We ate here over the weekend and enjoyed it. We were able to walk up to the counter to order immediately as they didn't have a line, which was nice. The food was delicious! I got the turkey avocado sandwich which was delicious. My wife really likes their gluten free bread as well. Staff was quick to help us out. The only thing to know is their indoors does close slightly before the restaurant closes, as only their drive through is open the last hour or so of their business hours. I visited today at 4:10pm and received the worst customer service I've received in a very long time. I ordered in the drive thru and when I pulled around the man at the window did not say a single word to me. No hello. No how are you? No your total is... No repeating my order back to me. Not one single word. He just stuck the machine out the window for me to pay, handed me my Cinnabon and my receipt. No thank you. No have a good day. So I said "you have a great day". He raised his hand and cracked a half a smile. Still no words. The Cinnabons here are already subpar. Nowhere near mall quality. So when I come to spend my money at this establishment, I at least expect some for of decent customer service. There was absolutely none. read more

This location doesn't have all of the menu items. I was really disappointed when I wanted to try the new sub sandwiches that are under the "now featuring" tab on their website and this location doesn't have them. NOT A FOOD REVIEW. I love the food here don't get me wrong. This is strictly a review on this location. This is the 3rd time in 6mo I've came here in the last 30 min of them supposed to be open (it's fast food give me a break) and they have been closed 15 min early. One time it was like 23 min before closing!! I get restaurants closing before 10 or 12 due to a small crowd. However fast food advertising for being open until a certain hour just doesn't fit right. It's not gourmet so a legit food review is almost comical but this is my fav "fast food". However don't say you're open until 9 if it's actually "at our own will". That's my only complaint. I have been avoiding Schlotzsky's for quite some time due the numerous bad reviews. We had to go to the outlets and i decided to stop by with my kids since my son has been asking for months. What a delightful experience. The lady at the counter was super friendly and patient. We all enjoyed the food and the service. This location is also very clean, which is a plus. We are very disappointed in the quality of the sandwiches. For $20.96 there should be plenty of meat and quality produce! We should have gotten chips, no chips were in the bag. When I called to place an order for pick up, I was not only passed on to another employee (who was screaming at the first one taking my order) but when the second employee got on the phone they were extremely rude. Especially when saying, "you know you can do this online right?" I get it, we are going through Covid and I'm sure they are taking on a lot of calls. So, I drove there to place my order in person.. there was no one there and I was the only person in the drive thru. Word of advice, be kind to the people who call in. Some of us haven't spoken to people in a while during this pandemic or prefer to call in and develop a relationship with the people in our community. Food was good, service was rude. read more

I very excited to see a Schlotzky's open in the neighborhood! My first visit (7/25/18) was pretty disappointing. I ordered French Onion Soup and Broccoli Cheese Soup to go. When I arrived home, I pulled out the soups and noticed the onion soup was not very warm. No big deal, I popped it in the microwave. When I got to the broccoli cheese soup it was freezing. I could feel how cold it was through the packaging. It must have just came out of the cooler? Unacceptable. read more

We were excited for a new location, but disappointed to say the Least. We had coupons from that came in the mail and the manger wasn't too happy about taking them. I ordered a small sandwich and it literally had one small slice of pastrami on it. It didn't even cover the bread. I expect a little more meat for $5.99. Extremely disgusting and disappointed in the customer service from my experience. I ordered an online ordered that I was told to pick up at a certain time. Showed up at said time and waited an extra 20 minutes for my food. After waiting so long you would expect the food to be fresh.. all of our bread was soggy and the sandwiches cold. I ordered a Cinnabon as well, took one bite into a green mold filled cinnamon roll. I ATE ACTUAL MOLD FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I then went back to the restaurant with this Cinnabon to show a manager and there was no manager on site. A worker called a manager(Kim) who got on the phone and asked me what happened. I explained and she didn't apologize or even recognize the issue, she just asked if I would like another Cinnabon. Who in there right mind would want another Cinnabon after just eating a mold filled one? She let me know I would be refunded. And proceeded to only refund me 3$ for the Cinnabon. I called back and let Kim know I would like a full refund because of all the issues I had, she let me know she couldn't do that and that she could send me a gift card. Which I didn't want a gift card because I never want to eat there again. So she said she would have to talk with her boss. I asked for his number and she wouldn't give it to me. This has been 2 weeks since the last contact with her and every time I call in I am told there is no manager or that Kim is not available. I wrote a review to corporate on there website and have not received any contact from them for a week. I would give 0 stars if possible. The employees seem to not know who manages this store and the manager seems to never be onsite, hence why there was probably moldy food. Do not go here. Save your money. read more

