I ordered three Coconut Lattes in the same size with the same "less ice" customization, but they came out with noticeably different fill levels. One cup was clearly lower than the other, even though they were supposed to be prepared the same way. On top of that, the espresso tasted very weak and bland, almost like there wasn't enough coffee in the drink. Overall, it lacked the rich coffee flavor I was expecting. This is by far my favorite matcha place, not even just in Houston. The place itself is quite small, but the ambiance is nice. Sometimes it can be a little awkward to wait for drinks due to the small space, especially if all the tables are taken. The staff were polite and made drinks very quickly. My favorite is the banana foam matcha. I'm not sure if this was on the menu, I think I had to order a classic matcha latte, and add banana foam. Le drip is the place I go to for Vietnamese coffee if I am in bellaire. It's a pretty decent place to go to. The Vietnamese coffee sometimes can be a bit too strong that it makes me nauseous but it was only once. I ordered 2 for a taste test of how much is close to it is to what my Hubby had in Saigon VN . It fell short to VN because first the egg in this coffee was not pasteurized at all but because it gave us the run to RR like right about almost finishing the cup we both went to bathroom bc only me and him drank it out 5 of us none in family but me and him had the run ins. One major factor is that the coffee was not creamy and rich in coffee enough to compare to VN egg coffee he had previously so if you are looking for good egg coffee this is not the place to trust your eggs to be pasteurized maybe other drinks are safe here as long as they cook or boil but if calls for raw of something donot order here. I think I will try here but other drinks yes but never again the egg coffeee here, please ask them first how long have they had those eggs sit out or is it even pasteurized?? If you want a strong, sweet vietnamese coffee, Le'Drip is the spot to go to. There aren't too many in the area that do these unique flavored drinks like lychee, ube, pandan, etc. They also have matcha but...... I got: 1) Salted cheese foam - Good, sweet strong viet coffee. They source their coffee beans straight from the motherland of Vietnam, and we all know Vietnamese coffee is truly the best. The coco matcha with pandan foam was sweet and tropical; I think I would have liked it more if the pandan flavor was just in the matcha drink itself rather than as a foam, but it was still yummy! The cafe isn't very big, and there's limited small tables, so I would say probably not the best place to meet with a group. It's located in Dun Huang Plaza and it does have a large shaded parking lot, but it can be hard to find a spot and be crowded sometimes.
