I had a previous negative experience with another location and the customer service team reached out to me to make things right. So I decided to give them another try at a different location. First off all, service was EXCELLENT. Loved the enthusiasm of the baristas. Each employee said hello and made sure that we were taken care of. There is a drive thru as well as a walk up window to order from. Also ample free parking. The strawberry green tea lemonade was just ok. Definitely taste the green tea kick but not enough strawberry flavor. The coffee isn't strong (even with a double shot). You taste more of the sugary ingredients than anything else- in my case it was the caramel and mocha syrup. Each time my wife or I go to this location the workers are very nice and friendly and that always helps make the experience better. They always inform us of the new drinks and start friendly conversation if there is no line. I also like how each time even if its a different employee the consistence of customer service is there such as asking hot or cold drink? What size drink? Some places if you don't give a size they default it to a medium. Drinks here are always made on point each time I have gone. Their seasonal drinks are pretty tasty compared to other places. The coffee came out fast and tasted really good, not like the other coffee places where they're mass produced and taste burnt! I had ordered the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha because it sounded interesting. I was afraid it would taste like too much chocolate because of the mocha but surprisingly it did not and I can taste the hazelnut and it was nice and creamy. I love love LOVE this place! The employees customer services is SUPERB! So inviting and so very friendly. I've only tried the Golden Eagle and I'm addicted. I've gone there about 5 times so far and that's all I keep trying. The only thing I wasn't crazy about the last time I went was the double line. I was waiting in a long line and three cars literally went to the second lane and all three got to the front before me. I haven't went back since then. On my first visit was when I realized that it was only Togo orders. The staff has been friendly and informative. The Dutch Bros Coffee app offers a rewards program and shows their menu, but it does not allow you to order ahead like other coffee places do. read more
