The meat was decent -- flavorful and cooked well. Unfortunately, the tortillas tasted generic, like they came straight out of a package, which really took away from the taco. On top of that, they're pretty stingy with the salsas, which doesn't help the overall experience. Fresh tortillas and a little more salsa would go a long way. read more

I ordered 1 burrito and 4 tacos. My kids and I killed it all. Food was super fresh and quick. The cheese for the burrito was browned on the griddle before it joined the tortilla. Came here on the recommendation of my gardener a couple of weeks ago, and have now been back 3 times. During quarantine, they set up a little taco stand in front of some auto repair stores after 5 pm. Not sure what they do normally, but was told they have a trailer that they set up. During weekdays, they only sell barbacoa tacos, but if you go on the weekend, they sell carne asada tacos and quesadillas with your choice of meat. Everything is spectacular. The barbacoa tacos are about $1.50 each, and you'll want 5-10. But some of the best I've ever had. The carne asada tacos are even better. The quesadillas come with whichever meat you want. They do not skimp on the meat, and give you all the limes, pico, and hot sauce you could want. Can't remember the exact prices for everything, but definitely a good deal for everything. Overall, one of the best taco places (if not the best) in the Cypress area. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Definitely one of my favorite burrito/taco spots of all time and I've lived in SoCal and grew up in SF. No fillers in their burritos such as rice and beans, just straight up meat of your choice (there are many to choose from: pastor, suadero, carne asada, pollo asada, vapor, etc), melted cheese (which is grilled first then the tortilla is applied on top of the cheese), shredded cabbage, pico, and salsa (which is very flavorful but definitely spicy). The burritos are at least a pound if not more. If you haven't had the tacos or burritos from here, you're missing out. read more

The tacos here are extremely good. They add alot of meat and the green salsa is delicious. The quesadilla is good as well, you can add any meat to it. I was talking to the owner and he showed me pictures of the meat he uses and he goes above and beyond on quality, doesn't use any scraps or trimmings for his asada tacos.
