Hands down a favorite spot. Both the club sandwich and turkey & provolone are solid choices, but the real star of the show is the Philly cheesesteak...juicy, flavorful, totally satisfying. Fair warning: it might cause some epic post-meal consequences, my girlfriend won't even let me order it when I'm with her anymore still worth it every time read more

THE FOOD: This is not an indictment on this location, but it is the only location I've had JM's sandwiches. Many reviews give this chain high marks compared to others. For me, I found the bread dull and thick and the meat/relish subs much less flavor forward than Lenny's. The Apple wood smoked bacon was far too salty and took away from the club sandwich. Personally, I will not return to this chain in the future. THE SERVICE: Service was prompt and attentive. No issues except for the additional "customary tip" on the menu. I recently went to Portillo's for the first time and was shocked to find modest prices, great service, and no required tip at checkout. I will go back there. THE AMBIANCE: It's a sub shop in a strip center. Didn't expect much, and got exactly that. read more

I literally go here, probably three times a week because I work nearby but the customer service is always talked here they're always super friendly and welcoming and every single sandwich on the menu is the best! Also, their place is always clean and service is always fast! Forever, a customer read more

Jersey Mike's Subs is my favorite place when I need a great sandwich fast and do not want to make it myself, I place my order through the app then walk in to the store to find my delicious sandwich waiting for me. As I usually order a cold sandwich all is well. This place is easy access to the freeway and has lots of parking spots along with special spots for people just picking up. The service here is always on spot and the food looks and tastes amazing. read more

I really like Jersey Mikes. I always get the regular size steak and cheese Sandwich. I ask them to make it Mikes way with the Mikes way fixings. Don't usually stay and eat, but when I do it's pretty chill. What you would expect from a sandwich shop. read more

The service here is bad and the employees don't seem to care. We've reported this in the past through delivery apps. Today our pickup order was wrong again. This happens at least 50% of the time. We had to solve the problem and then correct the math for the clerk's quick fix. When asked what we could do about this persistent problem, the clerk stated he's not the one who makes the errors, indicated he did not care and that he can't cannot control the staff. He did admit he was the one that filled this order. We suggested he report this problem to the manager. He just shrugged. We won't be back. read more

Not to be confused with New York Paul's, which is a different state and a different dude if I'm being honest. This is a much better Jersey Mike's location than some of the other ones we've been to around town, and I give it four stars even though they've added a few fake reviews to help their business, which is shady. Some of the negative reviews just aren't fair, for example the whole coronavirus thing, I mean that's ridiculous. If you're so worried, why are you out and about. If you have empathy for others during difficult times, don't trash their businesses online over health issues none of us understand. But generally speaking it's pretty good and they have pretty good sandwiches, of which there aren't too many available down in Sugar Land. read more

Service was great and the sandwich was even better. The Philly steak is my favorite. It comes out the same every time I order it.

Jersey Mike's is known for their great fresh subs, but this location has staff that make it a really pleasant stop! they are friendly and always happy to help and truly make an atmosphere of cheer as they make your sandwich and ask you about you day with a genuine curiosity not often found in sub shops these days. This location should know how much their staff is appreciated by their customers! read more

Always the best hot and cold subs! Love this place. Today I didn't think it could get any better, the steak was so tender and there were a little extra veggies. Never disappoints! read more

This place has only been open a week and I'm glad they chose this location! The only other Jersey Mike's I've tried before has been in Rice Village and I remember those sandwiches as being really good! So the only places they have around here are Subways and although good, I think Jersey Mikes is better! Today I tried the Philly Cheesesteak which was really good! The meal deals are the best with chips and a drink and there's plenty of seating available at this location. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was very clean. The food was prepared quickly and the Philly was nice and hot! My wife had the original Italian and she loved it! I'll be back for sure as it's practically a hop, skip and a jump away! read more

Easy access off of Southwest Freeway. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was cooked to my requests. It was served hot and fresh to me. The dining area is small but adequate. I would stop here again. read more

THE BEST SANDWICHES HANDS DOWN! I love me some Jersey Mike's and I wouldn't go anywhere for my sandwich cravings but here. Also, this location is awesome. The staff always have smiling faces and make you feel like they want to serve you instead of just having to serve you. Luke, Justin and Tyler made me my sub last time I was in and I couldn't be happier with the sub and experience. Will definitely be back for more! read more

