Second time coming here, service went down terribly. The lady at the front had such a big attitude and sassiness. Did not like the way I was being talked to. Came in for pick up order, literally said "here" and pushed me my box. Don't think I'll be coming back here again. There's so many other kolache/donut shops within a 5 min range that I rather go to.

Just ok...nothing great. They try to mimic The Kolache Factory kolaches and they aren't even close.

I don't often make it down to Rosenberg, but I've noticed that new businesses have been opening…read more Diamond Bakery is a new Mexican Bakery (Panaderia). I think there must be some type of standard Panaderia handbook because they all seem to have huge wooden cabinets. Of course, they are filled with baked goods which are of the typical not-so-sweet and too dry variety. Why must these items always be so dry? We got a bag full of stuff (see photo) for a little over $5. The price is definitely right at this Panaderia. The lady who was working there was quite busy on her phone and I think she was happy to see that we knew how these places worked. 1. Pick up the large metal tray and tongs. 2. Pick out your own items. 3. Bring them to her to ring up and throw in a bag (no boxes because that costs too much?). I'm not a fan of the dry baked goods, BUT it is a standard thing. I liked that there was plenty of parking on the street and that the hours are incredibly long. I'd recommend them to someone looking for a Panaderia as long as they know what they should expect as far as dry bakery items. Diamond Bakery... a diamond in the rough? :)

They are so nice and the small bakery has such a home feeling to it. When I used to be a little…read moregirl my grandma loved to show us how to bake and cook so this is now a gem in my book being new to Rosenberg. Definitely not stale bread but fresh and yummy. Will be going back.
