Mom and I went one day and it was incredibly delicious. We will definitely be back Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Didn't have much time to spend there but was able to meet with the the local management staff and they were very friendly and kind. We got the special sandwich and it was delicious. I decided to try the mashed potatoes and they were done well. Can't wait to visit again and try more! *I don't like lettuce on my sandwich so this looks a bit different but it was incredibly delusions!* read more

Super sweet people who were attentive and quick to prepare our food. It's a classic diner vibe at Crazy Coffee. We ordered the Adam's Platter and two breakfast tacos. Both were..."alright"...which in food review world is code for edible, forgettable, and we won't return. read more

Got the biscuits and gravy, have to say I was impressed with the flavor, didn't need pepper or anything. My wife got the chicken and waffles. She was also impressed with the food. Also got a meat pie, would have liked it to be crisper but the flavor reminded me of the Jamaican meat pies I have had at other establishments. Had a little bit of spice but not too much. All of our food came it as hot as we would have expected. They must have been having AC issues, it was a bit "sticky" and they had a portable AC and fan running. Was too hot , but it was a nice day out. The waiter (didn't get his name) was very and nice. Will come back again. read more

This place is permanently closed. There is a new Jamaican cuisine restaurant that's there food is great.

The lady that served us was very nice but this place needs a redo. The decor is not cohesive. The chairs and tables say diner but the wall art and random dinner table say garage sale. There was no "crazy coffee" so not sure why that is the name. Food was decent, drinks were not, I was disappointed. Doubt I will be returning. read more

Crazy Coffee Restaurant - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Richmond, Texas

Crazy. Y'all, they've got that right! Lazy Saturday afternoon, staying down at the state park and finding a late breakfast via Yelp (we're here at 12:30p) The place is empty, just one sever and one cook. Come to find out, the rest of the staff is out at a catering gig. So, limited menu (as in: you can order the Adam's Plater and breakfast tacos, and that's it). We'll make the best of it, with two Adam's Platters, two brisket tacos, and two cinnamon muffins. Only to find out, they have no cinnamon muffins. So, we'll switch out for blueberry instead. Four TVs on the wall. Only one working. Oh boy. Y'all, this is getting crazy! Blueberry muffin- well, it's ok. Reminds me of the giant pack of 12 you'd get from Costco. Slather on some butter and you're in a good spot. On to the platters: one came out first, along with our two tacos. My scrambled eggs have bacon in them (not a bad thing, just not what I ordered) but the side of bacon is perfectly crisp and thick. Skin on red potatoes have great flavor but they're lukewarm. Toast is just toast. My brisket taco has INCREDIBLE flavor, but it's really dry. Now, had I put eggs in the taco, that would have been the star, for sure. Still waiting on the second platter.... And Brandon has checked back in twice now to make sure they're getting it right. And, the platter arrived (long after I finished mine) with WAY undercooked eggs (whites still extremely wet, not even close to over medium (just a runny yoke)). So, back it goes. And here we go again- eggs got flipped, definitely look better. Hubs is loving dipping the skin on potatoes into the runny yolks. Crazy y'all. So crazy! This place has the flavors, that'll be the redeeming quality, but we'd be concerned that they'll make if if the kitchen can't keep up. Here's to hoping they can figure it out. (Also, kudos to Brandon, we could tell he was doing the best he could!) And hubs says to say: mention the potatoes again. Y'all, they CRAZY good. read more

Cute quiet cafe in a small shopping. There's patio dining option. They have coffee smoothie shakes and Red Bull with alcohol drinks too. Food there were chicken and fries the kids love. The chicken gumbo was good but watch for bones. I had waffles with chicken that was good too. Staff was friendly. They do close early around 2pm. read more

Service A++ Food great flavor I had a brisket taco and it was good The bacon egg and cheese was my favorite. The meat pie was really good! Diner atmosphere was cozy! I can't wait to try more food from here! Sorry I ate too fast and no pics! The spring rolls were great but I was missing my soy sauce. read more

A small shop with very friendly staff. Great pancakes! I got an order of shrimp and grits to go for my son and it was to yummy. I should have gotten one for myself. We will be going back again soon read more

The food is good here, definitely feels home-made. Great pancakes, beats IHOP, Dennys, or Toasted. I want their recipe! We doordashed and still enjoyed our food. The eggs looked and tasted fresh which was a relief since some of these bfast placecs have these fake eggs they serve. The potatoes were solid. My almond milk latte was ok, I'd rather order a dairy milk coffee next time if I do order coffee from here. read more

Staff were lovely but the food and coffee were mediocre at best. I had a club sandwich with fries and a cup of coffee. Granted, I ordered something a bit boring, but I've had much, much better elsehwere. read more

At first glance this doesn't seem like much to be excited about, but the food was all really good. They messed up our orders, but were accommodating and fixed them promptly. And the club sandwich and pasta were both delicious. Perfectly made and very flavorful. The staff were kind and friendly although a bit on the slow side. It's located next to the county courthouse so very convenient if you're in the area. read more

