Since we had an event in Katy, we stopped by Paris Baguette to grab something as it's next to H-Mart. We were hoping to find croissants with matcha or ube cream, but it looks like they no longer have those. Instead, we spotted something called crokie -- basically a croissant topped with a cookie -- for $10.99, which felt crazy price-wise! We also saw the Dubai tart (looked beautiful), and my husband ended up buying cronut, though we didn't get a chance to take photos. The staff were friendly, but honestly, Paris Baguette just feels really expensive these days. I can't tell if it's inflation or just the brand pricing itself that high.

Paris Baguette is such a delightful spot! They have a great selection of fresh pastries, breads, and beautiful cakes. I saw lots of people coming in to pick up cake orders while I was there. I just ordered a coffee and tried a few pastries, and everything was delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything here. When you walk in, you grab a tray and tongs, pick out whatever looks good (which is basically everything), and pay at the register. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back!

We got 4 items - crab croquette, hot dog bread, crème brûlée donut and cronut. * the two savory breads are not pictured since they were under but they were both delish! Definitely would've been better if it was hot. * Crème Brûlée Donut: Looked really sweet but it was mild in sweetness and had a toasty sticky top; slight crunch. The donut was a bit dry but it was good flavor * Cronut (Orange Croissant) - Delish! This was the one I didn't expect to like but I would purchase them one over the crème brûlée donut. So good in flavor and the flakey croissant was yum! My husband said this place is 10/10 and one of his favorite bakeries now.

Tried Paris Baguette for the first time, and we were really happy with our pastry spread! The Korean-based bakery has lots of French-inspired goods using laminated dough (think croissants) but also heavily influenced by Asian and general food trends (mochi donuts, egg and cheese tarts, croissant wheels). PB definitely has more of an ambiance compared to traditional Asian bakeries, and the prices are also higher. They have a selection of beautiful whole cakes or cake slices and a big selection of savory pastries (pizza, cheese, chicken, curry, etc). I like how informative they are by listing ingredients and calories with each item and that the pastries come in a box instead of plastic bags. ** Coffee cronut-- definitely more of a fried sugar donut and not too similar as the cronuts of NYC, but I still loved this one. It was super sweet but complemented the slight bitterness of the coffee glaze and filling inside. Totally scrumptious (but I can others saying this would be too sweet)! ** Crème brûlée donut-- looked the sweetest but actually was mild in flavor with the slightly crunchy bruleed top and a creamy, almost eggy center that reminded me of a creamy egg tart. Happy I tried it~ ** Blueberry chiffon cake-- was amazed on how much blueberry flavor was in the chiffon! The whipped cream portion was just barely sweet. Overall, it was sweet enough to satisfy the sweet tooth and I could probably eat 2 more slices. ** Walnut cream bread-- this was my least favorite but MT's really enjoyed this one. The walnut-stuffed bread part was soft and chewy, but the butter-based filling tasted like straight up unsalted whipped butter to me (which I didn't like at all). The workers were friendly and seemed to be constantly filling the display case with more pastries. It's a tiny space with 3 small tables outside in the shade (plus music, yay!). I'll be back to try some more pastries and plan to check out their bigger Bellaire location!

I got the chocoholic chiffon cake and it was amazing. I took it for dessert for a dinner and everyone absolutely loved it. It has these tiny crunchy chocolate pieces in the frosting which really enhance the texture of the cake. The fluffy chiffon cake is the perfect light texture and the frosting wasn't too sweet which was great to eat together. The barista who helped me was very sweet and made sure I got the complementary cake cutting knife. The bakery is very clean, bright, and well stocked.

Four months later and I'm still thinking about this cake! My husband ordered this online for me for my birthday. Inside the to go cake box, they had a small clear cake cutter with matches inside the cake cutter! The taste and texture is still consistent from the last review. Also, the cake is still good a day later. I had a slice for breakfast a day after. Parking is free out front. Note; you'll need to provide the candle yourself or buy it.

Wow, this was our second time to Paris and they did not disappoint. The pastries looked, and tasted delicious, they were very fresh and it was tough deciding on just one or two of them for each of us. The smells were inviting as was the decor. The layout forces you, in a good way, to wander past all the cases of pastries, which is a good practice for the business, but potentially bad for your waist line. The pastries we purchased were light, fluffy and flavorful. Definitely will return.

