Our order for pizza was wrong and the chicken wing were very old you couldn't even eat them.

We were driving to get a fan at Loews and this place was right there. We have been there before but now I'm reviewing. We ordered the everyday special of a one topping medium and one topping large for 8.99 and 10.99 each. Not bad. My daughter wanted a calzone and there were three sizes. The food was pretty good: a bit better than dominos but not restaurant quality. The issue was the counter person; I asked her basic questions and she knew nothing: what size are the calzones? Her answer: I've never seen or eaten one. Huh?!!!!! After coming back to get the food, I walk in and she was napping, so she got up, slowllyyyyyyyyyyyy walked to check on the food and while yawning told me, 3 more minutes. The coupons don't work. When you follow the link from txt, when you get the code to type in and when you try to add the coupon from the website. When we called the store, to let you know it wasn't working and to see if you could apply the discount, the employee was less than helpful. She stated that, "it would just be too much of a hassle to cancel the online order and put in a new one with the discount added." This was very unprofessional and appalling that an employee would be so lazy and borderline rude. She suggested that we just call in every time we order to get any promotional offers. One of the reasons we order from PizzaFino is because we can order online and the convenience of not having to give someone our card information every time we call. I have been going to this place for many years now and I have always ordered wings and lasagna. Nice meaty wings and good lasagna, but for the first time I decided to try the pizza tonight after I got off work. I ordered a large 1 topping thin crust with pepperoni on one half and Italian sausage on the other half. The pepperoni side was a little greasy but overall a great tasty pizza. 3 years ago I had left 5 stars ! I come to update this review today April 25, because of the poor service they are giving. My house is 10 min and with traffic 15 I had not eaten so I opted to go through the same order for 3 years in a row but the checkout girl did her job but the cooks did not giving me a pizza that I would never eat and much cheaper than what I had paid! I realized until I got home because as I repeat I have 3 years with the same 2 orders and I called by phone and they did not give me a solution I went and wanted me to wait longer apart from the 25 minutes I had already lost also there was a man as manager which said sorry in an ironic way and not at all kind by his look, how can they put in box or managers to people with that personality ???? Talking to me as if I didn't understand English and him having an accent! I didn't pay for that, I just wanted my usual pizza and my 5 wings ... they should change those cooks and that man so rude. And I wasn't going to wait for someone else's mistake, much less with that deal! Additionally, they CALL to confirm anything that isn't reflecting clearly on my online order. Their customer service and good food quality is a rare commodity these days. They do skimp on salad toppings (even when I select extra) but overall Pizza Fino is one of my favorites places to order from. read more

great pizza but when I figured out that they actually consider the sauce & cheese as part of the paid toppings & brought it to their attention the manager actually called me a thief because I didn't want to pay extra fot my toppings. This place used to have some taystee Pizza Rolls . Nowadays their pizza rolls suck especially is you add mushrooms , they just heat them up and sometimes you'll get bits of mushrooms frozen . This is my first time having Pizza Fino, a friend of mine recommended them, and I love a good pizza! However, this was the single most awful experience I have ever had with a pizza. I took a bite and was starting to enjoy it, when two or three bites in, I felt something stick my tongue. I assumed it was a stem from the veggies, and didn't think much of it, but it hurt. I continued to chew, thinking I could conquer the stem, and thought it was gone until something stabbed in between my back two molars. I spit out the food into the sink and realized I was bleeding. When I reached back and dislodged the "stem" I found out it wasn't a stem at all. It was a STAPLE. It was IN the pizza!!! My tooth hurt for a few days after that where I had been chewing the metal and the puncture wounds turned to canker sores. It only came with lettuce, one slice of tomato, one sliced cucumber, red onion and a peperoncini. I only asked that there be no black or green olives. No bell peppers or feta cheese was included. Beyond obsessed with the gyro's at Pizza Fino. I know, I know, you're probably thinking why would someone order a gyro at a pizza joint, but don't knock it before you try it! For $7-12, you can order a small or large gyro pita and you'll be completely satisfied. I'm not a fan of the typical pizza spots (Papa John's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc.), so whenever I'm in the mood for pizza or a calzone, I order from Pizza Fino. Today was our first time coming here. Usually we would go to Brother's Pizza but decided to try something different. We ordered the appetizer combo and a medium pepperoni pizza. The wings were delicious and the mozzarella sticks, although not fully melted, they were still good. My fiancé enjoyed the fried ravioli. We definitely went for the pizza though. The crust was perfect and the cheese was gooey. Don't get me started on the tomato sauce... yummy. We enjoyed our experience. I would like to note that customer service was great too. So the other day I was having one of those Bruno Mars lazy days. I just wanted to lay around and distress, then my stomach started grumbling. I wanted a Caesar salad but I didn't want to get up and drive to the nearest restaurant to get one and then I remembered. Pizza Fino delivers. Granted I have never frequented their establishment, but the pictures on the flyer wedged between my door looked tantalizing so I thought... WHY NOT! When I called and placed the order, I had no idea that I had to spend nearly 15 bucks, but again, it was a slothful day so I contemplated within myself yet again... WHY NOT! I order the fried shrimp, chicken caesar salad and a cookie. 45 minutes and 27 gut wrenching hunger pain seconds later, my food arrived. I could barely keep my hands steady while I tore open the bag and delved in. First starting with the shrimp. I took a bite and my taste buds were filled with the oily sensation of bland, tasteless grease! I immediately pushed the shrimp aside and went on to the salad, surely a simple chicken ceasar salad would satisfy my palette. I took a bite and instantly was turned off by the greasy "grilled" chicken. I turned my lip up in utter disgust! Oh the tyranny! The sure madness! I was was horrified by the nauseating, salved, and flavorless monstrosity that sat before me. How in the world can a "grilled" chicken salad be GREASY! Did they pour the entire bottle of Crisco on the chicken or what? Completely annoyed, hungry, and unsatisfied, I flinched as I cautiously took a bite of the cookie. It was tasty. At the rate they were going I thought for sure it would be dripping with oil as well. My complete overview of Pizza Fino is DISGUSTING! The worse food I have ever tasted. If McDonalds, home of the clogged artery, can make a chicken salad that is delicious, I am confused as to why they can't. Please save your time, money, and heart... Edited to add 12/2012: Sadly, the Burned Mayonaisse Sub Sandwich is no more. Pizza Fino closed its doors on December 1st, and the world is a better place because of this. Try the Burned Mayonaisse Submarine Sandwich! This place recently dropped the price of all footlongsubmarine sandwiches to 5 bucks and have advertised the reduction heavily. I sampled the Ham and Roast Beef Sub on a takeout order. I wish I'd taken a picture of the sandwich, I'm not sure words can do it justice: The sandwich roll was toasted but noticeably burned completely black on both ends. There were two small wafer thin slices of ham on one side, and two slice of roast beefs on the other. In between were some onions and about 3/4 cup of mayonaisse. No lettuce, no italian spices, no vinigrette or vinegar, no peppers, just...mayonanisse. I threw away half of it. I don't know how the pizza tastes, but the sandwich I had was awful. read more
