I was turned on to Crumbl by some friends when I was in Lake Charles. I got to try several different cookies and they were all delicious. I know I'm late to the party. It was one of those places that was on my list to go to. When my grandson came in town, he had already experienced Crumbl and asked me to bring him, so I did. He ordered the strawberry skillet and he enjoyed it. Service was quick, almost like an assembly line. It's not too far from me so I will return in the future from what I remember. Quick and easy service. You can go to the counter and they'll assist you or self order on the tablets they have. Love how they have weekly rotations to choose from. I discovered Crumbl during the pandemic, and I remember one of the first flavors I had ever tried was confetti cake, and it was my favorite cookie and still remains to be so. I like the concept of how they switch up flavors every week (it's fun checking the new rotation on Sunday nights), but I will say that some weeks are great and some are just meh. I wish they'd offer a 2-pack because anytime I do go, I don't want just one cookie, but I also don't want 4 haha. There have been many times where I got the 4-pack just to "save money", but tbh I probably ended up wasting more money since I could never finish all the cookies, either because it was just too much or I got flavors I wanted to try but didn't end up liking. At this location, it's $4.20 per single cookie! I was waiting in line to order at the front, but the customers ahead of me were taking a really long time, so I actually ended up going to the self service kiosk, and my cookies came out less than a minute after the order was placed! They have curbside and carry out as an option for pick up as well if you order through the app & there is plenty of parking, since target is a couple doors down, and there are many other businesses in the area. You place a damn order at 1pm and to pick up at 4. You arrived at 415 and your order isn't even done and they tell you it will be a while. I'm about to stop coming to any Crumbl as all places are starting to be crap. They have kids and I mean kids running the shop. Get a dang adult to run this show. Your food is starting to suck and I'm starting to hate the atmosphere. Again another location doing things for their people of their skin colors. This place is not a travesty and should not be visited by anyone. Try going to Dirty Dough more professional than this piece of crap place. If you want to know more ask me I will tell you. It's not that I hate crumble cookies, I just don't love it. I think what bothers me the most is how the flavors change weekly. It's a hit or miss obviously, and this week was just OK. I ordered blueberry cheesecake and the cookies & creme milkshake. For starters, I thought the blueberry cheesecake was really good. However, the Oreo cookie was eh. After lunch a few weeks ago, my colleague and I stopped into Crumbl Cookies so we could take some back to the office. This was my first time, and I truly didn't know what to expect. The cookies are GIGANTIC and DELICIOUS. I got a 4 pack for myself to take home, and my family were all amazed by the size. I personally enjoyed the oatmeal and carrot cake cookies. The chocolate one was delicious as well. Must try. Staff was friendly and helped explained everything. The facility was clean and well kept. Parking was convenient. read more

Bad experience here unfortunately. As a weekly Crumblr I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone and just grab my cookies at a location on the way home from a trip we were on. Regretted my decision once I walked in the store and smelled that same industrial cleaner smell that the Spring location has. I should've turned around and walked out but it was raining and I really wanted to try this week's flavors. Well, I didn't get the flavor advertised... raspberry doughnut turned out to have strawberry preserves on it instead of raspberry which was super strange since I watched an employee scoop out of a clear hand labeled jar that said raspberry preserves. I wouldn't have gotten two of these had I known there had been a substitution. And the faint cleaner smell and taste will mean I will never be coming back to this location. One star only because the staff was polite. Wasted my money on these. I did email the store and will update this review if I get a response. Visited after eating lunch next door at which wich. The place is pretty straight to the point. There are multiple screens located around the interior and this is what you utilize to make your order. They do accept cash and all major credit cards. Cookies are about $5 each but are plenty to share. They come to you nice and warm to give that instant gratification. I can't say it enough. When you find great staff and people who are welcoming and friendly, you want to shop there and give them your business. So I got the box, which comes with 4 cookies. 4 hot and warm cookies, which smells fabulous. I decided to get the cookies and cream, chocolate peanut butter cup, chocolate chip and red velvet. The one thing I love about Crumbl Cookies is that they always have new flavors every week which makes return visits inevitable. I picked up Crumbl Cookies for my daughter's birthday party and it was nice to have each cookie individually boxed for the kids which made each kid feel like they left with a premium cookie as opposed to just party favors. Crumbl Cookies doesn't disappoint! This location is in a shopping center with a Target so get there early if you can. Sometimes the line is out the door. Great place to take the young kiddos. We had the Party Box -- chocolate chip, s'mores, churro, lemon, peanut butter & jelly, & sugar. We tried a small piece of everything, & sugar was my favorite; so simple & light in texture.. the icing was also light, fluffy, & not too sweet.. it truly was the perfect sugar cookie! S'mores & Churro would be my next favorites, but they were all so good. We didn't heat them up before trying them, but if you pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds I can only imagine how much more amazing they would be! They offer delivery, but not to my area. They also have a "Ship with Fedex" option so I guess if I get really desperate there's always that. If you're in the Katy area, give it a try, please! read more
