The Japanese versions aren't great and I've had a lot of Americanized and Japanese versions over here in the US. Considering that Houston is kind of obsessed with Crepes I think it's better than a lot of the imitations and it's better than a lot of the really really bad food here at the Cypress outlet mall, which has virtually no good options, and not too many in total either. Also even though I might have leaned towards 3, they had surprisingly nice service and friendly people working here - at least the day that we came - so I will give them a 4-star rating although for food alone it would probably be closer to 3. For five stars they would have to have some genuine French crepes on the menu. And do them well, like Crepes Du Luxe in the West Side Market in Cleveland, who also manage to nearly consistently win my award for nastiest service.
