Made an order online and it was delivered in 30 min. The order ticket was correct but the pizza was not. Called them and the manager said he would send out a replacement. Waited over an hour and a half, still no pizza. Called and said they would make another one. I declined and said to cancel it and to refund me my money. We will see if that happens. read more

I typically don't like regular crust pizza (I prefer thin crust), but this was amazing! We had a group of 6 watching the final game of the Astros in the ALDS during extra innings. We ordered 2 extra large pizzas. One with pepperoni and mushrooms. The other with sausage and jalapeño. We were frustrated, hungry and hopeful. Marcos (and the Astros win) made our night! Great service, fantastic pizza and a win after 18 innings! We have all vowed Marcos will be our meal while we get through the upcoming ALCS. We are a superstitious group, for sure. Very disappointed in the service received today. My husband called in an order and was quoted an hour delivery time which was completely understandable for a rainy Friday evening in suburbia. After an hour, I asked him to call back to check on the order as my kids were starving and we just wanted to make sure there were no hiccups. The male he spoke with was extremely rude. Probably frustrated with the busy evening and the weather but geez, asking for an update is well within the right of a paying customer. I may have overlooked this because we all have bad days. But after waiting so long, the order was wrong. We clearly ordered a Pepperoni Pizzoli but received one with Pepperoni and Sausage and it was terrible. Not a fan of Italian sausage at all so it went to waste. I would typically call to let the store know but why subject ourselves to someone's rudeness again? i sent a friend to marco's pizza on becker rd in hockley with a manufactures coupon of a large pizza for $9.99 + tax, one topping. he came back & told me the owner would not honor the coupon, he said it expired. on the coupon it was written good until about 30 days from when i sent him there. so he came back with the special large one topping pizza & told me you owe me $7.00. the owner charged him $17.00 about. so i told my friend i would have told him, "you eat your pizza" & walked out. i will never as long as i live go to marco's pizza in hockely again, the owner is a crook, more like a scammer. read more

This is our favorite pizza place. The taste of the Marco's pizza is the benchmark that we measure all other pizza places by. And it's a chain! It has our favorite pizza crust, especially since we can add various crust toppers to it without extra charge. Toppings are generous, and very flavorful with the stringy cheese. I have to be careful not to drool over the keyboard as I write this review. The only caveat is the above-average prices. However, you can sign up for their reward program and get occasional coupons to help make the prices more palatable. read more

I just ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese sub. This was the worst sub EVER! When I was actually paying the young man was bringing it out of the oven. The toppings were falling all out of the sandwich. The young lady that took my payment looked at me as if to say she knew this wasn't correct. I got home and the bread was all soggy and the sandwich overall was awful. I have ordered plenty of subs from here in the pasty however this was by far the worst food that I have ever purchased from Marcos. I will try Firehouse Subs, Jimmy John's, or any other place that is close to my home before I order from here again. This was GOD awful. They should refund me my money!!! read more

