Baked Mac & Cheese
Adrian S.

1st time trying Crust Pizza, for a large chain pizza restaurant we were satisfied. The Bridgeland location is nice, there are 2 other restaurants in the area and HEB. Service was great and efficient. Really like their baked mac & cheese. Would go again!

Our daughter loved the pizza!

First visit with family- food was really good!!!! A lot of pizza places in the area, but their pizza was excellent and stands out. All of us enjoyed it. Kids also liked the pasta. We will definitely be back! A nice plus: They have little balls of pizza dough for kids to play with while waiting for food, which kept them busy.

The pizza that wasn't even close to what we ordered

Stay far away. My wife ordered two pizzas; pepperoni and basil, and a half cheese, half pepperoni. Not only did they say they ripped the pizza in half on accident and made her wait an extra 30 min, they flat out gave us a random hodge podge pizza with every topping they have it seems like. Quality was awful, I honestly hoped for it to fall on the floor for the dog to eat it to spare us from having to eat it. Even the kids didn't like it and they eat just about anything. Truly awful, stop by HEB and grab a frozen pizza on your way home instead of dropping in here.

I ordered the large meat pizza: pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and American bacon. From the first bite, I knew this was different. There was a subtle hint of lemon woven through the flavor, and the sauce was exceptional rich without overpowering everything else. The cheese was so perfectly melted that it practically fell from the slice under its own weight, like ribs coming clean off the bone. The crust deserves its own mention. Thick, crunchy, and substantial without ever becoming tough. The pizza arrived fresh and genuinely hot, creating that rare combination of texture and freshness that is surprisingly difficult to find. And then there was the service. Perfect. The owner cooked the pizza, and somehow that made the entire experience make sense. This wasn't food assembled because a customer ordered it. This felt like something someone actually cared about making. The atmosphere continues that feeling. Outside, the restaurant is minimalist. Inside, it transforms into a classic Italian bar, complete with paintings and opera playing softly in the background. It feels lived-in. It feels intentional. The prices are reasonable considering the quality. I've had pizzas that tasted like Digiorno. I've had pizzas that tasted like something you'd get at Chuck E. Cheese. This was neither. This was made with love. A rare pizza that deserves every star.

Given that statement, Passerella does a good job of serving a good number of dishes that effort to be authentic, which is a lot more than other joints do. There's obviously going to be a Chicken Parmesan Alfredo but also there's plenty of seafood and I ordered the piccata. The portions are generous and the presentation is nice. When we ordered our tiramisu it was assembled in front of us by our server and it was a really unique display. The restaurant has a great spot right on town lake and they have a clean interior that's classy but not so fancy that you would feel out of place as a walk in. Their commitment to quality service was what really impressed me. From the moment we got in with our little one we were warmly greeted and had polite conversation with the hostess and the manager as they got our table together. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and eager to help when we had a question. The people here clearly like coming to work and it translates to the dining experience.

The lack of accountability is disturbing The negative experience came from horrible service. Snatched my son's plate due to my report of the chicken tasting like SALMONELLA; while he was in mid eating around it. Fork in hand only eating the noodles. Ran off just To dig out the chicken. Without any explanation. Even when I said "wait" he ignored me, & ran away. Then returned & slammed the same EXACT plate with the EXACT noodles down in front of my son. You don't do that shit to a dog. When asking for a box for his remains/food, he said yelled and screamed "FOR THAT LITTLE NOODLE!?!" _If I'm paying for it yes, for that little noodle. I canceled my ordered that hasn't yet been delivered and ask for my ticket. In reality I shouldn't have paid for tampered food. "We're always looking for areas to improve and appreciate your feedback very much!" If it's that huge of a deal to remove a protein (chicken) that a customer dish, bring another plate for the customer remove it themselves. Otherwise bring a fresh plate with fresh PASTA ONLY. DON'T EVER TAMPER With a CUSTOMER FOOD. Which results in making customers physically ill. Extra deets: Marvino's give me the energy of Texas Roadhouse (spitting in black families food that's shown all on the News). They also give me a store front. As if this is a cover-up for the MAFIA. and they cleaning currency. Theirs to many poor reports on this place to continue to stand in business. Plus theirs no headquarters. Plus they dgaf about their horrible service. Eat here at your own risk.

More details below, but I recommend you stop by if you haven't yet!!! Trattoria is in a nice strip center, so frankly we have been passing it by for years, not really thinking about it. We decided to change that and to check out a new to us place. When we arrived we noticed the place was nice and clean, waitstaff was friendly and sat us immediately. The restaurant was maybe a little over half full. We ordered an appetizer of wings and caesar salad, then a pizza and chicken parm with spaghetti, and a Tiramisu for dessert. In going to get picky here because its hard to find anything that was bad. Wings were good, pretty standard, probably could find similar in restaurants throughout the city. The pizza was a bit greasy, I just held it over my plate for a few seconds and let that drip away. My wife didn't like the caesar salad, I did. So I guess thats a toss up...idk. One thing you will notice consistently, our pictures were mostly taken after part was already eaten because we would dive in to the yummy food before we got the picture!!! We'll be back!!!
