All of their milk teas are perfectly smooth and as a topping enthusiast, I LOVE the portions here! They have the BEST grass jelly I have ever had! The grass jelly is smooth and silky without feeling grainy at all. Their portion sizes are generous so that you end up having a good proportion of toppings for each sip of drink you get. And all of this for an affordable price too! The store itself is cute with 2 kiosks to make ordering quick and easy. The right earthiness of the tea with the perfect creaminess and sweetness. The mini boba is such a nice tough as well, and like other Wushilands they don't skimp out on the boba I would also like to give an extra shout-out to the staff! I forgot to apply my discount in the app but they happily refunded my order and applied the discount for me while the drink was being made! We ordered the orange grapefruit yakult, ice cream matcha latte, roasted oolong milk tea, and the ice cream ovaltine. They forgot to add the ice cream in my matcha latte the first time around, and without hesitation, they remade it. I personally really enjoyed the orange grapefruit yakult! My dad liked his ice cream ovaltine drink, and if you're curious what ovaltine is, it's like chocolate. It's hard to find a boba spot that does matcha well, and unfortunately, the matcha flavor just wasn't there for this one. If I'm craving a yakult drink, I will be back. They have their own app, membership/benefit program, and a good variety of drinks to choose from. I ordered the mango ice cream + four season tea, which happened to be a promotion item so it was only $3.99! $3.99 in the year 2024, y'all! This was a complete throwback as far as the pricing. Even after I added toppings for $.75 more (which came up to a 1/3 of the cup), it was still under $5 (before tax). The drink was tasty and refreshing. Seating is pretty limited inside, but the place was newly built out and also had festive Halloween decorations on this visit. One thing I would suggest - bring up the scanner for the payment at the self-serve kiosk. It tasted average but the ice cream does give it a a different type of sweetness to it. I'm glad I did 75% sweetness level cause it help balance everything out. It cost 4 bucks, which I thought was pretty decent and cheap considering ice cream was added. The worker was friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions and help me set up a rewards account. I ordered an oolong tea latte with fresh milk, and it was pretty good. I got it at 70% sweetness; while it's not too sweet, I'd order 50% next time just to lessen it even more. As other photos show, they load your cup up with boba if you choose to add it. They even have an option to have extra topping so I can't even imagine what that would look like. They have two kiosks to the side that you can order from when you walk in, but I believe you're able to order at the counter too. Not too much seating when I went in, so if it ever gets super busy I imagine it'd be a takeout situation. Since I don't live in the area I wouldn't frequent this place, but if it were closer to me I definitely would go back more often. read more

Wushiland Boba finally made its way to Houston! Originally famous from Taiwan, this boba shop has been really popular in Katy Asia Town. They have super fast service since it's pretty much take out only. There's no tables inside, just a seating area to wait for your drinks. They had some unique ice cream drinks that you can't find anywhere else, but we didn't try it this visit because we were wanting something less sweet. It's also cool to note that they have 2 tablets for self service check out as well, credit cards accepted only. We tried their Earl Gray milk tea, four seasons tea, and four seasons tea macchiato. We opted for all the drinks to have boba, 50% sweet level and less ice. The earl gray milk tea was very creamy and their boba is appropriately chewy with a slight bite. The four seasons tea is very fragrant with its tea flavor, but I'd recommend getting the macchiato version for their creamy topping to take it to the next level. Overall Wushiland Boba is definitely a top tier option for boba in Katy Asia Town. I'm really hoping they open a location closer towards the center of Houston like in Bellaire. Cheers! read more

My brother and I stopped into Wushiland before our mini road trip back home across town. We ordered their Four Seasons Macchiato with boba and their Earl Gray Milk Tea with boba. Their menu isn't too extensive and fairly simple but we both wanted to order something that wasn't too typical of a tapioca shop. I enjoyed the floral flavors of the Four Seasons drink and their Earl Gray drink was creamy and almost reminiscent of Oreos. The guy working the counter was very friendly and quick to correct a small mishap with one of the drinks. Would return when back in Katy Asia Town! PS. There's no public restrooms here. read more

Parking is not the greatest in this section of Katy Asia Town. Orange Grapefruit Yakult with coconut jelly (0% sugar, less ice) I don't personally love super sweet drinks. I mentioned this to the staff who was really nice and helpful and advised 30% on this. But after he recommended the coconut jelly, he advised 0%. It was honestly perfect for my palette. Orange Grapefruit Green Tea (100% sugar, less ice) - ordered this for my wife and she loved it. The staff also mentioned that if your drink isn't sweet enough, they can always add sugar afterwards, so I'd probably advise to err on the side of less sweet. They have a pretty cool policy at the counter that if you don't like the drink, you can exchange it for an equal value drink.
