First time walking in and my teen son tried their Honeydew Milk Tea with Boba as well as their Popcorn Chicken spicy. Their prices are affordable! You can buy food to eat and a drink frequently, versus other boba shops where you come in as a treat. This place, come daily for your fixes and let's keep them in business! Plenty of seating, mainly it seats 17 people. Cashier and Servers were patient, friendly and wonderful :) Would definitely return for food and service. Prices were average. Taste is "yumm" and it's a space to work, relax and catch up with friends. They take Cash and Card, yay a place that takes all paying customers.

Teahouse is a classic Houston staple, and always brings me back to my childhood! I went to the location in the Heights for a little pick me up during my lunch break, and it was just as good as I remembered! The interior of the place was super clean and modern, and there were lots of seats everywhere so it's perfect for doing work or wanting to sip and chill! They also have a little swing near the entrance which is a cute touch! I will say the music was a little too loud so it might not be the best environment for studying, but it's still super cozy! The service was nice! The person working at the front was very sweet and patient while I was thinking about what to order. She was also super fast when making my drink and she even let me bring in my lunch so I could eat too which was very sweet and thoughtful. I ordered a classic taro milk tea with boba, and it tasted just like my childhood. The milk tea wasn't too sweet but also sweet enough that it felt like a treat, and the boba was chewy and not undercooked at all. Overall, a very nice experience! Teahouse is probably not the best boba place in Houston, but it's definitely one of the most consistently good places that will always satisfy a boba craving. I've been going to Teahouse for 15+ years since I first had it at the location in the Hong Kong City Mall, and it's always delicious. Every other location is about the same, but this location was aesthetically pleasing and lovely!

Consistency is key, and Teahouse is just that! The teas are fantastic, and Thai tea and the brown sugar cream are my absolute favorites. I love that you can order online or call to order and they'll prepare it for pick-up. Cheers to milk tea perfection at Teahouse!

I really love Teahouse. My favorite drink from there is Taro and Coconut tea with tapioca. You can earn rewards that will lead you to getting a free drink. The reason for a missing star is because the customer service at this location was slightly ok, not too bad but they could be more friendly and greet.

When pulling in I was surprised first by how small the parking lot was. For so many businesses in one section I would think the parking lot would be able to hold more cars. I had to wait for a spot which took about 10 mins. Once I walked inside I was surprised again by the amount of people in line. I believe I had nine people ahead of me. The line did move at a steady pace except for the person that waited till they got to the register to look at the menu. As far as the drink, it came out just as I order. A strawberry smoothie. No real strawberries. Artificial flavor and ice blended. I'll be willing to try something else as they have a long menu but I'm not in a rush to go back.

I have been a long term fan of Teahouse as I had visited several throughout Houston, however this was my first time visiting this location. When I first came in, it was empty and should a beautiful set up. I can for a busy study day while preparing for my medical boards and was happy and the quite ambiance. After a few hours, it got a little rowdier as teenagers and some families took pictures on the swing with their tea, but it wasn't overly distracting. The tea was great. I just went with a milk tea and mango poppers. Their was only a few tables but a large, taller table that I sat at. Outlets were close but, again, it wasn't busy. Staff were nice and the bathrooms were clean. All in all, no major complaints. It was beautiful inside, definitely Instagram-able. I liked the tea. And enough study space when it's not busy, perfect for a chiller work day. I think if you really need to concentrate, I would choose another coffee shop nearby.

I finally made it to this Teahouse location. I love Teahouse (favorite location still remains the one on Shepherd and Westheimer though). My regular orders are the #1 (the classic black cream team), honeydew cream tea (if you are in the mood for something sweet), and wintermelon cream tea (wintermelon tea is herbal, so no caffeine), always with tapoica. They also have a watermelon cream blend that is more like a smoothie that is delicious, but I recommend skipping the tapoica in the frozen drinks, since the tapoica isn't as good frozen (texture is off). I've also had the sweet potato fries at a different Teahouse location, and they were excellent. (But haven't had them here yet.) When I came, their card machine was only taking tap, cash, and Apple Pay (and maybe some other option I am forgetting - I think swipe or chip was working but not both), so just be aware if you have a credit card like mine that is very finickying about the tap option. My drinks were good, and they have this cute wooden swing inside. Seating inside is limited, as you might expect from this smaller location.

