This cookie slingers take up a mere sliver of this behemoth shipping strip. The strip itself is not mighty in size per se, but instead comes with a few popular favorites, In-and-Out and Bun Slut for example. It may go without saying, but with this strip and Katy Mills all within a few blocks, the area stays busy. I was drawn in by the BTS cookie, but somehow ended up leaving with 4 cookies. Whoops. Cookies are offered as singles, or in packs of 4 or 12. Not my favorite concept, but perhaps they make up for it with the option of fully customizable cookies. I did not customize for this trip but instead sampled the chocolate chip, BTS cookie, cocoa and frosted sugar cookie. Of the four I'd say the sugar cookie was the best. Unfortunately these cookies are not for me. The BTS was overly dressed adding sugar instead of flavor. The cocoa was lacking in flavor in my opinion. On a positive note, everything looked amazing and prepared properly. The frosting on the sugar cookie was nice, and the chocolate chip, arriving warm and doughy seems great for those who love a milk chocolate chip cookie. While these aren't for me, they may be for you, so drop in and give them a try. read more

Stopped in on Friday to have a sweet treat after dinner. We got two different cookies and both were completely raw on the inside. We asked for a replacement and were served a third completely raw cookie. Cute spot, if they could actually bake the goods they would be really good. Unfortunate that they're not. I am seriously concerned about the risk of salmonella in their products. Only two stars because the young lady behind the counter was very nice and understanding, as if she has had this issue there before. read more

Pretty sure I'm gonna be back here within the week! The cookies are THAT good. I tried the BTS Cookie. (Not named for my favorite k-pop band -- but it's a fitting acronym.) The cookie was fantastic! The employee was a little confused about a promotion that Chip was offering in a large color ad in the local community newspaper. But she honored it anyway -- which I appreciate. The concept is simple. There's about 9 "base" cookies you can choose from. The cookies on their own would be delicious, but you can customize it with icing and different toppings and sprinkles. Basic beverages are offered. But it's not really a sit down, hang out space. It's more of a take them and enjoy these in your own home, office, or event. read more

New cookie place that opened recently. They have a list of cookies to choose from and you can customize them anyway you want. Pricewise, I think it's around the same as Crumble....but you get so much more options! You can choose your toppings. If you really don't want to do that, they have their own compilations to choose from. I went with the "Better Than Sex" Cookie. Was it better than sex? Hell no! The cookie they usually use for this is a cocoa cookie, which they were out of it. So I went for the chocolate chip. Still...it was a good cookie. The topping was sweet And creamy along with the juices(tres leches syrup) dripping down my chin. So in some ways, it was kinda sexual (LOL!) Stumbled across this new place and thought we'd give it a try. The best part about this place from my experience was the customer service. The lady who helped us was so nice and attentive. She explained everything about how they do the ordering and customizing as well as what their popular options are. She even opened a little kids prize drawer for my son who of course was so excited over that. Cookies AND a little toy - the best! As far as the cookies, they were good. They didn't taste half baked or overwhelming like other cookie chain places. The cookies were a little too thick for my liking but that's just personal preference. They were warm and tasted fresh. We just ordered it as is and didn't add toppings because that would have been too much for our preference but the options are endless for how you can customize your cookies. They have a few tables and chairs inside if you wanna eat inside. It's very clean and has cute decor. Parking is easy since it's in a shared lot in a complex of other food businesses. read more

Great, cute place to get cookies. They have unique flavors. To be honest it taste pretty similar to Crumbl cookie which isn't a great thing or is it a bad thing. Don't know how the prices were exactly to compare the two but I had a great time eating these cookies. read more

I got the OG cookie and it was delicious! It's moist and bit undercooked cookie in the center but still really good! I prefer this place over Crumbl. Will be back to try other flavors! You can customize your cookie as well but I got it plain, it's good either way. read more

Im not gon lie I think Chip allowed me to create the best cookie I've ever had in my life. Their cookies are hugeeeee, yet thoroughly cooked but still soft on the inside, the cookies are delicious yet not overly sweet and with the ability to customize with there assortment of icings, toppings, chocolates and more give u the perfect ability to harness flavorful sweet yet salty cookies baked to perfection 6/5 and the service was warm and friendly even on their busiest day!