I have come here quite a few times and each and every time I come here the staff is very nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean. The staff is always working, even if they aren't busy serving customers they are sweeping or doing something to keep the restaurant organized or cleaned. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food is fresh. I love that Jersey Mikes freshly slices their meats, which are stored in a deli style fridge. Some other sandwich shops have their deli meet pre-sliced which can go bad quickly. If you haven't tried this place out come and give it a try. read more

How anyone can recommend Jersey Mike's baffles me. The prices at this chain are insane for food that is below marginal. The service is fine. My issue is with the prices and poor quality of this chain restaurant. I'd gladly go to subway before a Jersey Mike's. read more

Great subs! Never been disappointed with this place. Friendly staff and quick service as well.

Great service, super fast, super friendly and super good food. Always a go to for a quick lunch. Philly cheesesteak is the best!

These guys always seem to have a hard time following simple instructions with to go orders. I honestly think that they will only make your food correctly if you leave a generous tip. And if you do, there's a 90% chance they are going to screw it up still. I ask for wheat bread, they give me white. I ask for easy Mayo and mustard and they slop it all over. When I went to pick up my food, the guy says I can get the chips myself while he's standing right next to them. I thought my food would be in the bag and ready to go. And they wonder why I don't tip. read more

The Chipotle Cheesesteak with grilled onions and peppers is so good. I will try the other sandwiches if I ever get tired of ordering this excellent sandwich. read more

The young man "Owen" as he told me; was the nicest young cook i have ever met. He was on the grill and cooking up the most wonderful food I have ever had from a jersey mikes before. He deserves a nice raise for being so young and working in a large resturant chain. He made the vibe of the resturant so happy and fun and just overall felt like I was in my moms kitchen making subs. read more

Who knew making a sandwich could take 37min at this point it's just funny , don't recommend this jersey mikes

I was very impressed with the level of customer service Joey provided!! It's nice to be greeted not only just greeted but by a smiling face. I literally had just walked out of howdy hot chicken which is in the same parking lot due to the young lady at the front counter acting as if I was invisible not once was I greeted she looked me directly in the eye and continued packing orders and whatever ever else she decided was more important. A simple hi welcome I'll be with you shortly would have worked. Nonetheless I am grateful for the service at Jersey Mikes. read more

Let me start with I love Jersey Mike's! The Philly cheese steak is the best. I ordered a to go order (via the app) from the Greatwwod store this evening that was two cold subs and a Philly cheese steak. I waited a few minutes for the hot sub and when I got to the car my son noticed the hot sub was not hot but was cold...like from the refrigerator. I had not left the parking lot and took the "hot" sub back in and asked them to remake it. The young man Sam who originally made the sub did remake it but grumbled the whole time. I've had trouble in this store before with filling orders correctly from the app but getting an obviously left over hot sub meat sandwich that had been refrigerated instead of made fresh was very disappointing. I guess I'm just going to go have to go back using to the Highway 6 @99 store from now on. 5 stars for food (the remade hot sub was delicious) less than 1 Star for service from Sam. read more

Not good. A roach was walking around at the beginning of the sandwich line counter. We walked out. Have not gone back, obviously. The sandwich artist saw it after my son and I gasped but...too late. Walked out and have not been back. Check cleanliness. read more

Usually have great service here; I order on average about every 2 weeks or so because I love the app and ability for curbside...until this past Monday.... On Monday at about 6:30, I made a curbside pick up order, got home, it was not even close to what I ordered. Called and asked to speak to the manager; their compensation was for me to bring the order back and make it correctly(which is what they should have done the first time). I was all ready for bed, and I didn't want to make the trip. Suggested to even take a picture of the sandwich to prove it wasn't correct. Said no, he didn't need to see the pic, etc. The shift manager told me that I would be reimbursed and compensated for the Jersey Mikes points used for the order. Took a pic anyway... Came in today, Thursday, to talk to a manager, and he passed the buck on to the 1-800 number on the app about the points. Didn't care to investigate any further. Didn't care to see the pic of the wrong sandwich compare it to my order history, absolutely nothing.... Told me to call the 1-800 number and he would "speak" to the shift manager on Monday. The problem is the manager on Thursday is the store manager. Says a bunch about this location. They just lost a good customer....will never come back to this location... even deleted the app. Double check all orders coming out of this location.... Do not expect any compensation for their errors and mistakes read more
