Here I am reviewing a fast food restaurant. Not my norm but what the heck, here's the scoop. The restaurant was spotless, and I loved ordering at the kiosk--no rush, just time to figure out exactly what I wanted. We don't do fast food often, but I had to try the chicken nuggets I'd been hearing about everywhere. I ordered the 10-piece with Hidden Valley Ranch Fire and Bell sauces, plus fries, cheese, and a Diet Baja Blast (because balance, right?). The nuggets were so tasty! The tortilla-flake coating gave them a fun twist, and they were all white meat and super juicy. Of the sauces, the Fire Ranch was my favorite, but both were delicious. The fries weren't warm when they arrived, but the staff was so nice about making me a fresh batch. The crispy fries with their yummy seasoning really hit the spot. The cheese sauce was exactly what you'd expect--great for dipping! I never thought I'd enjoy chicken nuggets and fries at Taco Bell, but here we are. horrible and rude customer service. the manager deja is horrible. I could literally hear her making remarks about other customers and employees. she has a really nasty attitude and I will never be back. 0/10. get better management!!!!!!!! she needs to be fired. read more

A few problems with this Taco Bell. 1. The hours are wrong. They open a bit after 10:00am. Meaning the drive thru and the dining room do NOT open till 10:00am. 2. They do NOT serve breakfast here. 3. The people working here are not pleasant. As I stated they open when ever they feel like opening. I do NOT recommend this Taco Bell. Too bad as it is located off a major highway and near a hotel. Taco... these broken wings... and learn to fry again... Taco Bell has some of the worst food imaginable. This is not a great location by any stretch of the imagination, but at least Taco Bell food continues to surprise me in terms of how bad it is each time I'm forced to eat it. Taco Bell is hard to get wrong, when you get the food wrong it gets bad quick. Cold food, which means I think I got a recycled order (like someone ordered before and canceled). Also, the young man at the window was not the kindest either. I do not normally give negative reviews, but I just had to this time. read more

Terrible with deliveries. Waited in line just to be told to come inside, I go inside and get told "there's a bunch of drive thru orders so yours is going to have to wait", which again I ask, why do drivers have to be inconvenienced every time? read more

So my dad and I went up here to order. Now I immediately saw/heard a red flag as soon as we ordered. The lady taking our order was acting like she couldn't hear me or understand me. My voice is deep, it has a consistent tone, I speak slow, and it's relatively loud. Even people who speak English as their second language are able to understand me, even when they have a harder time understanding my sister because she has a higher pitched voice and speaks faster. So for me to have to repeat myself several times, when English was her first language, at least I assume so because she didn't have an accent of any type, threw me off guard. Of course we were starving and didn't want to change, so we stayed in line. So we tell them our order, one of which is extra tomatoes and no beans for the beef nacho bell grande. Simple enough, right? Except, they managed to mess it up. They gave us no tomatoes and put in beans. They gave us the literal opposite of what we wanted. So we called about our order and they had a sob story about being understaffed. How is that our problem? You messed up our order and gave us the opposite of what we wanted. Why do we care that you were understaffed? We care that you messed up our order and now you have a sob story and an attitude. Of course you can frequent this place if you want. If you want your time wasted because they messed up your order because they were 'short of staff.' If you love hearing excuses for your messed up order and no sympathy or personal responsibility, then this place is for you. If you want a correct order with no excuses, then try another place. read more

The food was, well...it's Taco Bell. It was pretty consistent with all Taco Bell food. It was so cold inside you could literally hang meat, like ridiculously cold on an unseasonably cold day in Texas! The kids working there all seemed to have another agenda besides taking orders, acknowledging customers. Had to wave at the girl in the back who would have continued to ignore me if I had not said...hello!? I've been in before with no problems I guess it just depends on what day you choose :) read more

I would like to give them five starts but, I ordered 8crunchy tacos by Taco Bell app and when I was close to store, tapped I'm here. How ever I'm wasn't going in drive thru for 10 minutes. Longer story short it took 20 minutes to get my order with their app. When I got my order there is not any sauce on the side and even did not say sorry for waiting. read more

This location never aligns with the hours they claim. The manager and employees take no upon themselves to close up to 30 - 45 sooner than the hours displayed on google and other platforms. They very seldom give an explanation but instead "shoo" off the customer. This is a regular occurrence and it's getting very old. I hope corporate fixes this lazy practice from management and employees soon. If you're going to close half an hour early at the very least let the locals know to avoid this location for the sh** service. read more

This is a perfect Taco Bell. The food is always delicious, the service is always exceptional, and I love eating here.

I love this Taco Bell! They are always on top of their orders which makes for a quick trip. I always eat the same thing from there, number 3 soft taco supremes and I swear they taste better an this particular location. Amazing service, people are very friendly, and polite, very clean, and I got free cinnamon twists for waiting like 10 minutes. I understand things happen sometimes so it didn't really bother me with the wait time but they still gave me the twist anyway which was amazing on their part! 10/10 read more

Always friendly and accurately! I love these guys and their cheesy rice no bean burrito on the $1 dollar menu. I love dining in or driving through. Very clean establishment with wonderful and knowledgable employees. I will be back and continue to come back. High recommended. read more

The first couple of times coming here I had no issues. But recently my friend came down to visit me being pregnant, and we went to this Taco Bell location after her long drive. They weren't busy at all, and I didn't order anything, but they forgot my friend's quesadilla which we were still charged for. Definitely only inconvenience enough to knock off only a star or 2; mistakes happen, people are human. But what really ruined this normally convenient location was that the next morning (only a few hours later) you couldn't tell who was pregnant between the two of us being sick and throwing up. Not sure what grade their sanitation report card received but I won't be returning here to even risk it. read more
