I was informed that I would be charged extra simply for asking that the hemp protein be omitted. Charging a customer more for removing an ingredient is unreasonable and inconsistent with the experience I have had at your other locations. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I have never encountered this issue elsewhere. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures policies are communicated and applied consistently across locations.

Service that day was lackluster. A couple of days later I went back again and ordered the same thing, letting them know about my last experience and how the bowl was served to me. This time a different young man was at the window, and he apologized for the poor service I received and ensured me he would resolve the matter by creating a great bowl with proper drizzle. He did just that, the bowl was perfectly made, no peanut butter mountain, he gave me the drizzle I wanted and the bowl was done right.
