Arabella was our waitress. From the size of the drinks to the tasty bread everything at this Genuine Italian restaurant makes Olive Garden look like A cheap fast food place. The Chicken Alfredo and the Shrimp Alfredo taste great. Large portions and quick service. The pasta sampler was especially succulent. The whole establishment from that to the outside dining area and the play area for the kids is an excellent layout. It was a lovely experience. Disappointed. A lot of great reviews. Arrived at 7 PM on a Saturday night to a full restaurant. Certainly was well staffed and we were able to get seated right away. A couple big misses that could be fixed immediately would be the ambience. I felt like I walked into a very brightly lit facility, and there was no backdrop music so as a result, it was extremely loud. Lowering the lighting and playing some classic Italian music will temper the volume of guests. Overall, very impressive menu with a tremendous amount of selections. Since we had never been to the restaurant, we went with two classic Italian dishes, clam linguine, and chicken francais . Complementary bread arrived, and I would tell you it was incredible. We will go back to order the bread to go . Certainly sets the tone for what we thought was going to be a very positive entree experience as well. Unfortunately, the score is a lot lower than I would normally give, but the two entrées were really, very, very poor. The chicken francais had no lemon flavor/profile to it whatsoever and was heavily laden in a brown almost gravy versus a traditional franchise sauce. No garlic or parsley present. The breading on the chicken was extremely heavy and thick almost like a fried chicken breading versus a traditional, very light francais egg wash. The clam linguine, which may be the easiest of all the Italian dishes to make had zero garlic profile or parsley, etc., and was served on whole grain pasta, even though I ordered regular pasta. The pasta was overcooked and gummy, had actually clumped together and again the sauce was heavy like a gravy and had congealed into the pasta, so it was not even something where I could get the bread to soak up the traditional clam linguine sauce. I did go with white versus red sauce here. My apologies as my hope is not to dissuade guests. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean but the food that we chose was unfortunately not indicative of classic Italian dishes. read more

The hostess was so nice. However our waiter barely checked on us as a party of 8 and the tip was automatically included at 20% which he didn't deserve. (The receipt name says Selim S) . We went on a Friday around 4ish. Im pregnant and have to have small portions so I asked for a kids chicken Alfredo and the guy rudely said I couldn't do that. It was for kids 12 and under. I then said if there was an up charge to get it as an adult it would be fine (some restaurants do that) and he said no, you can take your leftovers from the regular menu item to go. Little did he know we were visiting and were staying at a hotel for the weekend. Then my son ordered a chicken Alfredo and the waiter asked him how old he was (he's a tall 12 year old). Im surprised he didn't ask me for his birth certificate because he didn't seem convinced. Then we get our food and the chicken Alfredo was basically soup. I like a saucy pasta but this was DRENCHED in some generic Alfredo sauce. I had to scoop my noodles out of the sauce and let some of it drain. Our friends said their chicken piccata was also not great. The only thing I liked was the Caesar salad. I got the raspberry sweet tea and it was disgusting! We had to ask for the bread basket that is complimentary because he never brought it out to us. I will never come here again.$69.25 wasted at this place. read more

