As I usually order a cold sandwich all is well. This place is easy access to the freeway and has lots of parking spots along with special spots for people just picking up. The service here is bad and the employees don't seem to care. We've reported this in the past through delivery apps. Today our pickup order was wrong again. This happens at least 50% of the time. We had to solve the problem and then correct the math for the clerk's quick fix. When asked what we could do about this persistent problem, the clerk stated he's not the one who makes the errors, indicated he did not care and that he can't cannot control the staff. He did admit he was the one that filled this order. We suggested he report this problem to the manager. He just shrugged. We won't be back. read more

Not to be confused with New York Paul's, which is a different state and a different dude if I'm being honest. This is a much better Jersey Mike's location than some of the other ones we've been to around town, and I give it four stars even though they've added a few fake reviews to help their business, which is shady. Some of the negative reviews just aren't fair, for example the whole coronavirus thing, I mean that's ridiculous. If you're so worried, why are you out and about. If you have empathy for others during difficult times, don't trash their businesses online over health issues none of us understand. But generally speaking it's pretty good and they have pretty good sandwiches, of which there aren't too many available down in Sugar Land. read more

This place has only been open a week and I'm glad they chose this location! The only other Jersey Mike's I've tried before has been in Rice Village and I remember those sandwiches as being really good! So the only places they have around here are Subways and although good, I think Jersey Mikes is better! Today I tried the Philly Cheesesteak which was really good! The meal deals are the best with chips and a drink and there's plenty of seating available at this location. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was very clean. The food was prepared quickly and the Philly was nice and hot! My wife had the original Italian and she loved it! I'll be back for sure as it's practically a hop, skip and a jump away! read more

I have come here quite a few times and each and every time I come here the staff is very nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean. The staff is always working, even if they aren't busy serving customers they are sweeping or doing something to keep the restaurant organized or cleaned. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food is fresh. I love that Jersey Mikes freshly slices their meats, which are stored in a deli style fridge. Some other sandwich shops have their deli meet pre-sliced which can go bad quickly. These guys always seem to have a hard time following simple instructions with to go orders. I honestly think that they will only make your food correctly if you leave a generous tip. And if you do, there's a 90% chance they are going to screw it up still. I ask for wheat bread, they give me white. I ask for easy Mayo and mustard and they slop it all over. When I went to pick up my food, the guy says I can get the chips myself while he's standing right next to them. I thought my food would be in the bag and ready to go. I was very impressed with the level of customer service Joey provided!! It's nice to be greeted not only just greeted but by a smiling face. I literally had just walked out of howdy hot chicken which is in the same parking lot due to the young lady at the front counter acting as if I was invisible not once was I greeted she looked me directly in the eye and continued packing orders and whatever ever else she decided was more important. Let me start with I love Jersey Mike's! The Philly cheese steak is the best. I ordered a to go order (via the app) from the Greatwwod store this evening that was two cold subs and a Philly cheese steak. I waited a few minutes for the hot sub and when I got to the car my son noticed the hot sub was not hot but was cold...like from the refrigerator. I had not left the parking lot and took the "hot" sub back in and asked them to remake it. The young man Sam who originally made the sub did remake it but grumbled the whole time. I've had trouble in this store before with filling orders correctly from the app but getting an obviously left over hot sub meat sandwich that had been refrigerated instead of made fresh was very disappointing. I guess I'm just going to go have to go back using to the Highway 6 @99 store from now on. 5 stars for food (the remade hot sub was delicious) less than 1 Star for service from Sam. read more

Usually have great service here; I order on average about every 2 weeks or so because I love the app and ability for curbside...until this past Monday.... On Monday at about 6:30, I made a curbside pick up order, got home, it was not even close to what I ordered. Called and asked to speak to the manager; their compensation was for me to bring the order back and make it correctly(which is what they should have done the first time). I was all ready for bed, and I didn't want to make the trip. Suggested to even take a picture of the sandwich to prove it wasn't correct. Said no, he didn't need to see the pic, etc. The shift manager told me that I would be reimbursed and compensated for the Jersey Mikes points used for the order. Took a pic anyway... Came in today, Thursday, to talk to a manager, and he passed the buck on to the 1-800 number on the app about the points. Didn't care to investigate any further. Didn't care to see the pic of the wrong sandwich compare it to my order history, absolutely nothing.... Told me to call the 1-800 number and he would "speak" to the shift manager on Monday. The problem is the manager on Thursday is the store manager. Says a bunch about this location. They just lost a good customer....will never come back to this location... even deleted the app. Double check all orders coming out of this location....
