We ordered the strawberry banana smoothie and a basic latte. The smoothie was just okay and you don't get a lot of banana or strawberry, mostly just sugar and slush. Couldn't commentate on the latte because I couldn't really taste the roast at all, it was mostly just straight oatmilk diluted with color. Nice large windows with natural lighting. Plenty of merchandise on sale as well Service: was essentially empty except for one other patron when I was there. Only took a few minutes to make my matcha but they walked it out to me and drew a rocket ship on there! Drinks: opted out of coffee and opted for matcha latte but could tell from the color right away that the ratios were off. Too much milk to matcha ratio so it was a pale green (almost yellow green) so as expected the flavor of the matcha was EXTREMELY subtle. Not too sweet. This is an excellent coffee shop to study in! A ton of students study here, and the employees are very friendly. I had some issues with the wifi initially, but it was fine later on. They have outlets along the wall with the long bench seating and plenty of tables to work at. I had the peppermint tea, which wasn't really my cup of tea. My friend who brought me here likes their tea. I thought the drinks were very pricey, but they are for a good cause! I normally prefer a matcha or chai latte, but I balked at their prices for the iced drinks. I think it would be worth it if I come here in the morning and settle into the work flow. You can park in the parking lot next to the coffee shop and not just the few spots in front. Studied at bitty and beau's coffee in rice village for some big exams this week. It was the middle of the day is it was so crowded with a lot of traffic. They have only a few spots available in front of the store but luckily you are allowed to park in the big lot next to the coffee shop. There's also street parking available as well as a nearby garage if you're down for a little walk. I got a regular iced latte with toasted marshmallow flavor. I stopped by Bitty & Beau's in Rice Village because I was craving a fall drink and I'm so glad I did. While waiting in line, I read their story. A couple started the shop for their kids with Down syndrome and built a mission around hiring and empowering people with disabilities. It's such a beautiful cause, and I love that I got to support it. Got a pumpkin spice latte which totally hit the spot and worth the short wait. Warm atmosphere, kind staff, and great coffee. Bitty & Beau's Coffee did not disappoint on my current Matcha crave. While it's still warm enough for an iced latte I had the pleasure of enjoying an iced coconut matcha l with oat milk latte here. Super yum! I don't have an overly sweet tooth this was sweet but balanced so perfectly with the early taste of matcha. Less than 10 mins away from home I'll be back for sure. The inside definitely a vibe for catching up with friends, there's a kids area with games/activities to keep them occupied. I plan to bring my laptop to get some work done. This is a newish coffee shop on the eastern side of rice village over by Hungry's. Like many other businesses, parking is very limited. Their 2 reserved spots are for only 15 mins, so your only other option is street parking or garage which is a few blocks away. I tried the spiced brown sugar iced latte and initially it was not that good, but after I finished the first half, I was finally able to taste the spices, even after shaking and stirring before I started drinking. This place is interesting when it comes to calling out orders. They provide you with a playing card for your order and they keep the other card. I tried one of their flavored lattes and really enjoyed it, as well as my overall experience. read more

I really like the ambience as it's very open there's tons of lighting and I've never had an issue with finding good seating here. Unfortunately I was not able to get hooked onto the Wi-Fi, but I'm not entirely sure if that was just a personal issue with my device that I was using on this particular day. The shops are named after Bitty and Beau, the children of the Amy and Ben Wright, both of whom were born with Down syndrome. It's not just a noble mission, they've achieved great success since I've seen nothing but kindness and efficiency; two pillars of quality customer service. Clean and full of natural light, they've done a good job in keeping the place looking new and inviting. There is abundant indoor seating with a few outdoor tables as well, with just enough front parking spaces to accommodate a handful of visitors. The decor is unique and interesting, especially with the pallet light fixtures and illuminated bar counter. I've yet to see the place completely full and I appreciate the laid back vibe, along with the semi-speedy WiFi. The drinks have been a thumbs up. From iced lattes to cold brews to smoothies, I've enjoyed every cup. The prices are average and the menu is simple enough for most caffeine lovers to get what they want. The strawberry banana and wild berry smoothies have been my favorites thus far, along with an occasional vanilla or mint chocolate frappe. From a marketing perspective, the branding is on point. They've got a whole selection of memorabilia and company merch, along with lots of inspiring messaging centered around their cause. I enjoy it is in Rice Village so walking distant to many other shops and good spots. I will say it is a bit pricey, matching the boutique coffee cafe prices. But what did shock me was my drip coffee came to almost $6. I added a syrup (0.95).. but this is the most I have spent on drip coffee. If you go online to their website, you will see their story: "Bitty & Beau's Coffee is a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop, where people with intellectual & developmental disabilities are valued in the workplace. It's a place where diversity isn't just appreciated, it's celebrated." Besides the amazing story, the coffee is actually VERY good, and there's plenty on the menu to choose from. The cafe seating is plentiful. I saw families, students studying, individuals working, and even an interview going on. It's a comfortable and welcoming vibe, but it's also clean and hip. Some neat things they offer: There are flavor add-ins like hazelnut, toasted marshmallow, etc you can add to your order to enhance your flavor experience. There is a really neat pushpin map of the world towards the back of the shop, and if they have pins available you can place one in the location of your home town. There are already hundreds if not thousands of pins in the map. Lastly, when you order you are given a Bitty & Beaus branded playing card, and the baristas will call out your card number when your order is ready. Some tips: The main tip I would add is please be patient. The workers are professional and kind individuals, and they deserve kindness, patience, and respect. Pretty neat place in the ever crowded Rice Village. Barely any parking available, but thats a given in Rice Village. Like what the other reviewers are saying, when you walk in, you'll notice the difference between this coffee place vs others. If you still don't know, go find out. Spacious on the inside, there's plenty of room to kick out our legs. There's even a big map of the world and pins to put up of where you're from as well as a nice couch area and a play zone for kids.
