I wanted to share some feedback regarding an experience my family had at your restaurant this past Sunday. My daughter received a Perfect Attendance Award Certificate from her school just two days before we came to redeem it. The certificate did not list an expiration date or specify how or where it should be redeemed, and she was very excited to celebrate her accomplishment by dining at Crust. When we arrived, the young man at the counter was unfamiliar with the certificate and went to speak with the manager. The manager confirmed that she had provided the certificates to the school but mentioned they were distributed last year and would no longer be accepted for the child's pizza. My husband and I did not want to diminish our daughter's excitement or pride in her achievement, so we continued with her order and purchased additional pizzas for the family. My suggestion would be to consider adding an expiration date and clear redemption instructions to future certificates and to brief staff on how to honor these awards. This would help avoid confusion and ensure that students can fully enjoy their well-earned recognition. This location is good. Service is pretty quick. However, I've had issues with service and my order being wrong...the other gripe I have is the food is a tad bit off. I've eaten here quite a bit so I know what I like now. For instance, tonight I got the brownie and ice cream. The brownie was too crispy for my taste which meant it was over baked. The taste was nice but I like soft and chewy brownies. The boneless wings or wings are on the salty side and they are spicy so you will need a glass of milk! Lol. The spaghetti and meatballs are tasty but I need more spaghetti sauce. Not sure why they make this dish with a dollop of spaghetti sauce, lots of noodles and a few meatballs but I eat it. The dish lacks balance. Ask for more sauce and more meatballs when you go. I've tried the cauliflower crust pizza with various toppings and the white crust. I prefer the cauliflower crust. The sausage, cheese and pizza sauce they use needs improvement. The taste doesn't wow me...I prefer the veggie pizza toppings instead of the sausage or beef toppings. I like the salads. They're always fresh. It's a great environment to take your family! I like the ambiance here and the outdoor patio. The area is quiet. read more

Came in for Wednesday evening for special (half off glass/bottle of wine) and group ordered garlic cheese bread, large pizza (half pepperoni/margarita). First off ambiance of crust is awesome and place was very lively and service was great. Prices for what we ordered was about $12 per person. Wine bottle for Wednesday special was only $6, incredible deal. Food was 10/10, garlics cheese bread was very flavorful and pizza wasn't too greasy and came out great. 10/10 would recommend coming to try out crust. read more

This is a family fave. Love the build your own, buffalo chicken pizza, and the bbq chicken pizza. Salads are great too - and a good size to share with pizza. Really great lunch specials during the week. Staff is always hard working and gracious. The only downside is I'm not a huge fan of their crust - just seems dry and not a lot of flavor. For a diner who has not eaten here before, to enter and not have any idea about the process. It appears that would be a host based on the set up at the entry but no. Cost is about what I expected. What was unexpected is that this isn't a regular sit down restaurant with a server as one might think - it's more quasi-fast food feel. For the price this surprised me considerably. Having no regular unsweetened iced tea available was disappointing. As for the pizza, you definitely get your money's worth on the toppings. I did the medium veggie and. The topping amounts were amazing. But that's where it stops for the pizza. Minimal cheese, no sauce to speak of, and the crust was generic - thin and chewy - almost soggy in some spots and hard to chew on some spots. And the big no no - it's cut into squares. Big pet peeve of mine - it's not for an at home high school party - it's supposed to be pizza. I'll come back a couple of times and try different pizzas. I'll ask for sauce and cheese, and now that I know how the restaurant works I'll be familiar with the "get things yourself" process. I keep searching for a pizza place nearby that has "the best pizza" - would appreciate any recommendations. read more