Tacos were great. We showed up and there were I let 3 people working, very understaffed We felt bad, so we still ordered, we were starving... we waited like 15 minutes for food... I ordered a drink and it was super sweet. I ordered a cheese kolache and they gave me plain sausage.. honestly I didn't even say anything because of how mustered they looked. They had a couple of customers that were annoyed. This place has potential.. but no staff. I'd give it another try if I'm around the area.... read more

Wanted breakfast after a work meeting across the street and this place came up here on yelp. Very friendly waiter and cook, definitely can tell that they have some regular customers who come in there all the time and have built a nice relationship with the community. Had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was excellent. Definitely would come back here again when I am in the area, give them a try! read more

I do not even know where to start. The first thing is there is no Crazy Coffee!!!! Just normal coffees I can buy anywhere. Do not have a name that gets me excited and then is a major disappointment. Second issue is they were out of a bunch of food items. Third issue is the muffin case looks so pathetic. Fourth issue is we were given apple juice that expires tomorrow! WTF people!!!!!!!! And several other bottles drinks are expired as well!!! Fifth issue is the opened container of jams are only good for three months after opening, and had no openings date on them. On the same lines the jam containers say to refrigerate after opening, which they were not!!! That is revolting. 6th issue is the eggs and potatoes were so salty they were inedible. Please do not eat here if you want good food. read more

Walked in and asked for certain table to accommodate our group of 4 and was given completely different table. Had to ask for more silver ware Ordered drinks and food. Watched two other parties get seated after us and received food before us. Food took forever to come out. And food came out one plate at a time with a group of 4. Than order was not delivered correctly for mother in law and by the time she got her food table was almost done eating The crazy part is most of the meals were toast, eggs, potatoes and bacon. Not sure if they had to catch the chicken and catch the pig also. The biscuits and gravy was no good at all and very salty. Also very pricey. While the staff was very respectful and attentive the mix up with order and wait time dropped the score. Most likely will not go out the way to return read more

I love that there are dairy free coffee options!! Friendly people, good food. The eggs were actually seasoned well! Will definitely return!

Where do I begin! This place is everything! I have been living in the area for about 2 years and always went to Subway next door because I thought they only had coffee stuff. Well one day I decided to shassay my way in there and honey from the moment I walked in I loved it. The decor is awesome, the friendliness wrapped with amazing energy was the icing on the cake. Then I ate THE CHOCOLATE CAKE while I waited, the chef spoiled me and decorated it with pretty glaze and strawberries! It was so pretty I didn't wanna eat it..lol.. but you know I did and HONEY, that first bite it just literally melted in my mouth! Then I awaited my order of chicken wings and fries (I'm a simple gal) and it was more than I expected for my simple order. The food was nice and hot, meat very fresh the bbq sauce was tossed just right and I don't know what they do to those fries but I swear someone else eats them with me because they are gone and I am still reaching for more!! :) This is now my go to spot they are like family! Go ahead and eat here I PROMISE you, you will not be disappointed!! read more

Good food and service. The owner, Mr. Adam, came to table and spoke and was very welcoming. Generous portion sizes and everything was delicious. Mr. Adam stated he had the best gumbo and chicken tortilla soup in town, so I told him I will be back to try them. Pictures of food were pictured and looked very appetizing. This is a nice little gem and look forward to making it a regular spot. read more

This place is awesome! My omelette was so fresh. I didn't have a super heavy feeling after eating it like I usually do at breakfast places. My husband and kids got the pancakes and they were really light and fluffy. The bacon was crispy like I like it! Best coffee and brunch in Richmond! Service was great she explained the menu and made sure everything came out to our liking.

The potato egg and cheese and brisket taco are delicious. Coffee is hot and fresh. Support your local businesses!

I was starving when I stopped here, so take that into account. The place gives a "greasy spoon" kinda vibe. The staff was super friendly & the service was quick. I had the potato egg and cheese breakfast taco & the queen club sandwich. The taco was good. The club was just okay. They used American cheese slices instead of cheddar or another actual cheese. That being said, the bacon was perfectly crispy, the bread was perfectly toasted, & they were generous with the lettuce & tomatoes without overdoing the mayonnaise. read more

We stopped by yesterday for breakfast. It's a retro diner style look. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff are amazing. The chef stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we were happy with our selections. We chose biscuits and gravy with sausage and a biscuit, egg, sausage, cheese sandwich with breakfast potatoes and coffee. The food is very good. Try the potatoes, home style and not frozen. Our lovely waitress brought us a sample each of sausage chicken gumbo and spinach dip to share. Very good! Coffee was nice and hot. They also offer a selection of muffins and kolaches at the counter if you are in a hurry. Also serve lunch and dinner. I'll snap a pic of the menu tomorrow. Id like to try the fried shrimp or catfish. Prices are very reasonable. Give this new restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed! read more
