I was wearing a dress and heels and was very uncomfortable. The staff watched me walk toward the bathroom without mentioning that it was locked or that I needed to pay first. I waited a few minutes, thinking someone might be inside, before returning to the counter. Only then was I told I had to pay first. I explained that I absolutely intended to pay and asked again if I could please use the bathroom because it was urgent, but the employee refused. Her expression and response felt dismissive. She was also wearing headphones and on her phone, which added to how unwelcome I felt. I paid, used the bathroom, and ended up leaving my drink behind because I was so frustrated. I understand reserving bathrooms for paying customers, but I had already made it clear that I was purchasing a drink. Explaining the policy upfront and treating me with a little kindness would have made a huge difference.

I do want to recognize the young woman working today--she was friendly, professional, and provided great customer service. The gentleman that was working with her today 5/30 at 2pm was not. He was rude to her and the customers. My biggest concern is the lack of respect shown to customers and, at times, to your own staff. Long-time customers notice these things, and it affects the overall experience. With Gyro Hut opening next door, I'll be taking my business there instead. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my regular spots, but the recent decline in quality and service has made me look elsewhere.

The employee I chatted with was super helpful and even let me taste to the 2 flavors that I was interested in. I tasted both of vanilla and açaí flavors. I wasn't a big fan of the vanilla, but the açai was incredible! They have two sizes for the freezes, I opted for the larger size. You can put as many toppings as you'd like. I opted for the blueberries, almonds, coconut chips, and the granola. It was so good! The granola was some of the best I've ever had. Pricewise, this around me $8.50. I need this place on my side of town immediately, but in the meantime, I will definitely be making a trip to Sugar land lol. Forgot to mention that I also signed up for their awards program.
