My mouth starts watering just thinking about these cookies. They are absolutely delicious. Heavenly. Nothing compares. I placed an order through the app for a dozen of regular size to gift to someone and it was ready for pick-up in less than five minutes. There is an option in the app to mark your order as a gift, so you can write your own little personal message that they will include in the box. I also like that they offer mini cookies, that way you can try several different flavors without committing to a whole big cookie. I love Crumbl - of course I recommend it! The cookies we love. We are Pink status. We buy frequently at the Sugarland location they have amazing employees. Never any problems with them. But the Aliana location is horrible on service. My wife went in there to pick up a mobile order today 3/5/26 at 2:20pm. The girl who served the cookies just threw them on the counter, and ran away before my wife can question "what was that for?" The cookies are still good but the new staff you have hired are no good. They take their sweet time and I didn't want to think this but I have noticed if your of certain color you get better service. Small shop and small selection /flavor of cookies per day. I think it's different flavors per day or week. Anyway I got there 7pm Saturday and there was only 1 customer ahead of me. She had pre ordered a dozen. I ordered via the computer kiosk and noticed they only had 4 flavors and all were some sort of chocolate and or peanut butter. I'm not a chocolate fan so I only ordered 1 chocolate dirt cookie. Well for some reason it took them 15 min to decorate my one cookie (they decorate it on the spot, they're not pre decorated) bc it took 2-3 people to deal with the other order. Anyway , this cookie was good. Not as sweet. They used chocolate pudding instead of icing. I've had crumbl cookies in the past and they were overly sweet. I'm not a fan of crumbl but I do like to sample a tiny piece of the different flavors when someone else orders them read more

The menu is colorful and interesting, but the cookies lack flavor. They are highly processed and you only taste sugar. The chocolate Oreo marshmallow does not taste like chocolate. The marshmallow is not gooey , it is a whipped concoction. Wonder whip???Even the chocolate chip was not tasty. It was warm, but are the chips real chocolate? Disappointing. Customer service was good and the store is really nice, it's the cookies that were the problem. The cookies honestly are at the bottom of my list of favorites. I believe we had Reese's pieces, chocolate chip and a cornbread cookie None of them were amazing, or in my opinion, good. They all kinda taste old tbh. I could care less about $4+ cookies. I don't come here for myself, rather for my person. She is enthralled with Crumbl. She thoroughly enjoys their weekly collection. She hasn't had a complaint about any of their cookies. This review is geared toward their establishment and process. I LOVE companies that incorporate technology. You can order as soon as you walk in using one of their two kiosks. They have vertical televisions promoting their flavors of the week and best of all... They accept TAP TO PAY! Phone payments are the future! There have been times when waiting has been problematic but when I go to order for her.... It's at least 6+ ppl in the back baking cookies (see picture). On occasions that she goes, it's packed and not a quick transition from ordering to leaving. They are open late, so I'm more prone to pull up after their rush hour stages. cookies are great as usual however service and maturity of anybody working at the location in Aliana is horrible. I ordered four different boxes of cookies two were delivered by DoorDash. When I called the store, the employee had no leadership skills and no decision-making skills and no apologies were offered. Then she proceeded to blame the DoorDash person when that makes no sense because the workers at your location should be the ones handing the cookie boxes to the DoorDash person. I've been to many locations but this location is always a hot mess. They replace the cookies you order with whatever they have left (huge problem) and the cookies aren't even warm. Maybe the warmer is set too low or the cookies sit out too long? They make you wait an extra 15 mins before they give you your order so I don't understand why the cookies aren't warm. Sometimes they aren't even fully baked! You can see the employees scrambling around in the chaos. I've never, ever had to return a cookie order until now. My visit here was so poor and am considering not to ever return to this location. The staff were clearly unorganized and ill-prepared to handle operations. They were running out of cookies, and the two middle eastern workers making the cookies were confused and slow. They most likely were not given proper training. My order also somehow did not go through, having me wait 30 minutes until I was able to get my order, which was not expedited once I told them of the issue as I waited an additional 10 minutes. As I walked in, all employees were hanging out laughing and cutting up so loudly that I had to shout for the girl who was at the register to take my order. When I said to her that I couldn't hear her, she just laughed and said "oh I know they are back there having fun" as if it was OK. She also looked like she just stepped out of bed, her greasy and disheveled hair was in her face hanging out the front of her Crumbl black cap and she kept using her hands with gloves on to wipe her hair out of her face. I asked her about the flavor of one of the cookies, and she just laughed and said "Oh I have no idea". She continued to touch her face, hair, counter tops, register, etc with her hands in the gloves and once I ordered she grabbed the box to get the cookies. I had to ask for new and clean gloves to go on before my cookies were handled. I watched other employees doing the same thing as they touched all kinds of surfaces plus their own hair, arms, etc and then directly touch the cookies for the next two people after me. There is zero use of sanitation in this location and certainly zero professional hygiene and work ethic. One of the guys towards the back of the bakery was laughing so loudly and dancing around the entire time. I love seeing people happy, but I also love sanitation for the food my family and I will consume. The manager needs to step in immediately and teach these employees who are acting like teen delinquents at a grunge dance party to understand customer service and sanitation. The overall appearance of not only the female at the register but all the employees looked filthy with food smeared and stained all over their black uniforms. They are next to Petco. Beware - Waze can put you much further away. Nice addition to the area. Like the concept of a variety in menu from week to week. Looks clean and modern. Nice that they stay open till midnight for now. In our case, they ran out of one of our cookie flavors - so the manager was nice to acknowledge that. It's understandable given it's their first few weeks. We ordered the Chocolate mallow cupcake, Graham cracker, Peanut butter, water melon , 2 Oreo. The cookies are huge and by huge I mean dinner portion huge (or more). They were packed in a really cute box. Was in and out nicely. Certainly would use them for a fancy office party or meeting as well. Decent parking in front of the store.