We finally went and tried Adriatic Cafe after church this past Sunday. They were packed as we have seen since they opened a couple of weeks ago. Was told 30 to 35 minute wait. So we waited! As we waited I could see a couple of tables for only two people were empty and available, but never got called. Finally a couple from the bar area took one of the booths. Then finally we got called to the other. Luckily it wasn't a 30 minute wait! Colin our waiter greeted us and ask for our drink order. We told him it was our first time here. He welcome us and took our 2 Coke Zero drink order. Came back after a few minutes with our drinks and a basket of fresh hot bread! The bread was to die for! He gave us a couple of minutes to look over the menu. My wife Bonnie ordered the Egg plant parmigiana with a side of sautéed spinach. I order the Shrimp Diavolo. After a few minutes Colin came back to tell Bonnie she gets a side salad with her meal. So she has a balsamic vinaigrette dressing for it. After a few minutes Colin brings her the side salad which was on a Amal flat plate with 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber and a small plastic cup of the vinaigrette. The dressing was dark brown and thick. She added some Parmesan cheese to her salad to give it more flavor she said. She didn't care for the vinaigrette! Well we waited and waited for our food. After seeing other tables getting their food. We caught Colin and asked him where is our food? He told us because they were so busy they were a little backed up! So we waited a little longer until we saw a couple of tables get their food and they came in after us. So the floor Manager noticed we hadn't been served yet so he said he would check on it! Well a few more minutes went by and no manager and no food. I finally caught the manager and asked again where was our food! Finally he returned with our food and apologized for the delay. My dinner was hot only because the Spicy Sauce was hot on the pasta and shrimp. Some shrimp were medium warm and some were cold! Bonnie's Egg Plant Parmigiana was lukewarm with way to much breading on it along with way to much parmigiana! The Sautéed Spinach was the only hot item on her plate! By then we were both so very hungry we just eat and told each other it would be a while before we would come back! The manager stop by again and offered a free desert for our inconvenience. But we told him no thank you! To end this no do good experience it started pouring rain outside with thunder and lightning! After we paid on the way out the manager gave Bonnie a $20 dollar gift card for our not so good experience. It maybe a great place once the get the kinks worked out! But for us we will wait a little while and won't come back in a Friday, Saturday or Sunday again! May try during a week day but not for a while! Came in to grab takeout food, it didn't take long and it came out pretty fast! I didn't know we get complimentary garlic knots (really tasty). The garlic bread with cheese was really delicious. I ordered a meatball sandwich. I'm a big fan of the sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich here was not good. The meatballs (4) were like if they were from the frozen section in a bag at Costco. If I order a meatballs sandwich from a restaurant I expect it to be made with quality ingredients. The service was very well. The young man was very polite and friendly. The meal costed me and my wife about $50. Hopefully we improve on the sandwiches as me and my kids is all we eat. read more

The restaurant is smaller but cozy. I was instantly sat for 2. We got a Caesar salad to start. They also give out a basket of bread so soft and delicious! We ordered the lobster raviolis but unfortunately had to send it back. It was very cold on the inside. But the chicken Alfredo pizza made up for it entirely. It was so good and cheesy! This location is fantastic. For being newly opened they flow like a well oiled machine. The food is fantastic. The servers are spot on and very friendly. I visited another location in the Conroe area. The food was good as was the service. However this location outshines the previous visit by far. I am very pleased that they decided to open a location in Rosenberg. I will be coming back for more good food. Were I to say they will beat their competition in town, it's gospel truth. They have no competition. The other Italian restaurant in town is crap. Everything is premade and shipped in. Love it here. read more

First time there, it was a very busy Sunday afternoon. Seated immediately, server was friendly, knowledgeable & attentive, a pleasure. Food however, a different story. Calamari appetizer, quality was average at best but the portion was large. The accompanying marinara sauce lacked flavor. They called it lasagna but it was awful, ground beef (I think) in an awful "marinara sauce" covered with cheese. The worst I've ever had. Frozen Costco lasagna is far better. Large portions, descent prices, good service BUT poor quality food. I would not return. read more

