Ali at the drive through was great! Made sure my order was correct and asked me if I wanted any condiments. Very professional!

Came here after a long night and whoever was working at 3:20AM was rude and didn't even bother to assist us the proper way. I come here all the time and Renzo always assist us properly, but whoever was in tonight as rude and didn't even bother to read us our order back read more

It doesn't shock me this location has two stars. The lady taking the order in the drive thru couldn't understand my order because she was Spanish speaking. I couldn't understand her when she read the order back to me. When I got to the window the sizes of the things I had ordered were wrong and had to be corrected. The Dr Pepper was flat and warm, the three pieces of ice I was given did not assist with the gross soda. $11 wasted because of this trash location. I went there for the drink and it wasn't drinkable, I was NOT happy. read more

The food is ALWAYS fresh and cooked very well . Love this location , Nassem she is very sweet and respectful

For what it's worth it makes the cut. Good food. Slightly slow on the drive through service but not too bad. The kind employees make up for it. They have yet to get my order wrong or forget my sauces. I'd definitely come back for more late night economically sound priced grub curly fly me away read more

The service was terrible and it took forever for our food. We had to ask for it. The guy never put it on the screen. That's crazy. What's up Jack... do better read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would not for it's food but for the incompetence. I drove thru early in the morning (around 5:40am) only to be told by some high as a kite young Male that he was unable to take my order because nothing in the restaurant was working, he said this as he's laughing and making jokes with a co worker... I guess he was to high to realize his speaker button was on and we could hear everything. Just disgusting, disrespectful, and and so disappointing. Jack in the Box should be concerned with who is representing them... even at 6am in the morning. read more

I thought ai would give this location another chance after all the previous issues but they don't look like they have any intentions on making this place any better. Came here around 2:30pm for a quick lunch and I wish never did. The food taste like some dog food. I was cold and it's been sitting for some time and I had to toss it. I won't be going back unless it's under new management. read more

Keynin got us our food quick after the rush, he was kind and took care of our friends post rodeo! The fact that jack in the box was open and service was quick made the night worth it. Will return read more

Took 30 minutes for the food to be done, i was fine at first, but started getting frustrated, the fountain drink machine did not work, and plus waiting the half hour, and finally the lady asks me "what's your order number" " is it a number 3?" my order was a number 9 i tell her, so she goes to the side, gives me my bag and i leave, my mistake was not checking the bag, when i got to my work site, i open the bag and still got a number 3, which was the classic buttery burger, but paid for a classic smashed jack, basically she knew that was not mine but still proceeded to give it to me anyways! Will never come to this place a read more

Went here for the curly fries and and Oreo shake, which I know to be amazing. It was completely empty (fantastic) and the cashier barely talked (even more fantastic.) I decided to try the "tacos" and they were the worst tacos I have ever had in my life. Soggy, tasted like dog food. But somehow exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 However, realistically, it was quite terrible and I don't know how it stays in business save for the curly fries. I didn't have a particularly bad experience it was just bad food. read more

Very slow service here and they have multiple workers I don't know what's wrong they always take more than 30 mins to finish.

I was coming to get some breakfast and the only place close by and open was this Jack in the box that I came across in maps. When I pulled up to the location there was no one working the drive through and so I drove off and when I pulled out to the exit I saw the workers asleep on a table during business hours. I'm extremely pist off that they have lazy asses working this places when hard working people are looking for jobs and you have hungry customers looking for a place to eat during early bird hours. read more

sucks. slow service, unreliable, disappointing if you're not hungry and want to wait in line for 25 minutes and still not get your food, this is the right place read more