Absolute worst. Never fails when I order from here it is always wrong. Ordered a medium sandwich, chips and drink. All I received was a sandwich and it still wasn't modified as requested. Not sure how hard it is to read a receipt which clearly shows what I ordered. They need to hire better staff who can read. read more

This is a new location. Very clean and a large eating area. They also sell Cinnabonns. I had the classic sandwich which was very good and fresh. I also had the French onion soup, but they don't put enough cheese on the top. That was my only complaint. We will definitely go back. read more

We were very excited to have a new eating establishment in this area since there are so few. However, I have not been impressed by this Schlotsky's. Today was the worst experience so far. We went at lunch. There were only two cars in front of us. They took our order and then asked us to hold. We waited for a while, but then they came back and asked for our order, again. Then, the long wait began. The man in the truck at the front of the line finally went inside to get his order. The second person in line was asked to move up after no one coming to the window for a while. We finally got to the window and we were not offered an apology for the long wait. Then we waited another ten minutes to get our order. I believe we were in line probably between 20-25 minutes total. The pizza I received was cut rather crazy as though someone either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care. My husband ordered a French Dip and the cup that the dip came in was only a 1/4 full. The price of the food here is fairly steep for what you get. I would expect at least better customer service, which they definitely lack. I have probably been there at least 8 times since they opened and I have yet to receive a napkin with my order which always seems odd to me. I won't be going back for a while. It's such a shame. We really need more places to eat around here and this location could really do well with the right customer service. read more

Super aggravated Just left this place passed off to the max. I just got work to come here and get my daughter and I two Cinnabons and had worse experience.i payed for Freshly made Cinnabon because I did not want the ones sitting on top of the counter since this morning which did not look appealing at all. I was willing to wait the 36 mins for them to bake obviously I had them before which I knew how long it takes with no problems at other locations. The young man allowed me to pay for the Cinnabons go to the car and sit wait for 15 mins to come back and tell he don't know if he can make Cinnabon because there are some sitting there. I'm said ok please refund my money. He said let me see first..after another 10mins of waiting, now a total of 25mins I decided to go inside and check to see what is going on and another young man is refunding my receipt on the phone I assume with the owner..The problem is not making the Cinnabon but wasting my time.over two Cinnabon. Very aggravating after getting off work at 5pm in the evening offering something that's been cooked since this morning. Crappy business..will not be returning. One of my favorite places for lunch with my friends. Food is great (highly suggest the French dip), but I'd suggest eating inside. I've gone through the drive-through twice, both times something small is wrong, like food being a bit cold, or missing napkins. I like Schlotzsky's food and appreciate their offering of a gluten free bun. This location has the poorest customer service of any Location I have visited. My wife and I stopped at this location last night and again at lunch today. Last night they spoiled her salad by providing the wrong dressing. She asked for the red vinegar dressing and got the very sweet balsamic dressing. She must limit sugar due to health issues so this was a big mistake. I also ordered the black pepper chips and was given the salt and vinegar. When stopping there today and ordering a gluten-free Turkey bacon club, I found my sandwich to not be on a gluten-free bun and to have no bacon. Seemed to be a completely wrong sandwich. I tend to think the people taking the orders are not hearing the orders well due to poorly performing equipment. Don't know though. If you have diet restrictions JUST DON'T GO TO THIS location. If you go through the drive through I highly recommend you pull over and check your order before leaving the property. read more

Went to this location tonight, 10/29/19, and ordered two kids pizza meals (pizza, drink, cookie) using the drive through. I handed the bag to both my children in the backseat and they both gasped. They opened the box and it had half of a pizza in each box. When I asked the employee at the window what was going on, he said that's "how it is now". Besides the fact this location is more expensive than the location we usually go to about once a week, (we get the same thing each time) I have never gotten a half pizza is part of the "kids meal". Needless to say I left feedback on the website they give on the receipt and intend to call Corporate tomorrow if they don't call me first. I also found out who the owner/operator is and plan to have a discussion about this as well as the terrible customer service received.
