Should have known when their rating wa slow but I gave them a chance anyway and what a huge mistake I have been ordering the angel food since smoothie king opened their doors and lately it's like rolling the dice whether I get a good one or not but today that watery mess she gave was absolutely hands down the worse I e ever had she should be ashamed for even giving it to a customer I wish smoothie king would make them follow the recipe or fire them it's beginning to be ridiculous read more

Smoothie King - My receipt just in case you can tell who made this horrible smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Houston, Texas

Came here to redeem an offer for a 20 oz or bigger smoothie and get Dude Perfect free. We ordered a Caribbean Way no bananas add blueberries and the Dude Perfect. The young lady at the counter asked us to repeat the order 3 times and it didn't give us the Dude Perfect for free. She did it again and it still didn't take it off. Then she said we didn't have enough points to redeem it. Mind you we got the email this morning. She was then able to ring it up correctly. She did not give us a receipt and when we asked for it the Dude Perfect was not on there showing the offer was redeemed. I would've taken a picture of the receipt but it's currently back at the counter because we brought back both smoothies. read more

As Nicki Minaj once rapped "Ayo, they could never make me hate you". Even when they run out of cherries for the Tart Cherry Extreme . I honestly have no real complaints other than they run out of the stuff I want . The service here is amazing at this location! It's always the same young lady. I swear they only have 2 workers at a time, and I never see a change in service. I have never been inside. I always hit the drive thru. It's fast and fresh. I love a good thicccccc smoothie. read more

Smoothie King - Front of the smoothie bar - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Houston, Texas

Wonderful service as well as high quality smoothie. I would most definitely go to the location Again.

First time at this location and it was a good experience. It was a Friday at 7pm and not busy. Greeted upon entering. Jose was the cashier and made my drink. He was very helpful and easy to speak with about the different substitutions I needed to make because I don't do dairy. I got the hulk without the ice cream and added vegan protein and it came out well. Thanks Jose! read more

Not really sure why the ratings are so low. I've been coming to this location recently due to it being conveniently on the way to work. The girl that works in the morning honestly has the BEST customer service I've seen in general. I work customer service all my life and honestly, she's got the best attitude. Really makes a persons day! She probably deserves a raise for willing to show up to work so early in this crazy economy where people rather sit at home than go to work. Aside from that--the smoothies here never disappoint I'm vegan so I'm happy they have a menu for me. Mango kale and nutty super grain are my favorite!! read more

I really like Smoothie King and I tend to go to whatever one is closest to me when I get the cravin' for a smoothie. I love the Caribbean Way, because it's just like an old school strawberry and banana smoothie. This Smoothie King is bigger than a lot of the ones I have experienced. It even has four small circular tables in the front area where you can sit and enjoy your smoothie. The really unique thing about this smoothie king is that it has a DRIVE THROUGH! Maybe I just spend too much time in the suburbs, but I haven't seen any other smoothie kings with drive throughs. And for us lazy Americans who like to bank, get our dry cleaning and eat all while still in our car, this is perfect! read more

The staff at this location seems discombobulated. They seldom seem to be connected to the customer and just running on fumes. Depending on what time you go, you may not even get a greeting. Maybe they need a raise in order to feel like doing their job with a smile is worth the time it takes for them to be there? Aside from the hardly existent customer service, my smoothies have been hit-or-miss on taste. The store is usually clean and it's the only one I know that offers seating in it's make-shift lobby. read more

You can't really go wrong with Smoothie King when you are needing something nutritious. This location is never jammed packed but always has quick service. To top it off the customer service is excellent. My personal favorite is the mango kale meal replacement and then the strawberry kiwi breeze. Honestly the 20oz is just the right size for a healthy diet but for a dollar extra on a Friday why not add an extra dollar and get the 32Oz for $5? It is hard to resist going there on Friday and even harder to resist getting the same drink over and over. Some of my other favorites are the mangosteen madness, passion passport, and the blueberry heaven. You can always subtract ingredients that you don't want from the drink such as the protein or extra sugary ingredients. Of course my homemade smoothies are still the best but when I don't want to do dishes I just get smoothie king. read more

