This place and its owner are #epic! I could leave it at that, but that would be much fun now, would it? While I'm of the firm belief that all Firehouse Subs are created equally great, what makes this place epic, as described above is this restaurant's owner. Raj, as he's affectionately known, has gone above and beyond for his community, and year after year he's recognized by many local entities including: schools, police departments, fire departments, etc. for his commitment to those his restaurant serves. His restaurant has also helped many first responders to gain access to life-saving equipment through The Firehouse Foundation, a non-profit organization that uses your "round-up" money that they ask for at the register. With that in mind, I'd like to ask you to say "yes" the next time you're asked. For those that donate on a regular basis, please know that it helps. Ok, back to the food itself... The sandwiches he crafts are fresh, tasty and artistic and I'm looking forward to my next one. Try the Turkey Bacon Ranch... you'll thank me later. Find this review useful? Let me know down below!

Definitely would recommend this for a sandwich, spot and soup service here is good as well and needs a clean atmosphere which I always love

All three employees were texting in there phones in the food area. Unsanitary and poor service.

So far so good. My Sandwiches have always been prepared well and service is prompt. I do wish the prices were cheaper.

I will try to keep it short as possible, so I apologize in advance…read more The 3802 FM 762 Richmond, TX location is really in need of retrain and educating their staff on customer service, or at least putting those that want to be there and know how to handle customer service on drive thru. Not at this location. It couldn't be farther from the truth. I use drive thrus due to mobility issues from NF that cause me pain. I tell the ordering spot/box that I was there for an online order pick up. I give the name and am instructed to pull up to window 2. I get up to the window, only to have two men treat me as I was the stupidiest person in the world. They were smirking and saying no they didn't have my order. I explained to them that the screen back where you order pulled it up no problem. They said are you sure about that? I said yes, that I was sure. They then struggled with their system, and said no we have an order two other people but not you. I said that is not possible, when it pulled it up on their screen back there no problem, and that husband and I ordered it for this location.When they asked for the location address, I gave them the address and they snickered. They actually snickered, and said that it was the wrong location that it was further up the freeway near Crabb River Rd. I said that was incorrect, that the road directly in front of their location was FM 762. That the order was for their location. They proceeded to shrug and wave me off, so I said I would come in to talk about it. After all I didn't want to hold up the line. Keep this in mind, I use the drive thru because it is painful for me to walk no a days from a massive scare I have due to NF.I walk into the resturant, and talk to the clerk and he confirmed that yes indeed I had the right location before walking away.I understand it is Friday night and they are busy, but my anxiety was starting to spike and I was in pain and getting a bit frustrated. Two minutes go by before a nice gentleman from the back came up and asked if he could assist me. I explained the situation to him, and he apologized. Said he wasn't even sure what those two were doing in drive thru.Still I explained the order again to him, and he pulled it up instantly with not a problem at all. He went back to get my food, and had a talk with the two of them. I heard the one in shock say oh that was her?The man came back looking annoyed by his co-workers and gave me my food. I thanked him, and proceeded back to my car out front facing FM 762. I broke down by this point as I have severe anxiety issues. So I drove home in tears, in pain, humilitated, and frustrated by the whole ordeal. I should never had have to have gone through any of that. Taco Bell needs to train their employees better, or get those that can do customer service in on drive through and the counter and keep those that want to be demeaning and not really wanting to be there in the back. But then I would worry about the food being done without "extra" ingrediances put in them.
