He is very persistent in delivering quality products to his customers and quality service. I used to work here, and my experience here has honestly played a big role on my take on health. I was a customer before employment and even after employment, because the quality is just that good at a fair price. If you really care about what you are consuming, this is a place for you. Also a good place to network your business and uplift others by posting sticky-notes on the window/wall!

I tried an acai bowl my first visit, and a smoothie and a cookie on my second. Yaahhh, the cookie wasn't the healthiest choice, but it was good. Although I ordered a salted chocolate chip cookie, the cookie I received tasted more like a salted gingerbread cookie with chocolate chips. I love gingerbread, so for me, this made the perfect pairing. On the other hand, if gingerbread is not for you, don't order this cookie. Unable to decide among the juice and smoothies, I was blessed to have the input of an enthusiastic team member. In the end I went with the strawberry mint, sweetened with monk fruit, with added protein. It was backed with flavor. I'm usually a green juice girl, so I already have a reason to return. Although I wish I lived closer, I'm excited to return to try a new treat.

What a lovely juice shop!…read more Pressed is in a beautiful area and offers a variety of options. I enjoyed the selection and the quality of juices. They offered a taste bar where juices could be sampled before purchase (I love this idea!) Service the day of our visit was a little lackluster - didn't know much about the juices or juicing in general. Unfortunate. Besides the service, everything was exceptional and we can't wait to go back when it's cleanse time!

They have a wide variety of vegan and dairy free options. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable about what's in everything. Tiffany educated me on where they source their juices from & a little background about Pressed. She was so sweet. Jordan at the register was also very patient with me as I was making my selection on what juices to choose from. He gave me some recommendations and even told me about the rewards sysem they have. The space is well lit, extremely clean, & lots of seating to dine in. There's also parking right out front in the plaza exclusive for Pressed guests. I'll definitely be back to try more juices!!

They have a sanitized bin of sharpies and when you are done you can place your used sharpie in the "used" bin.

Service was quick to order, but the delivery was a bit slow. The ambiance was initially quiet for the drive thru. But got busy. So...the Signature Avocado and Egg toast has a little spice to it from the seasoning sprinkled on the top. Tasty but I still wanted a little salt. This was also served warm. The Signature Peanut butter one was tasty as well. I feel there could be a bit more peanut butter and banana for me. But, it was still delicious! I was quite full when I finished. I topped them off with some water. Definitely will have again with a few customizations!

This review isn't so much about the taste of the bowl, as much as it is the presentation of the bowl, and the service in general. I went to SK in Kirby through their drive thru, the middle of last week and ordered the PB Swizzle only to receive a bowl that was poorly made and with a heaping mess of peanut butter on top - the bowl was handed to me without a bag, however, I did get a spoon. Service that day was lackluster. A couple of days later I went back again and ordered the same thing, letting them know about my last experience and how the bowl was served to me. This time a different young man was at the window, and he apologized for the poor service I received and ensured me he would resolve the matter by creating a great bowl with proper drizzle. He did just that, the bowl was perfectly made, no peanut butter mountain, he gave me the drizzle I wanted and the bowl was done right. He served it to me in a bag and wished me a blessed day which put SK back in good graces with me again. I wish I had asked for his name because he exemplified customer service to the max. Thank you! It was delicious!

The West U area already lacked a proper bubble tea option, making its arrival that much more satisfying. Sadly, during the heat of summer just after their second anniversary, it abruptly closed. While the shop was small, they still had a number of tables for small groups and solo action. Given the tables were completely translucent glass, the plain acoustic tile ceilings with florescent lighting and very standard bathroom sign made the place feel like an office more than a cafe. The bright orange logo side wall was a nice touch, but still presented a contrasting vibe that was hard to shake. The drinks did not fare much better, but were at least consistent. The roasted oolong milk tea and slushes were always the go-to and the swirls and fruit teas were the ones to avoid. The food was a bit all over the place, from "cubie breads" to mochi donuts and fries. They worked as easy snacks on the go, but never overshadowed the drinks. Customer service was always a crapshoot, thus like many bubble tea cafes, the self-ordering kiosk was easy to consider. Prices were semi-reasonable given the neighborhood, which was a semi-win in itself. While I do hope for the best of this location, the one thing that still presents a challenge is the limited parking. Since it's a shared strip of only a couple of spots for each business, there is little street parking to compensate for the limited front side parking. For fans of the TSAOCAA brand and looking for a fix, the Katy store is the only remaining Houston-area location.

I've ordered from here multiple times for delivery to the Medical Center, and the drinks always arrive fresh, cold, and never watered down. I've even ordered from Too Good to Go for their grab bag, and received a variety of "surprise drinks." I appreciate that you can adjust the sugar and ice levels, and the drinks are consistently not overly sweet. There's not a ton of boba competition in the West U area, but this spot is definitely top tier. Bonus: they offer rose tea, which is surprisingly hard to find outside of Chinatown. Definitely a go-to for quality boba!
