Love my pizza! To me there's different types of pizza and you can't lump all of them in one category. For this category - NY style pizza from Brother's hits the mark...for NY style pizza in TX that is. We ordered a large pie of pepperoni, wait time was about 15-20 min. No issue as it was definitely prepped fresh for us. We were able to take it home, still piping hot. The pizza was good! Crust not floppy, held well while folding to eat a slice, crisp crust, sauce/cheese/pepperoni were good. Overall no complaints for a NY style pizza. Nothing in Texas will be close to NY...probably cuz of the water. But Brother's is definitely a good place to go if craving this style of pizza. read more

I've been a fan of Brother's Pizza since I moved to Cypress 10 years ago. This time I went for my birthday dinner. Because who doesn't want delicious pizza on their birthday! If you are planning to eat in (there are quite a few tables), you place your order at the counter and then have a seat and your order is brought to you. My family actually agreed on a pizza to share, so we just ordered one pizza. The wait wasn't long and it was delicious. I do have a couple things that I don't like as much for the eat-in service. The plates provided are just flimsy paper plates, and they give plastic forks. Normally I just pick up pizza and eat with my hands, however, the crust is thin and when the pizza is hot it's a bit hard to handle. Of course at least one fork broke and it was easy to replace. I would have rather used regular flatware though. My other not-favorite thing about Brother's is that there are 2 large folding tables in the eating area, stacked with empty (unused) pizza boxes. There is another table with a sign saying "staff only", this time covered with drinks and napkins. These tables don't affect the pizza at all and It's still a great place to go-it is just not the type of place I would bring someone who has never been. Maybe over the years it has become more of a take out spot. In any event, the food is still really good! read more

I have to say I was very let down by this experience. I have heard great things from many different people.. Some mixed reviews but mostly positive. This place is a madhouse on Friday and Saturday nights. It's almost impossible to find a comfortable place to sit. We ordered have supreme 1/2 regular cheese. I also ordered 10 piece wings lemon pepper and a side salad. The pizza was so soggy it was not enjoyable at all and the wings were so salty from the Lemon pepper rub that we couldn't even eat it. Me not being able to really enjoy food is saying a lot because I can definitely eat anything. So looking forward to a great piece of pizza but ended up leaving let down. read more

Love the pizza here. We swing by here all the time for the wifey and kid. Soda is well carbonated which is a big factor for me so props to them for keeping this well run. We love this pizza flat out love it. We lived in upstate NY and my wife was born there. So Poe is something NY takes pride in. When we moved here on 2009 it took us forever to find a good pizza place. This was it. Once we found it we have not stopped. The meat pizza is our meatasaurus' favorite and we always get a plain cheese if we have non carnivore types with us. I never get sick of the delicious simplicity of a good plain cheese pie. My downfall is the fried mushrooms. I shouldn't eat them but dang they are outstanding. Yeah I know it's just fried mushrooms but with a couple large slices, you are happy and content. Cold leftovers also rock out from Brothers as well as I've taken to throwing it in the microwave for 39 seconds and then in the grill to critic the nitro and pizza bones. Delicious read more

When you enter the place you could tell they're not keeping it very clear. There's a table right by the ordering counter where people are doing paperwork and all kind of notes are on it for them processing the business. There's also stacked pizza boxes all in the dining room on top of overturn chairs. Place is not very clean. We ordered individual slices of pizza so we could try different ones. We ordered a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and the special. All of the pizzas were OK. Nothing special. I could get the same quality of pizza from any of the national chains. I was expecting something different from their crust but it was nothing special. I could've actually used a little bit of butter with garlic on it or some kind of seasoning just plan pizza dough with no flavor whatsoever. Mozzarella sticks were a five out of five. Very good coating on them and marinara sauce was good with them also. A good value with a good number of mozzarella sticks. Fried pickles were good and a good amount of them. Some people in a party did not like the thickness of the coding which is the same as the mozzarella sticks it appeared. The fried pickles were four out of five. The Caesar salad was very simple. Not much dressing and the dressing did not have very good flavor as far as a Caesar salad dressing. Tasted more like a ranch dressing with a little Parmesan. I would say the salad would be a three out of five. Customer service was something to be desired. No greeting when we came in the door and it did not seem like any attention came to the customers they were busy doing their work behind the counter. Do not know if they were short handed or if they are always like that. We will not be returning to this location. read more

We always order an extra large brothers special from the location on I-10 at Hwy 6. When I called in my order to this place, I asked would it be made like the location at I-10 and 6 and they said yes but it absolutely is not. The amount of toppings on the pizza here is significantly less. I will drive to the other location as I have for the last 17-18 years from now on. read more
