Great restaurant. The pizza was delicious. They were generous on the toppings for the Big Don. The Alfredo pastas were flavorful and full of chicken and spinach. Wished they had a shrimp option. House salad was full of veggies beyond the lettuce. The staff were friendly. The restaurant had a clean interior and exterior. A warm and welcoming. Would recommend. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Enjoyed my lunch hour here. The place is clean and new and has a friendly customer service team. No line this day so I got right to the counter. They were doing a $9 for two items special so I got the personal pizza and a half a sandwich. Great deal! Spacious inside. Pizza was what it needed to be. Sandwich was very good. I got the Italian. A little greasy but all good. I'll definitely stop by again. It's near my job and across the street from the Berry Center.

Order and pay at the counter. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and well as alot of parking due to it being in a shopping center. They have different specials daily. Overall the food was good. Only wish the had more vegetarian/plant based options

I've been eyeing this place, waiting for it to open, since I drive by it all the time. It opened recently and my family went for dinner. I haven't heard of chicago thin crust pizza before looking up Crust, but but I want to say the main difference is it isn't super thin like NY pizza and it is round but cut into squares (not slices). I really liked the meatball appetizer. It comes with cheese bread on the side. It is a tad salty, but eating it with the garlic bread evens it out. I could eat this as a meal. I will order it again. We had the pepperoni supreme pizza 14 inch and kids cheese pizza. It was a lot of food for us and ended up taking half the pizza home. We heated it up in the air fryer and ate it the next day and it was still good. They have zucchini noodles, so you can have a low carb meal if you want to. You can make any of the pizzas or pastas low carb with the zucchini noodle option. I love a good low carb option that is not just a salad. Also, Tuesdays kids eat free!

Went in for dinner with my bf and we got chicken Alfredo to share and it was our first time trying and will have to say 10/10 it was so warm and tasty we left the plate clean. Then we went in with a pineapple pepperoni pizza was so good and cheesy and there was a good amount of toppings they weren't stingy with it so that's a plus 10/10. We also got a Caesar salad but forgot to take a picture we immediately went into to and enjoyed it. Now the dessert, it was good and warm but only the downside is that it was too warm that the cookie fell apart and it just became a soup I wish the cookie was hard enough to bite into it and not have it all soggy that it literally becomes into a soup with the ice cream. Other than that the service was a 10/10 Jaivon was fun and outgoing definitely made us feel welcomed, his service and the rest of everyone was the best definitely felt taken care off.

Very cute little neighborhood pizza place. Not real big. Offer counter service and then brought to you. A good variety of specialty pizza and pastas as well. The service was pretty fast and the employees were all very nice. If you're in the area you should stop by. We had the BBQ chicken pizza.

Food isn't great period. Setting is sub par, like a going out of business pub. The service is par at best. No friendly interaction with the employee.

Really like this spot! Mainly because of their pick 2 lunch special. With that, you get to try 2 options for a great price. Really nice if you have a hard time picking like me. I got the greek salad and an individual pizza with banana peppers and pepperoni. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Definitely check this place out.

Overall, I found the food to be very flavorful, well seasoned, and unique. My daughter and I actually ended up liking each other's meals more than our own, so we switched plates, which worked out well. We also ordered a few extra items, including wings and yams. The pounded yam was interesting and very different from anything I usually eat. It is probably not something I would go out of my way to order again, but I am glad I tried it and now understand a little better how it is eaten. The one disappointing part of the visit was the ordering experience. The young man who rang us up was polite, but he was unable to make any recommendations. He said he had been working there for about three months and still could not really suggest what to order. For someone like me, who is unfamiliar with this type of food, recommendations would have been very helpful. I would have appreciated some guidance on the most popular dishes, common choices, or what first-time customers usually enjoy. That said, the owner was extremely kind. She came out to our table, spoke with us, and helped explain how to eat some of the food we had ordered. I really appreciated that. She came across as a very sweet person, and based on her hospitality alone, I would come back to support the business. This style of food may not personally be my cup of tea or something I will crave often, but I respect the flavor, the care, and the local business behind it. I would give Bantu House four stars. It could have been closer to 3.5 for me personally, mostly because of the lack of ordering guidance, but the owner's kindness and the quality of the food pushed it to four.

The table we chose was clean, but the seats and floor weren't. The host kindly cleaned it up for us. We sat for quite a while before asking a staff member for water. We also requested lemons, but they never came, so we let it go. We ordered large bowls of chicken pho, and that was definitely the highlight. The portions were generous and packed with flavor, with a great balance of chicken and noodles. Midway through the meal, we ordered lemonade. The host didn't seem too happy about it and went to the back for a while. It seemed like it might be made from powder since she grabbed ice from the front machine. Then we found out it was $5, which was surprising. Service-wise, it felt a bit off at times, but you could tell they were trying. We did share a few laughs with the male waiter, which helped the experience. At checkout, we got a percentage off for Mr. Pho's 7th anniversary at this particular location, which was a nice touch.

It's been quite a long time since I was here and as I was in the neighborhood I decided to stop by again today. Remembering how good they were last time, I ordered the Oma's Frikadellen (grandma's recipe for all-beef meatballs). I like a good German meatball and these were tender and juicy. There was a choice of red cabbage or sauerkraut as a side; having confirmed they made the sauerkraut in-house themselves, had to order that because I know it's super healthy to eat. Better yet, that sauerkraut was almost perfect with a great flavor, but not too tart and just really a delicious version. Honestly I could've eaten a huge bucket load of that sauerkraut and I may buy some to go someday just to have it on hand in my refrigerator; a slight warm and it would be a wonderful side to serve guests. Dessert was a wow! I wanted to try a dessert that they made themselves and so I couldn't help but go with one of the dessert specials of the day. There were several options available not on the menu and although it was tempting to try the tiramisu or one of the three versions of crème brûlée they make, I decided to go with their homemade limoncello cake which turned out to be a delicious choice that I'm very happy about. Waiter Ty said it was one of his favorite desserts here and I could taste why -- moist cake, flavor-filled filling, whipped cream and with blueberries to decorate the plate. In fact it was so yummy that I decided that so someday soon I would order one with a couple days notice and then take it to my family's place next time I go over for dinner - what I don't know is whether I'll tell them the truth or try and pretend that I made it myself LOL :-) Update: the next day I did call to order an entire cake and it didn't last very long once the family dug in, got gobbled up because it had an intense great lemon flavor, wonderful.

The Kung pao Brussels sprouts slightly sweet and sour, and the spicy, crispy, chicken...well it'll numb your mouth, and it will be worth it. Somehow they've found the sweet spot (not literally) by creating that classic Sichuan tongue numbing spice, without creating a spicy dish per se. Apart from the numbness, the dish reads more savory than anything else.
