Came here to redeem an offer for a 20 oz or bigger smoothie and get Dude Perfect free. We ordered a Caribbean Way no bananas add blueberries and the Dude Perfect. The young lady at the counter asked us to repeat the order 3 times and it didn't give us the Dude Perfect for free. She did it again and it still didn't take it off. Then she said we didn't have enough points to redeem it. Mind you we got the email this morning. She was then able to ring it up correctly. She did not give us a receipt and when we asked for it the Dude Perfect was not on there showing the offer was redeemed. I would've taken a picture of the receipt but it's currently back at the counter because we brought back both smoothies. read more

As Nicki Minaj once rapped "Ayo, they could never make me hate you". Even when they run out of cherries for the Tart Cherry Extreme . I honestly have no real complaints other than they run out of the stuff I want . The service here is amazing at this location! It's always the same young lady. I swear they only have 2 workers at a time, and I never see a change in service. I have never been inside. I always hit the drive thru. It's fast and fresh. First time at this location and it was a good experience. It was a Friday at 7pm and not busy. Greeted upon entering. Jose was the cashier and made my drink. He was very helpful and easy to speak with about the different substitutions I needed to make because I don't do dairy. Not really sure why the ratings are so low. I've been coming to this location recently due to it being conveniently on the way to work. The girl that works in the morning honestly has the BEST customer service I've seen in general. I work customer service all my life and honestly, she's got the best attitude. Really makes a persons day! She probably deserves a raise for willing to show up to work so early in this crazy economy where people rather sit at home than go to work. The staff at this location seems discombobulated. They seldom seem to be connected to the customer and just running on fumes. Depending on what time you go, you may not even get a greeting. Maybe they need a raise in order to feel like doing their job with a smile is worth the time it takes for them to be there? Aside from the hardly existent customer service, my smoothies have been hit-or-miss on taste. I really like Smoothie King and I tend to go to whatever one is closest to me when I get the cravin' for a smoothie. I love the Caribbean Way, because it's just like an old school strawberry and banana smoothie. This Smoothie King is bigger than a lot of the ones I have experienced. It even has four small circular tables in the front area where you can sit and enjoy your smoothie. The really unique thing about this smoothie king is that it has a DRIVE THROUGH! Maybe I just spend too much time in the suburbs, but I haven't seen any other smoothie kings with drive throughs. And for us lazy Americans who like to bank, get our dry cleaning and eat all while still in our car, this is perfect! read more

You can't really go wrong with Smoothie King when you are needing something nutritious. This location is never jammed packed but always has quick service. To top it off the customer service is excellent. My personal favorite is the mango kale meal replacement and then the strawberry kiwi breeze. Honestly the 20oz is just the right size for a healthy diet but for a dollar extra on a Friday why not add an extra dollar and get the 32Oz for $5? It is hard to resist going there on Friday and even harder to resist getting the same drink over and over. Some of my other favorites are the mangosteen madness, passion passport, and the blueberry heaven. You can always subtract ingredients that you don't want from the drink such as the protein or extra sugary ingredients. Of course my homemade smoothies are still the best but when I don't want to do dishes I just get smoothie king. read more

This location has a drive-through which is amazing and extremely convenient. They're right down from my house so I go anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week. The people who work here are great, I've never gotten a bad smoothie, and they're always willing to answer any question you have about the menu. I would definitely recommend this location. They use fresh fruits and vegetables! Quite healthy. Plus, they were plenty of vegan options. For example, the soymilk or almond milk. It was large size for the more affordable or cheap price. But, more affordable. It's not the cheapest though. It's around the middle for me. read more

This location needs new staff or needs to shut down! It's currently 8:15am and not only is this location closed, there is No staff in sight with no lights on in location! I've had many issues here but this is the last straw! Owner needs to sell or hire staff that can show up to work on time! This location is now under new management and significant changes have been made. The staff seem friendlier and more relaxed and more effort is being made to increase customer service. Apple kiwi kale smoothie was ready in under 5 minutes. Took out bananas. Got fiber instead of electrolytes.

I don't like leaving negative reviews...but something has got to change about this place!!! I order through the drive thru every time and order the same thing every time...HOWEVER there is only one employee who makes delicious smoothies here perfect every time (this is the only reason they get 2 stars) !!! But the others gosh I feel like I wasted my money...they are slow (it doesn't take 15 or 20 min to make 2 smoothies) ....customer service is pathetic...I'm ordering my smoothie before I even get to add something like a supplement or energy in my smoothie he says anything else so in reply I ask for what I want added to my smoothie. And once again he says anything else. And I order my next smoothie. And he says anything else. And sometimes (this has only happened twice) I order for my coworkers so between every drink there's a loud rude ANYTHING ELSE...it's soooooo annoying!!!! I don't think I'll be going back to this location ...or maybe I'll go inside see if the guy who knows and how to make them is available...because the others who make them taste very chalky like it's not blended enough or way too milky and the flavor is just milky and not fruity.
