I re-asked several different ways and finally got what I was looking for! We waited about 5 minutes. We ordered a drink at the bar and then got sat. Once sat, our waitress acknowledged us about 3-5 minutes later. We ordered 2 waters, a coke and cheese sticks. The coke came first. The cheese sticks about 5 minutes later, then the water about 10 minutes later. Our waitress stopped by before the water got there to see if we were ready to order. We didn't even have water yet! The place was pretty busy. Our waitress just struggled to keep up with her tables. There was another waitress who was more experienced that jumped in and helped us. We finally were able to order our dinner. The cook, or someone, came out to tell us they were out of the cut of meat we ordered. This was a disappointment because we were here to celebrate my other half's birthday. So it wasn't off to a great start. We picked something else and by the time we got our food, it was cold. (Can you hear the heavy sigh?) The manager offered to take care of my meal, but I'm not about getting a free meal. I ended up letting him give us a discount.