It's good! I got the honeydew melon milk tea slushy. It was so creamy and icey and good! I loved it. Typical prices for bubble tea. Location is next to a lot of other things. Lots of parking.

We love getting boba from Teahouse Tapioca & Tea! Our favorite drink is Mango Cream Blend with Mango gelatin. Obviously we love mangoes The parking is free in the private lot that the shop is located in although it can sometimes be tough to find parking on the weekends. The one thing that could really use some improvement is the customer service. The past three times I've ordered drinks from here, they've gotten my name completely wrong on the cup. Stanley, Dayle & Amy all sound NOTHING like Bailey. It's very confusing when they're busy calling out lots of drink names then have to scramble to figure out which one is mine. It's also really disrespectful of the employees to make sassy remarks at me when I mention to them that they got my name completely wrong. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years and it's not difficult to ask for a name spelling if you don't hear properly or to apologize for getting it wrong. None of that ever occurs. Giving 4 stars due to the employees.

What a great location! Easy access, lots of parking, and several other hot places to check out in this strip center. Same menu here as other Teahouse locations; lots of variety and ways to customize your drink. You could easily come here daily and never order the same thing! My go to for a non-caffeinated order is their strawberry cream blend with tapioca; otherwise I do a standard milk tea with boba or the hazelnut coffee with boba. Clearly I have to have my boba fix! All are great so I'm sure the rest of the menu is too, it's just so hard to make myself try something new when I know how good these are! Good COVID procedure here; no indoor seating is available so this is a strictly grand and go situation or order ahead for delivery.

So glad to hear that one recently opened up in Houston. Would LOVE to take my cousins here one day…read more Environment/Atmosphere - Super crowded when we got here, but the lines moved fast, and there was a kiosk to self-order if you didn't want to wait in line for the cashier. One of my favorite things was how fragrant the space smelled while I waited for my boba. You could tell there was an exceptional tea aroma lingering despite all the cream and sweetness. The place was exceptionally clean for being so busy, and the workers consistently cleaned as they made the drinks, so you knew you could trust the sanitation here. Drink Design - I have to make a separate comment on how CUTE these drinks were. I loved the intentional sticker placement over the lips and the little carrying handle. You could tell they went the extra mile to make these drinks not just flavorful, but an experience in and of themselves. Even their receipt paper felt luxurious. That sounds ridiculous to point out, but the thought behind every aspect of this place is impeccable. High Mountain Pouchong Tea w. Lemon Juice & Mousse (Creamy Lemon Tart) - After all the sugar I had today, this lemony drink hit the spot with its perfect tartness. The cream had bits of lemon zest in it, adding to the aroma. I tried to adjust the sweetness when I ordered and was told it had a built-in sweetness, but if I found it too sweet, they would happily switch it out for another drink. I felt like I was dealing with Amazon's generous return policy--and luckily, the drink was perfect, so no return was needed! Creamy Mango Tart - Literally like the Lemon Tart, but mango. I loved this just as much and really enjoyed the refreshing flavors of BOTH tarts. Instantly a fan favorite. Dong Ding Oolong Tea w. Fresh Milk - Very mild and creamy, almost like a mellow latte. Not my favorite because it was a bit too creamy after everything else I had today. Still, I loved the tea profile and can absolutely see why others would love it. Overall, I love, love, LOVE this place. 1000/10. From the experience to the quality and intentionality behind every little detail, I couldn't be happier with my visit. I never thought I'd ever say that a drink was so Instagram-worthy, but these drinks were beautiful--like models of the boba world. Would go back in a heartbeat. This has officially won the spot for my favorite boba place.

One nice addition that I saw was a Photo Booth and tea tasting station! You don't have to worry about parking as it's located in a strip mall so there's quite a bit of spaces. Overall I enjoyed my time and would like to try other tea options here.

Parking situation is subpar in their large parking lot, one of the downsides of this plaza. It's always a pain parking to visit any restaurants in between Yale and Heights. Anyways, the interior is fairly clean and modern, the menu is small and concise and the staff of two worked hard to get drinks made quickly. I enjoyed my matcha brown sugar drink (with boba and matcha pudding). The boba had really nice texture and the matcha was also fairly heavy. I got oat milk with mine, which is nice that they're not using whole milk or milk powder. Most of the drinks are in the $6-7 range, which again is fairly standard for the nicer boba spots.
