Typically love this place. I came 20 minutes before closing and was met with an empty stand. A bathroom break sign was placed in front of register. There was a gentleman sitting in the booth drinking a smoothie. I stood at the register for 8 minutes waiting for the employee to come back. After I finally order - I'm sat waiting. A group of two young boys come inside and I hear a gentleman taking their order. Lo and behold an employee was sat and watched me standing for nearly ten minutes lol and when two men came in he jumped to assist them. Very odd. Probably won't return.

With Segundo Coffee Lab being one of my fav study spots, I am hyper aware of any new vendors in shipping containers Gojui Smoothies located in the East End being one of the newest additions. Great smoothie! Though this drink had vanilla whey which has added sugar, it was still good. Both gentlemen who took my order were attentive and gave me a great recommendation on what to get. I got the Tropic Thunder which has Orange juice, Coconut water, Banana, Mango, Pineapple, Vanilla whey, Honey. When I drank this smoothie my brain said "ahhh yes, thank you!" Super tasty & refreshing!

I'm so happy a smoothie place opened in the east end! I got the açaí smoothie bowl and my husband the green machine. I didn't get to try his but he said it was nice, refreshing and filling. Now, my açaí bowl...I guess I was feeling nice and I shared and he almost had more than half of mine! We were fighting for the last bite. It was so good with a nice blend of fruits and whole fruits sliced nicely on top and sides. The granola was crunchy and it had a little bit of coconut. Also the cashier guy was super nice! He explained how they use all fresh ingredients and was very friendly and inviting. I will be back!!!!

My first time here. My experience was: excellent! Service was: great! Food was: excellent! wait time was: not long. But I have to say they did make a mistake and charged me twice, but they make sure to fix it right away, so no hard feelings, overall great place for a smoothie! (:

Had the açaí bowl here today and it was so delicious! They pack it in too so it's not just on the top. Got to enjoy the fruit and granola to the very bottom! Cool place all around! IronWorks is awesome and it's great having this fresh and yummy smoothie spot to welcome you in :)

Such a cute spot in the Iron Works building! I'm happy I finally found a good quality açaí bowl in Houston! And the portion size is perfect too! Tastes fresh!

Amazing i've gone back twice this week! The Houstonian smoothie and the Acai xx bowl is my fav.

Surrounded by fruits of the day with plenty of plant greenery, it sits on a prominent corner of the food hall making it almost impossible to miss. As a "raw fruit bar" they tout the freshness of the ingredients while noting that nothing has added sugar, preservatives, and is beneficial for nutrition and overall wellness. I've had a number of drinks, mainly smoothies, as well as their bowls and have come away incredibly impressed each time. I'm not one to buy into hype, especially since most drinks are in the $10+/- range but they're just *so* good. For those that want to keep it simple, shoot for an agua fresca, which leans heavy into fruits like watermelon, mango, pineapple, strawberry, etc.. For me, the standouts are the pineapple cucumber lime ($9), strawberry lemonade ($9), watermelon pineapple ($9) and guava pineapple ($10). The wellness based drinks are concoctions that contain additional things such as honey, chia seeds, turmeric root, and even ginger. My favorites here are the Better Than Paloma ($9.50), Thriving Blue ($10), and The Big Ginger Shot ($10). For another $1, one can add more turmeric / ginger root or chia. They also have papaya bowls, fruit bowls, and overnight oats for those looking for a little jumpstart to the day. The smoothie bowls are also really excellent and feature a house-made granola with no powders and made to order. They also have salads and soups, but I have yet to try either. They all range from $11-14. The real treat for me has always been their "artisan" smoothies. They're perfect for on the go and I was surprised to learn there wasn't additional juice, ice, or artificial sweeteners given how hearty they tend to be. I'm the last person who wants to drop $10-12 on a smoothie, but I continually think about the Peanut Butter Cup ($10.50), Peanut Butter & Berries ($11.50), Dragon Fruit Delight ($11.50), Berrylicious ($11), and Purple Goddess ($12). Supposedly the smoothies with PB are the best sellers and I'm thankful they're all in a 20oz cup. Lastly, the owner is such a sweet woman. She and her employees have always been excellent with the service and do a bangup job with everything they put out. I see lots of potential for this Latin-owned biz and am hopeful that others can also indulge without the guilt. __________ (#1) Formally The Conservatory - Midtown.
