Service was great, our server was attentive and all around great on a busy Saturday night. They have pictures on the walls of the family that owns the establishment. String lights adorn the ceiling, there's even a dessert room next door to order cannolis, gelato and more. The pizza was top notch, crust unbelievable crisp yet chewy, toppings were good. Very clean and New York decor throughout the restaurant. I ordered a house salad and was expecting a much smaller portion. I couldn't finish it all. I loved that they use English cucumbers and not the regular ones. I like my salad crunchy not soggy. It looks like every pizza on the menu was ordered and there was a lot left over. Truffle fries, fried ravioli and mozzarella sticks were also ordered. I noticed the ravioli and cheese sticks were what everyone liked the most. They dont offer the popular brand pop but they have the same options that are much healthier like Boots Cola from Austin, Texas. Only complaint was the crust on some of the pizza was hard. read more

Haven't ordered from Gino's Italian Joint in about 8 or 9 months because of the super long wait times for takeout orders in the past. Decided to give it another shot tonight (Saturday). Called at 7pm to place an order, and they told me they were already out of pizza dough... and they close at 9pm. That's rough--especially on a weekend when you'd expect them to be stocked up and ready. Unfortunate for us (craving that NY-style pizza), and probably for them too since it means lost business. The pizza is usually solid when you can actually get it, so I'm not writing them off completely. Might try again??? but probably not. running out of dough that early is disappointing. Ordered Gino's last night for dinner, and it was very underwhelming. First of all, it was delivered very late, almost an hour and ten minutes after ordering, and I only live 5 miles away. I get that they make the pizza fresh, which takes time, but they use uber to deliver. While I understand that it's not Gino's fault that the Uber Eats person is slow, they choose to utilize 3rd party services, which affects their food, which arrived very cold. We heated up the pizza again in the oven, but it was not great. We've eaten at Gino's before, but dine in, and it was good (4/5 stars), but delivery is definitely not it. read more

I have very mixed feelings on this place. My boyfriend and I went for valentine's day and upon arrival we were informed that they were not taking walk-ins that day (we had no reservation). After informing us of this, they found a way to still get us in as another couple cancelled their reservation. I found this to be good service, but when we were sat at a table I was absolutely shocked at the size of it. It was the size of a small desk meant for one person! We were extremely crammed the entire dinner, especially because my boyfriend ordered a large pizza. The pizza was just okay, I felt it was quite thin. I ordered chicken alfredo pasta, which tasted good, but gave me a terrible stomach ache afterwards. Other than these factors the place was pretty cool. There was a saxophone player playing the whole time who was very skilled musically. Overall our experience was okay but we will not be going back due to the uncomfortably small tables and questionable stomach aches. read more

Had a cheese, pepperoni and meat lovers and loved all of them. We also ordered the cheese sticks and they were solid. Honest opinion, Gino's brings great pizza because of great dough, excellent ingredients, and an incredible oven, which happens to be in a food truck. The fact their oven is in a food truck also is pretty incredible especially if you love pizza. We have been wanting to try this spot for a while and glad we were finally able. I spoke with the owner who is working on launching the brick and mortar location which we are looking forward too. I love small business and local passion and these guys have both. Was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness but frankly based on previous reviews already expected great food. PS their food truck is pretty nice if I do say so say myself.