The staff is super friendly and the coffee was good! The donut could have had more flavor but was decent. I've been to this location before and tried its pastries - this might be a one off... try the berry pastries they are really good.

I do like getting pastries from here once in a while, especially the more unique ones. I first tried Paris Baguette in ATL and liked it, so glad they're now all over Houston. The palmiers are really flaky which I like and recently tried the fruity pebbles mochi donut and actually enjoyed it. Can't have it too often as the prices are a bit higher than your typical Asian bakeries. This location is also a bit small so it can get really crowded inside (and no tables/chairs) inside they only have a few outside.

I came for the deal on the app of buy a drink for a free pastry and it was delicious!! Everything I've gotten has been yummy. The service is always so sweet as well. All the locations are such a cute little cafe spot.

Right before I left Katy to go back home and after I bought some groceries at Hmart, we stopped by here. To get my caffeine for the drive back and some yummies to go. It was also tea time so we had to try some sweets and spend a little bit of time together with my gals before I left. I was excited to try because I haven't been here before even though I heard they opened one in Austin now. We just go to 85degrees for our bakery and tea items. It was super busy inside but everything looked so yummy. I wanted to take a ton of stuff home but had to try some here. I loved my coffee. I think I gave it a 4 star because of the coffee. It wasn't as good as my usual Nordstrom almond latte but this was close. I am usually a tea drinker but needed some strong stuff to drive home. I did enjoy the coffee. The pastries were ok. We tried almost everything and many things were similar especially the cream ones. Some weee over sweet but I did enjoy them. The only thing is some of the ones I took home were soured and spoiled. Not sure if it's because of the drive home or it was already spoiled. That's why I still am giving this place a 4 star. I didn't find the pastries too too fresh. Expected them to be fresher and softer but I may have picked the ones people aren't buying as much so they sat there. Nonetheless I enjoyed the experience. The servers were nice enough. The place is small and cute. Wish they had more seating outside but it's usually so hot you don't want to stay outside long but when the weather is nicer maybe? But I always like a good pastry. Now I can say I've been to Paris baguette :)

I have heard excellent things about this nationwide baked goods chain. It was crowded for a Saturday night. When I went to the bread section, I noticed flies zooming around inside the plexiglass. I decided to forgo the bread and got in line to order pastries instead. I ordered a mini tiramisu and strawberry soft cream cake slice. The tiramisu was extremely dry and the cake slice tasted mostly like bland cream. Since it was the end of a busy day, the cashier grabbing my pastries seemed annoyed by all the customers. Sadly, Paris Baguette did not live up to the hype for me :(

    Amazingly good!!
    Carolyn H.

Omg! So glad I found this place!! It's so good!!! Service was fast and employees were kind with helping me pick out what to get. Definitely recommend getting the Nuttella Cronut - omg heavenly!! The oreo mochi donut was amazing too! I also loved the mango bread thing?! Everything was great and I can't wait to come back to try out more!!! The place was nice and clean which I loved too :)

