Caffe latte (we ordered iced but they gave us hot)

Super disappointed after having high hopes. I'd been meaning to try this local coffee spot for a while, especially after seeing so many glowing (though limited) reviews online. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the most underwhelming coffee experiences I've had in quite some time. Neither of the drinks we ordered had any real coffee flavor. The mocha tasted mostly like cold milk with a splash of Hershey's chocolate syrup -- no depth, and certainly no sign of espresso. The caffe latte we ordered iced, and was verbally read back and confirmed by the barista, was served hot. It was like warm milk with a toffee-like taste but again, no taste of coffee anywhere. We didn't send it back since the place seemed understaffed and we didn't want to cause trouble. Prices are also on the higher end -- nearly $7 for a 16oz drink, which makes the quality harder to overlook. I genuinely wanted to like this spot. It's close by and has useful amenities like conference rooms for working or studying. But based on this visit, I won't be returning.

LITERALLY HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT! They have boba tea. Shaved ice, coffee, pastries, chocolate, macaroons.... I love it here! It's quiet, prefect for introverts like myself. Quiet, clean, good service, little bit of music for the ambiance. It's a good vibe. Not overly decorated, really cool wall art. I would 100% come back. There's a little conference room and that is cool too!! Yoga studio next door, And sushi spot next door too. Multiple tables available inside, and like 2 tables outside. If you have to do some studying or work on your laptop. Or reading a book, I would recommend. I wouldn't come for a lunch date unless you're ok with everyone hearing your convo. I would love to come back, they do have a little TV with constant video playing of coffee. Very cinematic :)

Great to see a mom and pop shop open in a really quiet part of town. With Common Bond closed recently, I needed a quick coffee shop to meet my needs. Concafe seems to be that. NGL its eerily quiet here and seemingly bare. The menu is simple and straight forward. I got the pour over which was well priced and came with a small biscotti. I'll have to come back to try the other items on the menu. Great to have this place on my route.

This is a cute little cafe that's tucked away in the corner of a shopping strip in the energy corridor. It's not flashy or fancy, but it's cozy and I love the ambiance of it. The cafe is pretty quiet but has a nice selection of coffee. I love that they do pour overs, not to be fancy or hipster, but because at the core they do coffee. They have a small selection of pastries that you can choose from as well, but I just stuck to the coffee. I felt the price for their coffee is superb and definitely a place I can see myself going often rather than only going when I can splurge. Definitely going to be my new go to coffee place.

A new place than just opened in the Energy Corridor. Came in on a Saturday morning and it was pretty quiet. They got a simple menu of Expresso drinks and they pack a punch. I'm not sure if they have drip coffee. I ordered one and got an espresso shot. No complaints it's going to wake me up. They have a refrigerator of bottle drinks, pastries, and other snacks. There's plenty of seating and also a conference room. The place was run by a very nice lady.

So glad I found this little gem of a coffee shop!…read more Ended up trying the London Fog - nice and frothy earl gray tea latte with lavender. Delicious! They have some unique drink options with a Vietnamese coffee twist. Service was fast with bet tree r prices than most coffee shops and a nice relaxed vibe. I prefer my coffee on the sweeter side and asked how sweet a specific drink would be. The barista let me know that they can make my drink sweeter if I wasn't happy with the sweetness level. I ended up doing that and they were very nice and quick in making the adjustment. I only got to try two drinks here, but the service is what stuck out to me and greatly improved my experience. COOKIE BUTTER ICED LATTE: It wasn't sweet enough for me so they adjusted the drink to my liking, at no extra cost. After that, I really liked the drink. Good cookie butter flavor! CA PHE SUA DA (Vietnamese Iced Coffee): I saw other reviews mention that this wasn't an authentic Vietnamese iced coffee in terms of flavor (which I found surprising because it's written in Vietnamese on the menu), but my partner is obsessed with them so he couldn't resist. We can confirm that it isn't authentic. We could tell as soon as it came out. It was very light in color, and authentic Vietnamese iced coffee should look almost chocolatey in color. It was much sweeter and had a much weaker coffee flavor than it should have. The hallmark of a good Vietnamese iced coffee is that strong, specific coffee flavor (think Cafe Du Monde, iykyk). It's not normal American coffee or espresso. There's a specific coffee flavor you're expecting in a Vietnamese iced coffee and this one tasted like they used normal American coffee/espresso. It was definitely Americanized. It wasn't bad, but it tasted and looked like sweet coffee milk. And when you're expecting a Vietnamese iced coffee, it's a let down. If you know what their version tastes like when you order, it'll be good. It's just not a Vietnamese iced coffee.

I love going to coffee shops that have my name in them ;)…read more No but for real, Yemeni and Turkish coffees and teas anyways hit the spot. Pair that with my love of pistachio, and you've got a match made in heaven. This place looks ethnic, modern and clean. There's a painting of a woman on the wall who stares over us as we eat cake. We were lucky enough to come on a gloomy afternoon, my favorite a way to go to a coffee place. I tried a multitude of desserts, and they were all good. We also had four separate drinks, and they were all good. The cheesecake, milk cake and honeycomb bread were all good. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall- would definitely go here again!

The vibes reflect their culture well and I'm here for it. They have a bunch of pastries and a wide range of coffees to choose from. I tried the rose Adeni chai. I don't know about the rose part of it. It was basically the a cold foam part of it but I don't feel like the flavor tasted like rose or anything, just had the pink color. The Adeni chai did taste authentic. I also tried the Turkish coffee and that was strong and bold. I don't feel like the taste was too strong for me though, it was easy to drink. I also liked the presentation of the coffee. They put it in a traditional coffee pot. If you like strong coffee then this is for you. I tried the meat samosa and it was crispy and the inside was a mix of onions and minced meat. It had a nice texture for me but the inside wasn't to my flavor of taste. That's just in my opinion because I don't like onions. I then tried the Knafeh cheesecake. The Knafeh wasn't as crunchy as I thought it would be but the cheesecake portion was just like an original cheesecake, tangy and rich. I enjoyed the cheesecake. I guess I was expecting of a more of Knafeh taste like the top would be like half Knafeh instead of like sprinkles. Nevertheless, it was still good it just wasn't what I expected.
