I've came here twice and both of the times they have messed up on my order. The first time it was a dine in with my family... and they messed up and we all had to eat at separate times which is difficult with kids. I decided to give it another try yesterday. I ordered a wrap and fries which was about $20. Right before I leave, I realize they only gave me my wrap so I go back to tell the cashier. He quickly makes my fries. Once I got home I noticed a good amount of toppings were not in my wrap. I paid extra for sauce on the side and I did not receive that neither. It was slow during lunch time. For $20 for a quick lunch with many mistakes it's just not worth it. Was excited about trying this place out but was disappointed instead. I got a bowl with saffron rice and carved chicken and toppings. I would have tried a different meat but didn't want to pay extra. Which was different to see as most places don't do that but it is what it is. The rice was under cooked unless it's supposed to have a crunch to it? I really don't think the rice was suppose to have any crunchiness to it. Here is the worst part my chicken had bone in it! I was eating and bit into something hard ( not the rice) and there was a piece of bone. It was sharp at one end also. It was the continuation of a ruined meal. I'm teetering on a 1.5-2. I will be courteous having worked industry and round it up to a 2. The staff were nice!! Repeat after me. In the culinary world training wheels exist for a reason. You will not set off on a unicycle your first time and expect to be an expert at it. Newly opened at this location, I suspect growing pains and no training wheels were the culprits here. The order online process was easy. Arrived at the correct time. Order was presented with "SECURITY TAPE" as opposed to a "SECURITY BELGIAN MALINOIS". Ok. Cool. At least it's secure! Purchased my falafel bowl online, saffron rice, extra pickled onions, dill yogurt, Add **Falafels, and an extra side of dill yogurt home. Except... Whoever prepped the bowl forgot pretty much all the pickled onions (including the extra), all the dill yogurt (including the extra side), gave me double rice, and finally forgot the **Add Falafels portion of my gastronomic journey. The food was decent. Rice was well prepared and individual grains, but woefully lacking in any seasoning, like salt, pickled onions, and Dill Yogurt. At least my wife's order was correct. And hot!!! So let's do a quick recap. Nice staff, mediocre food, and only ~60% of my order was correct. Like I noted at the beginning. The very slow cook did not give us our pita bread and hummus. Also the rice (which was not the brown rice I ordered) tasted terrible and was full of grease. My biggest complaint is the saffron rice, it was not cooked, it was still crunchy or hard in texture. It ruined the whole bowl for me and I didn't even finish it. The tzatziki was also very bland.
