Been here before and as always the food is great. I've always have been partial to cheese pizza and I always go home with a small at the very minimum. I have tried the lasagna and the chicken parmigiana while both are excellent I really enjoyed the parmigiana. You can eat there or take it home and now they offer delivery for every day they're open. I recently tried their Phillysteak and I was pleasantly surprised but most likely you'll only eat half and having the other as another meal. Tasty stuff. read more

I'm shocked that I barely found out that this brother's location pizza was this close to my home. I would suggest they should do some advertising at the champion forest area because I've been here about 15 years and I only found them about a year ago. a little bit of marketing would do this restaurant a great service. Because they're serving up some great authentic New York style pizza. Food: once again, if you're a fan of New York Pizza, I suggest you give them a shot. Anyone give this place less than five stars simply doesn't understand great pizza. This is the type of pizza you will get in New York steady. It's been a while since I've been here. Actually, I forgot how good their pizza really is. I ordered a pizza, deluxe and chicken wings dry to go. I like to add my own concoction to my wings. Pizza was delicious. Wings were crispy, which is the way that I like them. I did call ahead. I had a beer while I was waiting. Talk to the owner for a bit she's very friendly. Brothers is about 5 miles from my house, but I don't plan on eating any other brand of pizza from now on. They are absolutely the best. If you've never had a pizza from brothers, you need to try it. A work friend recommended Brother's and since Napoli's such down without notice (a word of silence for the dearly departed) we decided to order a Sunday night pizza from here. Service was great (a long hold for a call in order) and we went to pick it up (over an hour estimate for delivery). Ordered the spinach tomatoes garlic 'specialty' and it was delightfully tasty! A large goes a LONG way; we've got half the pizza still left over! Also grabbed an order of fried mozzarella- and also impressed with the serving size, but I have a feeling they would have been even better right out of the fryer (in other words: don't order as take out). It you want a true New York style slice of pizza this is the closest thing you'll find in Houston. This "hole in the wall" style location had been here almost 20 years, and for good reason! Hand tossed crust, homemade sauce, fresh ingredients and friendly service make this place a hidden gem known mostly to long-time locals. Their lunch special slices are larger than their regular slices so don't worry if you're hungry. The 2 slice lunch special will fill you up for less than $10. And be sure to make good use of the crushed red pepper, parmesan, and garlic powder available to add to your slices of you want some extra flavor (not that it needs it). Their sandwiches are also truly great. I have had their Philly cheesesteak multiple times and I've never been disappointed. It comes with the classic mushrooms, onions and peppers but if you're like me and not a big pepper fan just let 'em know and they'll omit the peppers and add some extra of the other stuff. Since it's fresh made from scratch they can do that! I haven't had their pasta dishes yet but judging by the multiple things I have tried they are probably just as great. I have been getting pizza from brothers pizza for years maybe even bc since they opened this location. It was good pizza and also a good place to take your family to eat there but now the people have changed and the atmosphere and wholesomeness has gone way down hill and also the the food is definitely not as good as it use to be. There customer service when answering the phones is terrible and the guy answering the phones now is completely rude , I know that I will not be eating here ever again and if I were you I wouldn't either. Placed an order for pizza over the phone a week ago, and I arrived promptly at the given time to pick up my order. One of the pizzas was ready, but the anchovy and feta pizza was not made because they had run out of anchovies. They said they didn't have my number so they were unable to call me back and tell me they were out of anchovies. I informed them that no one had asked for my phone number. One of the employees asked if I wanted something else instead of anchovies. Um, no. What the hell is similar to anchovies? I didn't want anything except anchovies so I was pretty peeved at this point because one, they should have taken inventory and known which ingredients they were out of before taking orders, and two, they should have called me back if they had just discovered they were out. But since they messed up on both factors, I was left with the option of just a cheese pizza or adding a topping I had no interest in. After asking the employee what can he do for me, he said he could sell me the pizza for the cheese price. What? Aw hell no. You mess up my order and basically want me to pay full price for a cheese pizza instead? Forget that. Here's a hint, if you want a repeat customer after you royally mess up, you do everything you can to make that customer come back. They should have given me the pizza for free, because after I tell them I don't want it, it goes where? Oh yeah, in the trash. I left with just the one pizza. Less than ten minutes later, I was at my destination, and lo and behold, the pizza was not hot. The cheese was already congealed, and there was barely any warmth coming from the pizza. Seriously, this is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and consider supporting a pizza place that actually cares about their customers' experience. read more

I'm a native Chicagoan so I am very picky about my pizza. Yes, I'm a pizza snob. My friend has been wanting to try this place for some time so off we went. The decor is boring and simple. You walk up the the counter and place your order. No full service here. They do bring your pizza to your table. I guess that's how they justify begging for tips. We order three pizzas. One small with anchovies, one large with green olives and Canadian bacon, and a large white pizza with chicken, feta, and spinach. The white pizza was incredibly good! The Canadian bacon and green olive was good, too. I didn't try the anchovy pizza but there weren't any complaints from that end of the table. The crust was a little thick for my taste but it's not Chicago pizza so it will do in a pinch. The pizza is a little on the pricey side because they charge a base price plus a per topping price. We paid $50 for the 3 pizzas plus 4 fountain drinks. I'll go back for more but I won't be a regular. read more

I called in a to go order for a custom pizza of beef sausage, onions and mushrooms. I arrived at the time I was told it would be ready and it was. I drove home and began eating. The first thing I realized about the pizza was the amount of cheese that was on it. It was more than average. If you like a cheesy gooey type of pizza then you will theirs. The crust is medium in thickness not thin but not thick. The pizza was good and filling. I will give it a 3.5. I prefer thin crust pizza but will admit this was good. I may return and dine in next time and if I enjoy that visit will probably upgrade my score to a 4. read more

Great pizza joint. Place was much nicer inside than the parking lot would imply. Got a pepperoni pie, wings and meatball sub. This pizza is far superior to any chain pizza. It was busy on a Friday night, but we got out food in a very timely manner. The only reason this place does not get a 5 star is because there is a 5 star pizza joint (best in Texas) within a couple of miles of this place. my family and I were a customer of this establishment since 2013. After moving to this side of town, we discovered this pizza place and ate it at least twice a month. HOWEVER, yesterday i ordered our regular and the customer service that i experienced was horrible, usually it's a quick in & out thing. but i was already having a horrible day and this worker just made it worse. i enter through store and say "im here for ***** order" the man stares at me blankly, not saying a word. i repeat, "im here for *****" he then replies with "yeah because i couldn't hear you from over there" with an ugly attitude, proceeds to give me my receipt without saying a word. i get home and my order is wrong. i ordered a cheese & pepperoni large. they were both cheese, i call back and explain the order was wrong and i'll be up there shortly. as soon as i walk in the original guy plus other guy is already standing there with my refund. after we ask if we could see the receipt to see if it was a miscommunication issues, the original guy proceeds to tell us "we already gave you the refund, you ordered two pizzas" we were already so upset. read more
