Unfortunately, at this location, what should have been a simple request became unnecessarily difficult. I was informed that I would be charged extra simply for asking that the hemp protein be omitted. Charging a customer more for removing an ingredient is unreasonable and inconsistent with the experience I have had at your other locations. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I have never encountered this issue elsewhere. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures policies are communicated and applied consistently across locations.

I love gingerbread, so for me, this made the perfect pairing. On the other hand, if gingerbread is not for you, don't order this cookie. Unable to decide among the juice and smoothies, I was blessed to have the input of an enthusiastic team member. Jordan at the register was also very patient with me as I was making my selection on what juices to choose from. He gave me some recommendations and even told me about the rewards sysem they have. Service that day was lackluster. A couple of days later I went back again and ordered the same thing, letting them know about my last experience and how the bowl was served to me. This time a different young man was at the window, and he apologized for the poor service I received and ensured me he would resolve the matter by creating a great bowl with proper drizzle. He did just that, the bowl was perfectly made, no peanut butter mountain, he gave me the drizzle I wanted and the bowl was done right. He served it to me in a bag and wished me a blessed day which put SK back in good graces with me again. I wish I had asked for his name because he exemplified customer service to the max. Thank you! The roasted oolong milk tea and slushes were always the go-to and the swirls and fruit teas were the ones to avoid. The food was a bit all over the place, from "cubie breads" to mochi donuts and fries. They worked as easy snacks on the go, but never overshadowed the drinks. Customer service was always a crapshoot, thus like many bubble tea cafes, the self-ordering kiosk was easy to consider. Prices were semi-reasonable given the neighborhood, which was a semi-win in itself. While I do hope for the best of this location, the one thing that still presents a challenge is the limited parking. Since it's a shared strip of only a couple of spots for each business, there is little street parking to compensate for the limited front side parking.
