really wanted a salad. read more