I ended up saving these delicious treats for dinner on Monday when dinner plans that evening fell thru. We arrived at 85 Degrees Bakery after having lunch at Supreme Dumplings - Katy nearby. My friend decided to pick up something for their family and I was like okay, let me pick up something too. My friend, her husband, and I went to town here and we all picked up something for later. We probably spent about a good 1/2 hour here looking and seeing what we wanted to purchase. In the end, I found 4 items that seemed to be the best items to purchase. Anything chocolate and pastry like was the best choice for me. The prices here were decent and moderately priced at around $3.25 average per item. I also gotten a strawberry banana smoothie to go as well. For the most part though, the experience here at this 85 C Bakery here in Katy is almost the same as in my hometown of Honolulu, where we have 85 C Bakery there too. The bakery itself is rather small but has everything you'd like from an Asian style bakery. Felt pretty good and nice to have the Asian influence in South Texas when you are away from home. I enjoyed my time here at 85 C Bakery and if you're into delicious snacks and pastries, consider coming here. It's a Starbucks alternative for sure and you get a better assortment of options to choose from, as well as delicious smoothies too. As soon as I paid for my purchase, I drank that smoothie like it was my job before we got back into the car. It was quite refreshing and enjoyable. The overall experience here at 85 C Bakery - Katy Texas was very pleasant and refreshing. It was a short stop on the way to Katy Mills Mall on a Sunday December 2025 afternoon. The service here was good and fast while being friendly and professional. The bakery itself was very small, but good to walk around and definitely felt like home. I had to wait about 5 minutes before leaving because they had to make my smoothie and it was not made beforehand. Everything was nice and definitely a place where to go to enjoy the little things in life that you take for granted every day. And so, if you find yourself in the area of Katy, Texas and want to indulge yourself in some awesome pastries, chocolate or other confections, consider coming here to check them out. It's a bakery that is open to anyone and everyone who loves delicious pastries and desserts. The smoothies are pretty good too and refreshing. Definitely recommended if you are in the area I want something other than the usual assortment of burgers, fries, and soft drinks. Not sure if we have free Wi-Fi, but we did not stay long to test out that theory. The place was air-conditioned, but we did not know if it was actually on or not. What I said, 85C bakery is a good place to come to when you need something other and candy or fast food to fill the mid hunger slot in your day. Come on over if you're in the area, they'll be glad to have you there. This 85 C Bakery is located in Katy, Texas. It's physically located at 23330 Grand Circle Boulevard and it's part of the West Side Mall - Katy. It was also pretty close to supreme dumplings, where I had lunch for coming here. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, they have plenty of parking for you to choose from. But best bet is to come here early to secure the best parking spot available. Not sure if there is regional public transportation system here in Katy, but probably best to have your own ride, a rental, or friends who are willing to take you around town. Then there's always Uber or a lift who can take you on command, but it does cost money for you to do so. With that said, 85C bakery here in Katy, Texas, where a lot of happiness is these days, is the place to be where you want to have snacks at your convenience. It's not really in Houston but it's worth a drive if you're headed out that direction. I'm not sure if they have mobile ordering or not but maybe that could be the case if you want that option too. Do yourself a favor and come out here for your next snack attack. If you're in the area and love an alternative to fast food options, definitely come check this face out. You won't regret it. 4.5 stars for the overall experience. Support local! B+

The golfeados were tasty, ham & cachitos were yummy (and I'm not usually a fan of cachitos), and the bomboloni with pastry cream was good too! I have yet to find something I don't like here. And they even have pan andino for sale here - which they were out of when I came. I have to also mention that they make great coffee as well as a great seasonal pannetone as well (available during the winter holiday season). Service is friendly, helpful, and full of happy people. Ambience is of a small shop with counter seating and one outdoor table for seating. Most people take food to go as there's not many nearby seating even though it's located in historic Old Katy.

Man, I should have written this review a year ago. Shame on me…read more I live about forty-five minutes west of Katy so I'm not in town very often, but when I make the trek into Houston I try to hit all the places we don't have in my little town. And, quite often, I'll make an effort to try something new. Last fall, my Mom was visiting and I had three of my kids with me. We were coming through Houston and I think I just noticed Pan Pa' Venezuela on the "maps" app. I figured we'd swing by on our way home and give it a try. The place is pretty little - just some bar seating at the window inside and a few outside tables out front - but so cozy and warm. The bakery case is filled with beautiful pastry accented with pistachio, guava paste, chocolate...yum! and they sell several loaves of bread. My Mom is one of those annoying gluten-free people (sorry, gluten-free people...) but Pan Pa' Venezuela had a loaf of gluten-free bread and I bought it for her. After she left town I ended up finishing the loaf - it was dense, flavorful, and slightly acidic. Not at all your Roman Meal or American Wonder Bread, so if that's what you're used to it might not be for you, but I love a weird loaf of fresh-baked bread. The pastries are delicious, not too too too sweet, and their coffee is legit. Yesterday I tried (read: "ate a whole baguette with my man") and it was easily the best baguette I've had in Texas and I am a total "I used to live in France, harrumph!" bread snob. In fact, while eating it my man said, "Why don't we just buy a half-dozen of these and put them in the freezer?" Not a bad idea. I also brought home a guava roll that ended up eating with Brie cheese and charcuterie. So good. Last, the people who work here are just the nicest, down to earth, sweetest people. I think most of them are either from Venezuela or elsewhere in S. America. Maybe they all lived in Venezuela? I dunno...I've never even been to Venezuela. This is starting to get too long and rambly but the point is this: If you love "real" bread, if you're looking for a special dessert treat, if you want to try something new and give Starbucks a day off, come see these people! It's a location that's easy to get to but not one you're likely to stumble upon, which is why I am writing this review, in the hopes of spreading the good news and helping them share their deliciousness with more of Katy. Small businesses rule! and for reals, their pastries and bread are sooo good.