There is no words to describe how angry I am right now. So I ordered cheese pizza, wings, a dessert, and a drink. When it was delivered it was meant for another person. No biggie right? So then I called up the restaurant and turned out it was just left there. When the delivery driver when to go bring the food to our door he rung the doorbell but we didn't hear it. I ordered a two topping large pizza (steak and chicken), but noticed it was supper greasy and unhealthy when my son had already done with two slices. The oil leak was awful so that it also leaked on my car back seat where I put pizza to take it home. I threw away the rest then. Stopped by store two days after the incident to see what the manager corrective/ preventive action would be, but he just said; "Sorry" and didn't even offer a remake as it had been thrown away. Love the pizza from Marco's not so greasy and nice and hot when delivered. We try to pick up a couple of times and it is still the same nice and hot ready to be picked up. The girl that answer the phone was very pleasant and she was very nice over the phone. My family loves the pizza as well, and they commented that it was not so greasy like other pizza delivery. The pizza tasted ok. It was hot, and prepared fresh. But it didn't have much flavor. I opted not to get any of the crust toppings. Maybe that was my downfall. The crust itself seemed devoid of any flavor. It was neither sweet nor salty. It was probably the most bland-tasting crust I've ever had. The sauce had no tang to it, which is surprising for a tomato-based sauce. The customer service was pretty good. I'm not likely to return, however. They would need to make some serious changes to their flavor profile, and that's not likely to happen. BTW, they could use a margherita pizza on their menu. We are relatively new to Marco's. Have ordered delivery 3 times. Everything was very good all three times. The Italian sun is absolutely delicious. Pizza has been hot and fresh every time. However, yesterday we ordered build your own with spinach as one of the toppings. It was almost non-existent. Maybe had some on two slices. First time we've been disappointed. ZERO STARS DESERVED! Tuesday night, Oct. 1, 2024, I experienced the ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER at Marco's on Barker Cypress and Cypress N. Houston Rd!!! The NEGATIVE reviews are TRUE! My family wanted pizza, and I just happened to be passing this place. I went in for their "Buy One Get One Tuesdays" special which is posted in the window. I asked for a Large Pepperoni pizza for $12.99 and a Large Chicken pizza (the FREE one) and was told the total was almost $17. I asked why and the girl wasn't sure-and she works there-so she went to ask another girl (in a red T-shirt WITHOUT A NAME TAG) who came to the register to tell me that's just the price in the system and she can't give it to me for $12.99 instead of actually explaining how their menu is set up. I told her I'm not asking her to give me anything because that's what the menu says! We went back and forth about it. I told her that is FALSE ADVERTISING which is illegal and they will be shut down. Her exact words were DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE TELL US THAT EVERY WEEK! That clearly confirms the negative reviews and a major lack of satisfactory customer service. Another guy (in a black T-shirt WITHOUT A NAME TAG) came from the back and told me to GET THE F*** OUT! several times. UNACCEPTABLE!!! As a matter of fact, he was a bit too comfortable doing that. The police was called and while I was standing outside speaking with the officer, the same guy in the black T-shirt came out to give another customer food and proceeded to yell to the officer, "That B**** is crazy!"The officer instructed him not to say that and go back inside! Well, apparently the price on the menu (in my case $12.99 for Large + tax totaling $14.06) is for cheese only with nothing else-NO MEAT! I normally don't do reviews, but this was needed! Seeing that I'm not the only customer that has experienced this type of issue there based on the reviews, the owner must condone this behavior or just doesn't care since it keeps happening regardless of customers getting upset. No fake apology desired! No need for me to message privately! Get rid of those 2 employees and get new CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED ones! What a joke of an establishment and management to take care of their customers. Let's start off with them delivering to the incorrect address. Marcos said they had the correct address which is interesting since our receipt says our home address. Our food was on our neighbors doorstep for almost an hour. We ordered: -Pizza to have olives and got no olives. -wings were supposed to be 10 hot and 10 regular, we received both hot. - requested blue cheese with the wings, received no blue cheese. - ordered extra marinara sauce, and received no marinara sauce. We called to discuss this with the manager on duty and instead of taking responsibility, the manager proceeded to blame grub hub for their mistake.... we did not order from grub hub? Beside the point, why not make it right for the customer? I understand a few missed sauces and other add ons, but multiple accounts of incorrect food orders and multiple missed items is pretty ridiculous. read more

Marco's has one of the better pizzas around. Marcos is our first choice when we are taking pizza home. I especially love that they cut their thin crust pizzas in squares. This brings back so many memories for me because that's how we did it in Chicago when I was a kid. Marcos never lets us down in quality or service. The staff is always friendly and our pizza is always fresh hot and delicious. There is always a good special going on, and we use them often. You cannot go wrong with this pizza place. Some people think it's a little pricey, but if this is too much for you and you are okay with Little Caesars or Domino's, then by all means knock yourself out. But if you want quality product and you're willing to pay a little bit more for it, then Marcos is the way to go. They are popping up all over the place here in Houston and it's because they are awesome. We have tried the Philly cheese steak pizza before, not necessarily a fan, it's not bad but it's not your traditional pizza. It was actually like eating a Philly cheese steak. No, that's not bad, but when you're expecting pizza a Philly cheese steak doesn't cut it. They have really good sausage on their pizza as well, sometimes Italian sausage is questionable, but not here. Make sure to look for coupon or ask them about existing specials because it's worth The time and effort. Five star for us all the way. read more

Pizza was ok and was done within 15min however I found it to be on the bland side and less flavorful. The pizza was light and fluffy, also crispy. I got the garlic butter crust which had a faint taste. I just saw the girl drizzle the sauce on. I got pepperoni and pineapple in which they gave a very good amount of toppings, pineapple was bland though, not sweet. Girl at counter was nice and I was glad to have tried since I've been passing by this place but I don't think I'll be back. I've seen this restaurant around, but never thought to try it thinking it would just be another mediocre pizza place. After watching Undercover Boss, I was like "hmm, why not see if its any good". I am SO GLAD I did because I have discovered my second favorite pizza now. I got the white cheesy. The appearance wasn't too appealing, but I was blown away by the flavor. Good pizza delivery spot. I think it's better than Pizza Hut and dominos, the wings are average. The wings didn't have a lot of sauce on it. The thin crust is pretty good, I wish they had white sauce though. Good thing is they have an XL option on their menu. I will def order more from this place again. read more