I had not been to this location in a while so my son and I decided to get some food. I went through the drive through last week and an employee came on saying she was "not taking orders because [she was] alone and [could not] do everything by [herself]". I understood it is not her fault, a lot of places are struggling with short staff. Last night we tried again; ordered our food and went on to pay in the window. After I paid with my card and got it back with my receipt, we sat in the car just waiting for our food, so long that the employee herself came back to the window and said "oh shit" and returned to grab our order to give to us. My son ordered tacos and I ordered what I thought was supposed to be a teriyaki bowl. What I got was chicken drowning in teriyaki sauce over uncooked rice with a finger nail size portion of broccoli. (As shown in the picture) I honestly was too hungry to head back out to the restaurant to show them what was given to me so, so I ate a portion of it and tossed the rest because my stomach was starting to turn. Needless to say I won't be trying Jack in the box for another long while. read more

Only jack in the box in 45 years I've been eating at jack in the Box that was out of tacos, have been for 3 days, employee response "I only work here". If you own this location maybe you sell it to someone who would or could actually run a business. Worst jack in the box I've ever been too. read more

Update 7/21/22: ALWAYS CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER! On the way back from the movies and I wanted some stuffed jalapenos. Went to the drive through and placed my order for one 3 piece and one 7 piece stuffed jalapenos, along with 6 tacos. Because there was a long line behind me I did not check everything in the bag. When I got home, I only had 7 stuffed jalapenos. Incompetence or purposeful? Buyer beware! read more

Jack in the Box - Only got 7 out of 10. - Fast Food Near Me - Richmond, Texas

This place always has an excuse to not serve food. Placed a mobile order and was told the computer had shut down. The worker tried to get me to leave instead of waiting 15min for the computer to start up again and for my order to pop up, saying go to another Jack-in-the-box or a What-a-burger. Smh read more

Came here at 1:30am for a snack. Lady at the window said her name was Rebecca Brown. She was talking to me like she was a cop, not someone who should be making my food. Line times are so long at this location. Anyways I let her know she should be making my food instead of yelling at me at the window. Her breath smelled like whiskey if I'm being honest. I told her to cancel my order and left shortly after. read more

Their customer service skills are not the best. The last few times that I have came, the person on the microphone taking my order could not really hear me and just sounded very rude and rushed when I was trying to order. I also get sauce on the side, and they always tell me they'll give it to me at the window but again the last two times I have not gotten it at all. read more

The service was awesome. Shoutout to Renee! She was so kind and helpful. The food wasn't that great, ended up being sick for the rest of the day read more

Seeing all the bad reviews prior to coming here was a shocker because I just left the place with fabulous service, I placed an online order and was informed 1 item isn't available when picking up. I was able to get a different item in replacement, she even threw in some fries for the inconvenience not only that, the employees all used ma'am and sir when communicating with you. Had a great experience! read more

DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE!!!!!! I HAVE to give it star because I can't give it no stars. I have been there so many times for so many years and kept giving the so many chances because they are always messing up but the last few times we went (a lot of time between visits), I said that was it. The last time before this time, I complained and got an email from the manager offering me 2 free meals but I declined and just never went back. My husband really wanted breakfast jacks and I told him no but he insisted on giving them ANOTHER chance and it was another BIG MISTAKE. We used the app to place the order because it's normally so much easier and faster with all the other fast food restaurants but not this one. He placed the order, let them know we were on the way around 7:13 and waited in the drive thru to pick it up and all for them to tell us that we had to wait because the bacon was taking awhile to cook. Another worker came and told us that we had to wait because the eggs were taking awhile to cook, I mean really, make up you mind. This is happening while another worker that looks like a manager was out in the front pacing on the phone. No masks, no covid precautions at all, SUPER SCARY! Get home and the food isn't warm, there's hardly any eggs or bacon on the sandwiches, you know, the two things we were supposed to wait on!!! Go to Whataburger and pay the extra money because you will get great service and great tasting food, trust me, that's where we go because they always screw up here at this crappy Jack in the Box. read more

Absolutely horrible food. I got a fajita pita there tonight and was told they would look too see if they had the products prepped for it, then was told they did. When i got home and ate it the chicken was completely spoiled and smelled foul. Really sickening knowing that they knew was old meat and still served and charged me for it. Would never recommend to go here unless you want spoiled food read more