I had a to-go order, and Nathalee took our order. She did an amazing job! She was super sweet, helpful with recommendations, and kept checking on us to make sure we were doing okay while we waited. She also made conversation with us about the café and other places around the area, which made us feel so welcome. She is truly a perfect example of what a great employee should be. Heidi and Nathalee seemed like they were training a new employee, and I believe from first-hand experience that they did a great job training them. The trainee also did a great job picking up the skills from the girls. The day we ordered, it was raining, but they were so accommodating. We wanted to try the food right away, so we sat outside in the little porch area. It was super clean, especially considering it was raining. The ambiance was very calming, and the classic music definitely set a good mood for good conversation while we waited for our food and ate. The food was amazing, and so was the dessert we ordered. We will definitely be coming back soon, and hopefully we'll get to see the girls again so we can thank them for the amazing service. The food was also very delicious. Ordered takeout on two different occasions. It was easy to order over the phone. There's 2 parking spaces on the side for pickup. Once inside the hostess are nice. First time had the shrimp tetrazzini second time shrimp Alfredo. Both times the food was flavorful and the sauce was seasoned well. They give you a nice portion and it is hot and fresh! Arabella was an excellent server, who was very attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly to make sure drinks and bread baskets were full. The side of buttered bread is particularly delicious and perfectly made. The $10 pizza and salad lunch special is a better deal than you would find at any greasy fast food pizza place. Been here twice. Both times were excellent! Waiter and waiters performed magnificent. There rolls are sinful. Put some butter on them and you don't need to order food. This is largely Italian and it's excellent Italian. My partner had a baked lasagna, my guest spaghetti and meatballs. Portions are large so prepare to plow the fields if you eat the whole entree, take home some of the meal, or share with another person. Surprisingly, prices are moderate, service excellent and the ambiance typical attractive restaurant. This place is hoping with customers. Either get there early or prepare for a wait ( didn't look that long). After 30 minutes it was hard to speak because of the noise and semi Italian music. There was a TV on the wall playing places and sites in Europe and Italy which to my partner was refreshing. She doesn't like when large TV are playing a sporting event. Reminds her of a sports bar or Buffalo Wild Wings which we don't frequent that often. Overall, at this point I can't complain about the tip, the service, the food or ambiance all scored high. zero stars, really. yall don't know how to put a wet floor sign up by the front entrance when it's been thunderstorming all day?? it was my moms 49th birthday today and we went here for dinner. she went out to the car to grab something and when she was coming back in she slipped and fell so hard onto her tailbone she was disoriented for a good 5-10 minutes after the fall. something even worse happened to her after the fall, but i don't want to say too much because we're gonna get it handled. DEFINITELY messed up her spine by that fall. it was workers all around her and only one tried helping her after she fell. me and my brother in law had to run from our table to help her up, it was almost like she didn't know where she was. what's worse is that while we were helping her back to our table, one of the tables next to us told us that she wasn't even the first to fall! this is so irritating and it was genuinely scary to watch. i'm very very unhappy. as for the food and the service, as if i even really care after what happened to my mom, they're not even fully stocked up on everything that's on the menu. they kept coming back to our table telling us they didn't have something we ordered 15 minutes prior. i understand they only opened up just recently, but this much grace cannot be given. maybe im being too harsh and maybe i'll give this place another shot in the future, but i don't have much faith tbh. read more

Wow-the restaurant was very crowded and VERY noisy. There were only two of us and we could barely hear each other. There were several other issues other than the noise. We're hoping it's just because they're new and they will work out the kinks. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer. It was very good. He ordered chicken marsala for dinner. The sauce was very watery and tasteless. I ordered the gluten-free chicken and vegetables. I asked for a size of pomodoro sauce. I know the waitress heard me ask for the sauce, because she said out loud how she'd charge me for it. It took almost an hour for our food to come out. At one point (perhaps we'd been waiting about 30 minutes or so) our waitress said she was going to check on it but never came back to tell us what was going on. Yes, we know it was busy, but we've been to busy restaurants and haven't waited that long to be served. At about the 45-minute point, I asked how it was looking, when she passed by. She said she was going to check and they were very busy. We got that! About 10 minutes later our food showed up; however, there was no pomodoro sauce. I asked about it and at first she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, but then acknowledged that I'd asked and said it would be right out. When it finally came out, I was more than 2/3 finished eating, so I turned it down (though I keep thinking I should have kept it and tasted it to know how good it was). My chicken and vegetables were okay. Both my husband and I thought the chicken was overcooked. I gave them a three, though I'm not sure the evening deserved that because they're new and I want them to succeed. Liked the napkins on the table and the rolls and my husband's appetizer were good. (My chicken wasn't bad, just over cooked. As mentioned, the marsala sauce was the consistency of water and had not much flavor.) When the check came the charge for the pomodoro sauce was still on there and we had to ask for it to be removed. After we paid, we were offered a free dessert. By that time, it was late and neither of us wanted to wait for dessert; though, I gave her credit for asking. That was the right thing to do (another reason I'm giving 3-stars). read more