Staff was super nice! Had some issues with their smoothie machine but compensated our time nicely. Very nice people with positive attitudes and super conscious about how long we were waiting. Thanks Again! read more

This location has a drive-through which is amazing and extremely convenient. They're right down from my house so I go anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week. The people who work here are great, I've never gotten a bad smoothie, and they're always willing to answer any question you have about the menu. I would definitely recommend this location. They make The Smoothie King chain feel like a local stop here. read more

Friendly associates and reasonable prices, will definitely be back. I was greeted as we arrived and as we left. read more

Smoothie King - Employees were nice and helpful. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Houston, Texas

Good smoothies but probably the slowest service of all local locations. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE IMPATIENT CHILDREN!!!!!!!!! The Drive thru is a joke. You will save NO time ordering this way versus going inside the store. Still overpriced, but that's just SK. read more

Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating staff. I ordered my smoothie skinny. Made sure to mention it twice when placing my order. They made it regular. I asked them to please remake it because I ordered it skinny. They made me wait ten minutes only to hand me back the exact same smoothie. Tasted exactly the same. They literally just switched out the lid. read more

Very small Smoothie King in a small shopping center. Nice ambiance, only one worker. Has a drive thru and chairs and tables inside. No outside seating. Very fast service because its not a popular place. read more

Just left, actually, around 12:53:56 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 2019. Nadine, Joel and the manager Emma (may have misspelled) they were all wonderful, My 2 scoops vanilla yogurt, strawberries, bananas and pineapple were, as always perfect. Kuddos to each of them read more

I pulled up this morning to find out they're out of spinach, mango, and kale lol ridiculous. I'm not sure who was supposed to handle that but it's not good for business. read more

This location needs new staff or needs to shut down! It's currently 8:15am and not only is this location closed, there is No staff in sight with no lights on in location! I've had many issues here but this is the last straw! Owner needs to sell or hire staff that can show up to work on time! Last time this happened I was told they needed to purchase supplies from Kroger. Again if this is the case this should have been handled prior to stores opening! read more

I was sitting at the drive threw for at least 15 min waiting for some one to take my order pulled up to the window waited another five... service sucks here she did apologize but still be more attentive to your job. Smoothie was great btw read more

They use fresh fruits and vegetables! Quite healthy. Plus, they were plenty of vegan options. For example, the soymilk or almond milk. It was large size for the more affordable or cheap price. But, more affordable. It's not the cheapest though. It's around the middle for me. read more

The worst smoothie king by far! They ask your order two or three times and they take way too long!! Smoothie King- you may want to hire people with motivation! I guess if you want to come to this location because it's he most convenient (like me) come 30 minutes early. read more

Noticed the change. This location has shaped up a lot. Good customer service. Get greeted right away as I walk in. And always consistent in their smoothies. They make the best "ACAI ADVENTURE." $5 FRIDAYS ARE AWESOME. read more

Employees at this location move entirely too slow. I have spent several lunch breaks waiting 20+ mins for a simple smoothie. It is never actually busy when I go. I only go because it's close to my job but this location needs to do better. read more

Apple kiwi kale smoothie was ready in under 5 minutes. Took out bananas. Got fiber instead of electrolytes.

I don't like leaving negative reviews...but something has got to change about this place!!! I order through the drive thru every time and order the same thing every time...HOWEVER there is only one employee who makes delicious smoothies here perfect every time (this is the only reason they get 2 stars) !!! But the others gosh I feel like I wasted my money...they are slow (it doesn't take 15 or 20 min to make 2 smoothies) ....customer service is pathetic...I'm ordering my smoothie before I even get to add something like a supplement or energy in my smoothie he says anything else so in reply I ask for what I want added to my smoothie. And once again he says anything else. And I order my next smoothie. And he says anything else. And sometimes (this has only happened twice) I order for my coworkers so between every drink there's a loud rude ANYTHING ELSE...it's soooooo annoying!!!! I don't think I'll be going back to this location ...or maybe I'll go inside see if the guy who knows and how to make them is available...because the others who make them taste very chalky like it's not blended enough or way too milky and the flavor is just milky and not fruity. I'm so disappointed I love smoothies. read more

the employees here are very active, they are very knowledgable, and it is very clean and organized.
