I love coming to Crust Pizza! This was my second time at this location and came for the Silent Bookclub event they hosted and did a fabulous job! The waiter assisted me with ordering the popular pizza Carls Jr which was delicious. They served me right away and always checked in with us throughout the night. I had a great time here and will come again. I will say the only thing that was difficult for our group was the seating but other than that it was great. read more

Saturday evening 6.28.26 7:30pm we ordered a pizza based off our last order . I will say there was a misunderstanding on our part due our last order being over 6+ months prior. We do not eat meat but did order a Tuscan pizza & a Dom which included a meat lovers. The meat lovers preordered was for a different family member . When we reordered over the phone it wasn't clear the Dom meat lovers was apart of the order otherwise we would have corrected immediately. Upon arrival of pick up 2 pizzas were presented . I explained we didn't want the meat lovers . I paid for the pizza then quickly advised we wanted a refund of the erroneous pizza . The young man Christopher Mena refused to refund monies for pizza , said he would call his manager . It appeared the kid was lying hiding behind a wall peeking out pretending to call his manager . Christopher proceeded to lie , telling me his manager refused the refund approval. After several discussions with this young man explaining to him this was a misunderstanding he continued to refuse us the refund . He offered 2 personal pizzas as peace offering . I advised the young man at this point I would never return and now I just want my money back . I asked for his name , his managers name ( REI CANAVA) and contact number . Who knows if these names are even real since I was told lie after lie. Surprisingly after yet another hidden wall phone call , his manager approved the refund . I wasn't rude to this young man , I didn't yell , I didn't curse . But I was very firm letting him know I would not return ever to eat at crust pizza again based off this interaction and I no longer trust my food would be prepared safely, if you will lie to my face you will do anything and playing with my food is not worth his employment or my freedom. We don't eat pizza often or eat out hardly at all , it was a fluke we were even ordering. Another young man came forward to proceed w the return process . VICTOR never asked for my card however I was told a refund for the pizza would hit my account in 2 days . My next step is corporate. Recently tried Crust Pizza Co in cypress for the first time this week. This restaurant is comparable to the famous food chain Mod Pizza where you get to customize your own pizza to your desired taste and toppings. Crust Pizza Co includes additional pre-selected pizzas among other food items & appetizers that you can order from. I love building my own own pizzas and I am a topping lover clearly so I made sure to use all 10 of my toppings. The staff was very friendly. It's a walk up to order restaurant and they bring the food out to you once it's ready. Lots of indoor & outdoor seating with booths and tables-- and lots of TVs on the walls playing sports games. Great place to check out if you're looking for something quick and yummy. I'm a big fan of the sun dried tomato topping & smoked mozzarella. I always forget this is a franchise. Each location feels so incredibly different. With the combo of metal, wood and brick, this particular location has an industrial feel but everything still feels bright, clean, new, and suburban. I personally prefer an edgier vibe, but that's just me. If you're unfamiliar with the franchise, you have 2 size options (a 10" and a 14" pie), sliced in square/rectangular pieces and brought to your table for easy consumption. As far as the service, there was a bit of a miscommunications on what was on the Serrano chile pizza. When it arrived to my table, it was clear the cashier made a mistake, but it was not acknowledged and I wasn't going to have them remake the pizza after all of the back and forth at the counter. The pie itself was flavorful after adding salt and pepper, but surprising lacking in spice. The Serrano sauce was placed under the cheese in place of the marinara (similar to ordering a pie with bbq sauce.) It's not the pie for me, but I'm glad I tried it. My fiancés pepperoni rolls arrived to the table piping hot, and had the perfect cheese pull. According to them, they hit the spot. Their Cinnamon stick dessert uses a totally diff dough. It's spongier and pancake like. They might be more my style if cooked harder or smothered in cream cheese icing instead of drizzled in icing with a side of chocolate sauce. We were welcomed when we walked in and greeted when we left, and that alone encourages me to give them another try. This franchise received so much love, so I hope I just found them on an off day. read more

This is our new favorite pizza spot to dine in or even pick up to go. I love that the pizza is thin crust. We have tried the Magheria Pizza with and without pepperonis, Big Don's Meat & Cheese, Wyatt's BBQ Chicken they are all good. My son tried the mac and cheese. The tomato basil soup is really good as well along with the side salads. Alec is always on point with his customer service. He is so kind and always greets us with a warm smile and so friendly. Ordered delivery and was provided an incorrect order. I called the store and was told that I need to contact door dash to correct even though it was ordered through their website. Pizza was barely warm when delivered and the wings were tiny so don't waste your money. Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from. Maybe the in store experience is different. This was my first trip to this location. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable and was able to answer the questions we had. Our salads were brought out quickly. The amount of dressing was perfect for the size of salad. When the pizza came out, it was piping hot and looked fantastic. The toppings were plentiful and one bite showed me how fresh everything was. So after my last review, the owner encouraged me to return for a better experience (no, we weren't incentivized to do so). We wanted to give it another try, because the pizzas were pretty decent. We ordered to-go, and tried a a couple new ones, including my son's favorite from our first visit, the pepperoni supreme. Definitely go for the double stuffing, this was worth it. My wife also really liked the margherita. The pizzas were probably worth more than this rating, but our pizzas were not ready at the time they told us to pick up. After having to drive nearly 30 minutes to pick up, they were not ready and it was another 30 minutes before they were ready. For this reason primarily, I'm keeping this a 3-star. I understand things happen and orders can be later than wanted, but you're the one that gave us a pickup time. read more
