This establishment asked a patron to go outside with their service dog to be served. This was a…read morehumiliating experience for the disabled person -- and an illegal one. Businesses are required under the ADA to accommodate service animals, and this staff and the owner clearly hasn't been trained on that basic obligation. Going out in public is already hard enough for someone with a disability. Being asked to leave, in front of other customers, made it that much worse. No one should have to feel embarrassed or singled out just for having the accommodation they're legally entitled to. This business needs real ADA training, and soon -- before another customer is treated this way.
