I ordered the açai mango bowl which if I'm correct came topped with hemp granola, banana, mango, strawberries, pineapple and coconut flakes all drizzled with agave nectar. I have to start with - I love their menu. But that doesn't matter when customer service is soo bad. I ordered banana berry bowl and I added goji berries on top. Obviously they charge additionally for that. When I went to pick it up they didn't even think it was necessary to tell me they were out of goji berries but they still felt it was appropriate to charge me for them. When I asked they told me that I could try to go online and try to get my money back. Maybe workers need to be trained some in customer service, because I would've appreciated if they told me they were out and maybe offered something else instead, especially if they already charged me for it. Even though I love their juices and bowls, I will not be coming back. There is no reason to be subjected to such poor customer service. read more

I recommend this place to anybody looking for an acai bowl in the midtown area. I know it is a franchise but it is delicious and decent. They also allow dogs to go inside and of course on the patio. It is pretty pricey around $13 a bowl but other acai bowls places are around this price as well so it was no surprise for us. If you check in through yelp, you can get a free ginger shot. I believe they have DoorDash and take out/delivery through yelp as well. Curb Parking is challenging in this area but there is a parking garage that you have to pay to park across CVS. read more

I got the protein power açaí bowl. And it was amazing! Unfortunately, I live in Wisconsin where we lack smoothie places that offer this kind of deliciousness. I paid about $12 for this bowl and I think it was worth it. I ate one of these every morning I was in Houston as my breakfast. You get a decent amount to fill you, unlike some other bowls I've had from other places that charge about the same for way less.
