I live right down the street of this place and I have wanted to try their coffee since I first laid eyes on this hidden gem. Yall, this place is THE vibe. Tuckee away and hidden next to a gas station, you can miss this place in the blink of an eye! The little intricacies that have been placed in this coffee shop are genius. From the paintings and art pieces scattered along every piece of the wall, exudes the Caribbean Creole Heritage. The girl vibe and the femininity that this coffee shop brings is something that I have been waiting for. It GIVES in the best ways. I can see that there are yoga mats along with several different games sitting on the book shelf. I could definitely see myself coming here with a couple of friends and just enjoying ourselves. Seems like there may be a yoga class here. Need to find out more! Now to the coffee. I ordered the ube latte, which was right up my alley. Not much of a sweet fan, so this really hit the spot. Ever since I came the first time. . .I've been back every week since! The location is near my home and my kids love it more than I do!! The first thing twin B runs to are the collection of books on the back wall. There are also games, yoga mats and a comfy couch to rest on. My favorite thing about Caribbean Creole Coffee is the ginger hibiscus tea!! My goodness that thing is good. I absolutely love ginger and it is amazing in this drink I also love that your cup comes with daily affirmations. It gets my day going with words of encouragement. Blame this visit on tiktok! I saw this post of the owner stating to come visit her new place in Katy. Consider myself "influenced". I didn't even know there was any black owned coffee shop in Katy. So when I was in the area one Sunday I stopped in. It's definitely a cute vibe in there, well decorated with art plus items from local vendors to purchase. There was some really cute earrings I was tempted to buy, maybe my next visit? When I visited the owner Towana was at the cashier, and she was friendly. And chatted me up, asked how I heard about the place, which of course I told her. My total was $12.18 all together. Drinks -I got a speciality latte. I was torn between a few choices. I wanted something less sweet. I was able to choose almond milk with no up charge. It was good. I want to try the Lavender latte. Food- I had the chicken empanada and it was actually very yummy, great seasoning. I didn't get any dipping sauce. But I was ok with that. The cutest hidden little coffee shop with the sweetest, most patient staff. Our first time visiting so we were undecided even though they have the simplest menu which is nice. The wait is long to get the food and drinks but it ended up worth it. My iced coconut matcha and avocado toast was perfection!!! They paired perfectly together. I love that more craft coffee shops are popping up in this area! Randomly came across this new coffee shop and I'm in love. They use single origin beans for their coffees and it's delicious. I got the americano because I wanted to taste the flavor of the beans. It's bright, fruity, and full of flavor without the acidity. Definitely will get other ones next time to try since their other drinks look so pretty! The service is quick and the staff and owners are so nice and knowledgeable. They make the place so welcoming. We came into this place this morning thinking we could grab a quick coffee before our appointment boy where we wrong. The interiors are cute well thought out and it has an urban but yet upscale feel with just the right amount of sophistication added in. I guess they have a regular who comes in everyday but we had already put in our order and they started making his.... We have places we frequent daily and don't expect to cut everyone in line and maybe he didn't expect that but the fact that the barista stopped making our order to make his was the first grave error. The second was as I would glance over to see what was taking so long they looked like they were scrambling to make the coffee we thought great. Then I'm guessing the owner or another employee started helping them. Now the coffee was it good yes was it with the wait absolutely not will we be back NEVER. Also we ordered one of their lavender coffees couldn't even taste any by the time we got our coffee. If it only took 10 minutes to make our coffees then why didn't we leave until 9:15 ?. Also I did have positive things to say about business, but after reading your childish and petty reply to my honest review maybe I shouldn't have. And as for have the day I deserve ? Firstly I could have completely trashed your business and talked about how it seemed like the employees not only seemed high and unorganized but didn't car how long the wait was. Obviously this business is just a hobby for you and you don't care about expanding your customer base or increasing revenue. I hope you have a blessed day and learn some professionalism as a fellow business owner this is not how I would have responded to an honest review it speaks volumes as to how your business is run and about your character. This is my new favorite spot! Came here after following their transformation on Instagram and the videos did not do it justice. It's even more beautiful and inviting in person. The owner was beautiful and so gracious to all the customers coming in. The Barista was pretty cool too. She made sure every single drink was to customers liking and even asked for feedback. Saw this place on tiktok and finally had the chance to pass by. First off, greeted right away. I wish I would've caught their name, gave us all the info and was super sweet. First time trying out this coffee spot and it did not disappoint. The service was great. I tried the iced banana bread latte and the house favorite and it was delicious and I loved the affirmations on the cups! This place has limited seating inside and limited parking in front of the store, inside the vibes do have that Caribbean feeling to it with the decor and artwork. I ordered the ginger latte and once I received it, it was what I expected and they also told me if I needed it sweeter to let them know. It was bitter but once I asked them to sweeten it some more it was perfect, not too sweet or bitter. This place is pretty good I just wish the space was larger. read more

Absolutely love the ambience. The young ladies (the owners, I think) are very kind. The food and drinks are fantastic. I've tried nearly every drink on the menu and was not disappointed in any. There is the almond something croissant...;oh my goodness. It was suggested by one of the young ladies. I can't wait to have them create a batch of teas for me. Yes, they blend their own teas.
