She said she would "talk to the lady," and when I asked who that was, she said it was the manager. A few minutes later she returned and told us -- word for word -- that "the lady doesn't care, my manager doesn't care." I have never in my life had a restaurant openly admit they don't care about serving burnt food or about their customers' experience. To make matters worse, when I checked the receipt afterward, we had been overcharged by $30. Between the burnt meals, the dismissive attitude, the lack of service, the bizarre unprofessional behavior, and a manager who apparently "doesn't care," this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Houston.
