There was a sweet lady restocking everything while I was there and she was very pleasant before heading out. The guy who took my order, however, wasn't very friendly or talkative which made ordering feel a little awkward. While I was sitting there, a group of high school kids came in and sat down quietly. They honestly weren't bothering anyone and looked like they had probably just gotten out of school and were waiting for a ride. I noticed the man watching them the entire time and he eventually told them they needed to leave, which kind of changed the vibe for me. On a positive note, the coffee I ordered was really good and the cheese bread was delicious as well.

Finally got a chance to try it via drive through. I knew I wanted to try the pistachio latte and…read morefrom the past reviews I heard it was underwhelming and milky. Okay...so Ian extra shot of espresso should do it. An older gentleman came to the window, seemed sweet. I ordered an oat milk iced pistachio latte with an extra shot. Found out after I ordered that you can only order double shots at a time. So that's what was added. A quad latte?!? Lol umm okay...I guess no choice but to try it now. (It's time to play the gaamme!lol) Well, that bill came out to $13 some for a drink. I couldn't taste much pistachio if any but there was a unique flavor to the coffee. It was nice but way too strong. Not enough flavor of anything else except espresso. I wouldn't know it had pistachio in it if I didn't see it on my cup. If the regular was too milky and this was too strong, I dont think I'll be able to find a happy mix. My final thoughts... at $13 and as time is of the essence now because I just got 4 shots in a small cup, I realize I probably won't be back. It just wasn't my cup of coffee.

The nicest part of this experience, is you can buy a regular shake and they will divide it up into two kids size or smaller sizes for you to share. That right there was a plus and a bonus and will make me come back there a lot more. You can ask to try any of the chocolate barks that they have in stock for that day and we tried the peanut butter chocolate and marshmallow one and I bought a piece immediately. The brownie batter shake had brownie pieces and chocolate Oreo, cookie pieces and chocolate chip pieces in the shake, and it was absolutely fantastic. I have not had a shake that tasty in years. The staff is super friendly and helpful with all your questions answered right away. I would definitely run, not walk to try the milkshake factory because it is so tasteful and yummy, you will be hooked right away

The drink was delicious and I would definitely come back again to try their other ones. Nachos were lackluster; a bag of tostino's and a cup of cheese sauce, I wish our cashier warned us because I would not have ordered it if I had known. The pretzel bites were a lot better but seemed like they just tossed it in the microwave. The cookies also were just alright, they were cute, but wasn't above expectations.
