Cinnamon Rolllllllsss Time!!! Wooohooooo! I had a craving for cinnamon rolls and stumbled upon this place using Yelp. Yaaaaay! The pictures made the cinnamon rolls look yum!! If you like traditional cinnamon rolls, this is the place to be. Location: Facing highway 59 in a shopping center with a few other businesses, Cinnamons bakery is a street facing business. You will be able to see it from the highway! The Ambiance: This bakery gave me a vintage-style mom and pop feel. As if this were 30 years ago, it would be booming with people waiting for their fresh baked cinnamon roll to come out of the oven. Unfortunately, the day I went to try it out, it was extremely HOT in the bakery. It felt like an oven in there. The nice lady behind the counter explained of the air conditioning issues and apologized. She was so sweet!! Unexpected things happen... I get it!!! Food: I ordered Cinnamon Rolls and Sticky Buns. They were warm when I got them. It is best to eat them warm. I accidentally let one of the rolls get cold and tried to reheat and it just didn't taste the same. These are definitely not grocery store cinnamon rolls, they taste better than that, but they are not the best I've had either. Parking: The bakery is located in a shopping center with several other businesses. However the shopping center is located within a much larger strip mall, so there will always be a spot available for you. Service: The Service was great! You were greeted with a smile as you walked in. In essence, this place is cute with its old charm. It could use a bit of updating, but all in all is still cute.

Delish freshly baked cinnamon rolls and koloches. Wowzer!!! Friendly service too. Yum. Yum Yum! Can't wait to go back. Next time I'm also getting some to go, also!!

I've never had a bad kolache or pecan sticky bun from this place. Whether it's pick up or delivery, quality and service remain consistent. Food is fresh and whether it's an hour or a day later, a trip to the microwave is all it takes for that just out the oven taste.

The name of the store is all you need to know! This is The best cinnamon roll in the city, hands down. They're huge, perfectly proportioned cinnamon mix to dough ratio, and the generous serving of rich creamy thick icing poured on top as you order. It's a fork and knife type of cinnamon roll so I'm glad they know if and have heavy duty plastic ware ready to take to go. It has the home town ambiance & a welcoming atmosphere. The staff have always impressed with their genuine hospitality every visit. Highly highly recommend to everyone, especially cinnamon roll lovers!

This place was amazing! This had to be the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. The staff was so kind and friendly. This is a must go for a sweet treat or breakfast. You can tell locals love this place and the staff loves them right back!

A Houston sweet gem! With cinnamon in the name, you know you're going to have to try a cinnamon roll....and you won't be disappointed. The pecan roll was dangerously good and knocks any mall counterparts out the park. The service is very family friendly and along with the cinnamon rolls, you can see perfectly hand held sized kolaches being made fresh right in front of you. The ambience is very mom and pop which adds to its charm and supposedly this place has been doing it for 31 years. Let's keep these delicious Houston gems going folks! We'll be back for sure...most likely next weekend lol

Saturday morning, woke up and decided ya know what? We're going to change it up a little bit on the fam. Decided to drop by Cinnamon's for none the less their ooey gooey looking cinnamon buns. They keep the buns warmed in an oven so you will always get it hot. They have the regular cinnamon roll and one that has pecans on top. When inclusions are a choice, always go for the nuts! After selecting your roll, there is also the option to add on icing. I said- "yes please and lots of it!" One of them I decided to get plain. Couldn't wait to get it home and took the first bite and an explosion of flavor. Tucked in between each bite is a syrupy molasses cinnamon combo that is heavenly. Outside slightly chewy and the middle of the roll has the perfect soft and pillowy texture. It is a big roll that is definitely enough to share but guess what? Yours truly ate his own. They also have kolaches that I forgot to take a photo of. The size of the kolache was small so I initially was not impressed by its appearance but don't let appearances fool you. Taking a bite and it is a savory flavor bomb. Jalapeño & cheese is the way to go. Will definitely return!

Sausage and cheese kolaches - a dozen for $16.56. MUCH cheaper than Shipley's

Delicious kolaches and even better pecan sticky buns...but TERRIBLE customer service. Walking in on an early Thursday morning (about an hour after they opened), I expected to smell the sweet scent of cinnamon rolls and pecan sticky buns in the air. Unfortunately, I didn't get free smells with my visit today. After getting past the initial disappointment (hey, they didn't advertise free smells so I shouldn't be complaining), I stood in line behind another customer who was paying for his goodies. We were the only two customers there. When I got to the counter, the cashier greeted me with a smile and asked me what I wanted to order. I asked for a dozen sausage and cheese kolaches and his face and tone immediately did a 180. He nearly glared at me, thrust a business card for the bakery into my hands, and roughly said "Next time you want to buy a dozen, call in advance to order." He then proceeded to grab a tray of 12 kolaches from the heater behind him and, not so gracefully, put it on the counter in front of me. Why is this employee so rude and grumpy?? Totally unnecessary. It's like he was angry that I wanted to buy food...? I was shocked. I had a private conversation in my head, wondering why in the world a BAKERY would request for anyone to call ahead and place an order for A DOZEN kolaches. I didn't buy 3 or 4 or 7 dozen. Literally bought ONE dozen. Shouldn't/Wouldn't a bakery be able to accommodate a customer purchasing one dozen kolaches on the whim? Not to name names, but I know Shipley's, Kolache Factory, and River Oaks Donuts even (another small local business) can. Though I haven't personally eaten any of the food I've gotten from here, my friend told me the pecan sticky bun is a buttery pile of delicious gooeyness and the kolaches are great as well. Unfortunately, I can't say such great things about the rude customer service.

They were incredibly gracious and substituted the ladoos with more of the other barfis at no cost. So as not to be a complete heel, decided to buy more sweets - besan laddoos, milk barfi, and dry jamun , and potato samosas. Unfortunately the besan laddoos did not taste good. The besan (chickpea flour) has not been sufficiently roasted and it tasted and smelled raw. That spoiled the taste of the whole sweet - inedible. The samosas were quite tasty. Apparently the sweets are transported to the Spring location from their Sugarland location where they are made. The inconsistency in taste and flavor have put me off anymore sweets from there. Willing to give the savories a try next time. Prices are not cheap - approx $14 for a pound of sweets (any type).