I will never return to this location. I understand it sucks to work on the weekend, but I have to work it too. The guy at the intercom was sprouting gibberish, cussing and mimicking me. I would not trust this incompetent troll with preparing my food. He mentioned it sucks being there and said it was gay. Well then dude, find another job. Jeez. read more

Horrible! Against my better judgment I stopped at this spot. No one was wearing a mask, no gloves, walking around eating and when someone came from the back to ask me about my meal, I told her I didn't feel comfortable because of the maskless carefree behavior. She looked right at two people working there and asked who's not wearing a mask. They in unison said, none of us are wearing a mask. I then remembered previously I stopped at the same spot and it took so long I left. Sad!! read more

This place is horrible it needs better management asap. Waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes just to drive up and be told they aren't taking any more orders and it was only 10 pm it's supposed to be 24 hours?? read more

This location always messes up my order. I ordered a sourdough jack and they put the burger on sourdough bread but didn't even toast the bread like they are supposed too. They also always forget to give me my entire order and I always end up missing items like tacos or egg rolls. This location has to be the worst in the franchise. read more

This use to be a great place to grab a quick bite. Not so much anymore. Be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time (45 minutes with cars ahead and behind me) in line regardless of what you order. Also, why is it so difficult to put the whole order that I paid for in the bag? Maybe if management trained the new employees how to do their jobs properly (how multi task and not socialize when you have people waiting) and communicate with the customers in a professional manner the service would not be where it is now. Please don't use Covid as an excuse, being short handed or not able to get product in. This started well before that and it's not effecting Chick-Fil-A when it comes to quality and customer service! Take pride and do your best in any job you choose just like the customers should treat you with respect. I hope the manager sees this post and takes it to heart. read more

Terrible service from the drive thru, had a similar experience before at this location. They need to get a better manager and staff. The only reason this location stays open is because it is the only one in the area. Six cars waiting for their orders from the drive thru. It took also 15 minutes to get the order and once we got it home some of the food was over cooked and they gave us chicken when we ordered egg rolls. We will finding another restaurant from now on. read more

It seems like all jack in the box are always down for maintenance or something with the computer at night. So don't come here at night.

Absolutly misserable. Stood in line for 20 min with 3 people behind me while all 4 employees were taking care of the drive through. Just walked out when I witnessed the slop they were trying to feed people. Do not go here read more

I walked in trying to pick up a delivery order, I was completely ignored, not even looked at. I stood at the counter for 2 min before the lady in the back acknowledged me saying your here for the delivery order. I said yes. I then took a seat to wait for the order. The lobby was empty except for one other employee off the clock who was making death threats loud and openly in the lobby in direct earshot of me. He said he was going to kill me, and that there was a problem because their was no blood on the ground. He got up and was pacing around the lobby with his fist balled up. He then said he dared me to take the order, and see what happens. I was not going to stay around and find out, I didn't say 2 words to him or anyone else. This is a safety concern at this restaurant and the people behind the counter appeared to be on drugs. It was sad and I couldn't believe these types of conditions were allowed to persist. The management clearly doesn't care. I will never step foot in another jack in the box because of this. Low level trash here. read more

Love jack in the box but this is the sorry-est location ive ever been to. 4 of us fresh off a 16 hour shift wait an hour+ to get our food only to listen to crew members shout recipes across the restaurant off the register, and then completely fail to follow any of said instructions. Almost every meal was made incorrectly with completely off the wall ingredients as employees took several smoke breaks and gossiped by the registers. read more

Always closed or system down it's ridiculous. Always see a bunch of lazy people just standing around or in their cars. Tonight was another night of disappointment. Last time we went they said the system was down it's be back up then they said oh it's not gonna be back up next time they said oh every night at this time the system has to reboot it'll only take 10 mins then came back and said yeah no not gonna happen tonight plus we're out of tacos... never again. gave them too many chances jack in the box is loosing their money keeping this place open past the morning shift. read more

Now isis know damn well he didn't give us no 3 breakfast jacks after we paid for them and didn't receive a receipt.
