    Baked Mac & Cheese
    Adrian S.

1st time trying Crust Pizza, for a large chain pizza restaurant we were satisfied. The Bridgeland location is nice, there are 2 other restaurants in the area and HEB. Service was great and efficient. Really like their baked mac & cheese. Would go again!

    Our daughter loved the pizza!

First visit with family- food was really good!!!! A lot of pizza places in the area, but their pizza was excellent and stands out. All of us enjoyed it. Kids also liked the pasta. We will definitely be back! A nice plus: They have little balls of pizza dough for kids to play with while waiting for food, which kept them busy.

The pizza that wasn't even close to what we ordered

Stay far away. My wife ordered two pizzas; pepperoni and basil, and a half cheese, half pepperoni. Not only did they say they ripped the pizza in half on accident and made her wait an extra 30 min, they flat out gave us a random hodge podge pizza with every topping they have it seems like. Quality was awful, I honestly hoped for it to fall on the floor for the dog to eat it to spare us from having to eat it. Even the kids didn't like it and they eat just about anything. Truly awful, stop by HEB and grab a frozen pizza on your way home instead of dropping in here.

I ordered the meatball pho which was delivered in a Texas size bowl! (Ask for cilantro t o top it off for a yummy experience and a to go container for what you don't finish!) Their version of fried dumplings was unique and the exterior was lighter than most with the filling being meat. The spring rolls were a decent size and the peanut dipping sauce was good. Hubby ordered the pork bahn me (sp?(, and he really enjoyed it We're stuffed! My only complaint is that one song that played was really loud.... interesting hearing some oldies sung by a Vietnamese person... Wasn't crazy about the game decor either. Will definitely eat here again!

I got Thai tea with boba and my kid got milk tea with boba. They were delicious! But this is not a teahouse type place. They have more of a food menu versus a teahouse/drink menu. They might have hot tea and green tea but I am just guessing! Call before you go if you are looking for a specific type of drink. The inside was clean. Nice decor. Awesome painting in the middle of the big wall congratulating them on 3 or 4 years of business. And they have cool electronics to look at BUT NOT TOUCH! They are display only. Pretty cool. I'm guessing rare and expensive Nintendo systems from Asia. Very cool. And authentic games still in plastic cases (similar to Blockbuster but not blockbuster). Very pungent food aromas. Like garlic and vinegar. My mom really likes their Vietnamese sandwiches.

A SUB ABOVE ALL In…read morethe past, I've always frequently ordered my subs from Subway or Jason's Deli, and nowhere else. I've had Jersey Mike's samples over the years at parties and various events, but I've never had the experience of what they fully have to offer in a sub. Although I love a good sandwich/sub, I don't eat them as much as I used to in the past. However, I was really in the mood for a great tasting sub on this particular day and decided that this was a wonderful opportunity to see what Jersey Mike's is all about. When I walked into the building, I was not greeted by any of the workers that were behind the ordering counter. Although they saw me and heard the door chime when I walked in, they were all concentrating on the task in front of them. I stood there for about two minutes or so before someone finally acknowledged my presence and asked me if I wanted to order anything. I'm looking at him like, "duhhh yes I would like to order something. Do you think I'm just standing here for fun?" But I decided not to say that out loud and to keep it friendly, lol. Anyway, I already knew what I wanted to order because I had searched the menu online before making the trip. The guy that waited on me was friendly and cordial. However, he did not offer an apology for allowing me to wait without informing me that someone would be with me momentarily. Good customer service is to greet the customers upon entering any establishment and if you're busy with some other task at the moment, one just has to simply say, "I will be with you in a moment ma'am/sir." It's not calculus. It's really that simple to just say those few words to a paying customer so that they won't get the feeling that they're being ignored. I felt very uncomfortable and I nearly walked out without ordering. If I had been ignored a second longer, I would have walked away. Moving along, I ordered the Turkey and Provolone sub which is one of their cold subs. For my add-ons, I asked for banana peppers, hot chopped pepper relish, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, black pepper, and mayo all on white bread. Guys when I bit into the first bite, the flavors of the hot chopped pepper relish infused with the flavors of the onions and banana peppers exploded in my mouth like 4th of July fireworks. The chopped pepper relish appeared to be chopped red peppers, but done just so like pickled relish. I've never heard of it or tried it before, but it really set the sandwich off. It was absolutely delicious with a bit of a spicy kick. I kept thinking to myself, "now this is a sub!" I couldn't stop taking bites and I knew that I needed to take a moment to breathe and then continue but it was so delicious that I just couldn't help myself. I finished that sub in record time. In conclusion, Jersey Mike's is a legit sandwich shop that serves fresh and great tasting subs. I truly enjoyed my sandwich immensely! The bread was fresh and flavorful and the turkey was also fresh. I hate it when I order a sub and the meat has that un-fresh taste because it's old. It throws everything off and makes me sick to my stomach. Jason's Deli is known for serving old-tasting meat on their sandwiches, which is why I stopped ordering from them in the past. I really liked Jersey Mike's and I believe I will patronize them again in the future but at a different location. Hopefully, this location will work on their customer service skills because it matters significantly. I gave them three stars for their delicious sub. However, the dining area is tiny and was a bit cluttered and messy during my visit because a worker was using some of the area and had boxes and other stuff on the tables. I could hardly get inside the door upon entering and exiting because of this. I'm glad that I was getting my sandwich to go because the atmosphere was not inviting at all. I do not recommend this location because they need to make some serious adjustments when it comes to good customer service and creating an environment that's clean, friendly, and welcoming for all of their paying customers.

I ordered a regular Mike's Famous Philly and my hubby ordered a regular size Big kahuna cheesesteak. We did not get chips or a drink. Just the great sandwiches. The only difference between the two sandwiches is: his comes with jalapeño peppers mine does not and I got rid of the bell peppers in my sandwich. They put so much meat on my sandwich I should have only ate 1/2. I see a nap in my future now! My husband and I are so fully from our sandwiches. They are doing free delivery if you order online. I opted to go pick ours up. The owner was there and I believe his name was Scott;(forgive me if that's not his name)and he was so nice and friendly. The whole restaurant was cute & SUPER clean! Normally I would have stopped and taken some photos of the restaurant but since we are dealing with COVID-19 these days - I just dashed in and dashed out. I will be happy to take photos next time! Thanks for a great lunch.

Being from NY/NJ, I've had my share of bagels, and while this is a nice sandwich, it isn't a bagel. I'm not going to speak of their espresso coffee machine bc...I guess I've become a bit of a coffee snob, but I've now visited on 2 occasions and feel comfortable speaking to the bagels. The sesame is fine with lox cream cheese, and the lox sandwich on onion was a filling breakfast. I additionally tried the chocolate pastry, and while they were kind enough to warm it for me, I likely would not order it again. It resembles a pain au chocolat if you compressed all of the fluffy, flaky layers. I came at the best time, because right after I ordered a steady and I mean steady hoard of locals arrived. They seem to stay busy! The couple who ordered after me, did receive their order before me and I felt somewhat unwelcome (still not sure what it was my first visit), but my second visit was fine. As the closest bagel shop to me, I'm sure I'll be back!
