I've been going to Jupiter for several years now, they have great variety of food and the pomegranate mimosas are lovely!

Soo I was surprised to see all the brunch options here!! Even when looking at the menu prior to coming, I had a hard time deciding what to get. I settled on the Kream Kong. A lot of toppings for a waffle, but surprisingly not too sweet. Wow, very delicious! We sat at the bar and the food came out fast! My friend got the "just wing it" and I got to try a chicken wing. Wish I could've had more of those! So tasty! Bar staff was friendly and kept checking in on us. Had a great time here and the area had a nice little festival for kids that day plus weather was nice. Atmosphere is that of a brunch place but maybe also more of a hangout type of vibe too. They have outdoor patio seating, tons of indoor seating-bar, bench, and tables. The service was top notch even though I was placed in the back. I don't know her name but she was very attentive. She anticipated my every need and came back to check on me several times. I tried the lunar fries. It is a fully loaded waffle fry concoction. It had pulled pork on top of it and an egg with spicy mayo on the side. Usually it comes with cilantro to but I requested that to be taken off. The bastrop salad with chicken was a good portion. it's a hearty salad, the dates bring out a hint of sweetness and adds texture, on top of the cherry tomatoes and crispy fried chicken. Pair it all together with a classic ranch dressing and it's a hard salad to beat. I got the Jupiter mimosa which is basically OJ and it was mixed with pomegranate. This mimosa was tasty. I love their Jupiter and Moonpie pizzas but the last takeout order left a lot to be desired. One look and I immediately knew something was off based on the crust. The service was friendly as always and the hostess went above and beyond with getting the manager's approval to remake our pizza. However, after another 25 minute wait, we had the exact same problem. Normally the crust has a nice rise and is the perfect blend of fluffy, chewy, and crunchy. Our first pizza looked like it had gluten free cauliflower crust because it was completely flat and less than a centimeter in diameter. The pictures I took are of the remake pizza that was supposed to have a better crust. It did not. Very flat almost all the way around and dense. Chewy in a bad, gummy way. If you're not lucky enough to find a spot, it'll be garage parking. (-) There is usually a good wait, especially during peak times (+/-) While you probably won't get away with spending less than $20 per head, the portions are pretty generous, and you will be full, maybe unless you are a ravenous teenager with a bottomless pit for a stomach. Went today for brunch. As always super busy and packed. We had a waffle, southern belle and a mushroom pizza. We had a minor mishap with a hair under my waffle which they replaced. Chicken and waffle was great as was the mushroom pizza. I didn't necessarily love that my toppings came out long after my waffle. I think they were really busy and staff does their best to check in. There was a time when they opened and they were really good to where they were kind of just ehh and now they are better than before. It use to be a really long wait so I do like that they put a time limit on how long you can be at a table. read more

Came to Jupiter for the first time for our annual fantasy football draft night. Initially we had rented the private room which can sit up to 10-14 people, but then had a smaller showing so we moved to a booth. Then as more of our league mates showed up, the staff was able to quickly and easily accommodate us back into the private room. We had our own private TV to connect the draft board to and our waitress Nataly was incredibly attentive. She made our evening by keeping our drinks filled and plates full. JP the manager was also great as he was very good with communicating and reaching out with availabilities and reservations. We got numerous local draft beers and pizzas from their happy hour. Their draft beers rotate frequently. Their mini pizzas on the HH menu were quality sizes and plenty for one person. I got the moon pie which was exceptional- sweet Viet style BBQ pulled pork with an egg on top. The chicken and waffle cone was a bit difficult to eat though. The waffle is a hard cone style and crumbles easily making a bit of a mess when trying to eat it without a plate, but seasoning and taste were great. I liked visiting this place, its really in such a perfect spot for patio dining. I've heard there's always live music playing there and can imagine it would be such a vibe. The dates on a pizza was a first for me and surprised me how well it complemented the sauce and prosciutto. The lunar fries, wow did not expect that big of a plate. I love waffle fries and the pulled pork with the mayo sauce on the side had me hooked. I guess price to quality and quantity ratio checks out here. One of the best places to get brunch. The food here is delicious. The fruits are always fresh and the chicken is always crispy. The waffle was the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I am not too fond of sweet foods and was a bit skeptical when looking at pictures beforehand, but I was wrong. The whip cream is fluffy and not too sweet. The syrup does not overpower the waffle or fruits. The place was packed and waiters were busy taking orders but that did not stop them from making sure the customers walking in were comfortable. We were seated quickly as the staff were working fast to clean up the table for the next guest. Overall, I have ate here multiple times and enjoyed it every time. 10/10 would recommend! read more

The food and vibes here were fantastic. We asked to sit outside as there was an event going on in the town square. The DJ was playing very catchy Latin beats. I went to ask him for his business card because it was insane how good the music was. We ordered the Ricky Bobby sandwich, club savoury waffle, and the It's Always Sunny skillet to share. These portions were very big, and it was such good brunch food. I loved the sweet potato fries as a side. They were seasoned so well. The Ricky Bobby has buffalo chicken, and I usually don't like buffalo chicken that much, but this one was so tasty. The club waffle was pretty tasty as well. I requested for the It's Always Sunny skillet to be made with scrambled eggs instead, which I know kind of defeats the meaning of the name, but it was decent. I just prefer a little bit of vegetables with my food. It was very much just a bunch of potatoes, steak, and eggs. I did think the mimosa pitcher for $35 was overpriced, especially for somewhere like Sugar Land. The huge mimosa pitchers in Austin are $25, and I think they have more in them. Not entirely sure though. We were asked to leave after two hours, which is their stated policy. What was a little strange though was when two friends came to join us, and they asked the host if it was okay for them to sit with us and order, and they said yes. But a different server later came and asked them to leave. Had a great time at Jupiter this past Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a wait to be seated, but then again we missed the brunch rush. We arrived about 6pm and we walked right in and were immediately seated. For a frequent customer, this was not normal but I loved it. Once seated our waiter Peter was very attentive and very friendly. He constantly checked in on us and made sure everything was going well. I hadn't had good service like that in quite some time. Delicious pizza with a bar in Sugar Land Town Square. They can get pretty busy around the brunch/dinner rush so we got a seat at the bar so I recommend coming on a weekday or not during rush. They have very creative oven pizza options and I wish we got to try more! We got half Jupiter and half Angry Rooster and enjoyed both thoroughly. The dates from the Jupiter on the pizza was a sweet surprise that balanced out the sauce and prosciutto. What a load of crap the yelp waitlist is. I called the restaurant to inquire about reservations, they said to book it on yelp. No other instructions. Join the 2 hour waitlist, arrive to check in and hostesses say that I now I'm have to join the restaurant waitlist. What in the heck? Then they argued that it's a flawed system but that's just the way it is. So what is the purpose of the yelp waitlist? I've never heard of such stupidity in my life. We came here for brunch and the food was good. There's typically a wait so I recommend signing up for the waitlist in advance. You can park in one of the free parking garages or the paid parking spots. We had the Pomegranate Mimosa pitcher, which seemed to never end. My grandson had the Kung-Fu, which is a kids pepperoni pizza. I had the Gold Member, which is a Belgian waffle, two slices of bacon, and two eggs and it was delicious. My nephew had the Southern Belle and he said the chicken was good. They have a nice indoor and patio area, and it's pet friendly, which is not my cup of tea because I don't like dogs around my food. Love this place! My friends and I end up calling it Jupiter's (which I'm now realizing is NOT the official name lol). The food here is always good and my most recent visit was highlighted by excellent service. There's typically a substantial wait on the weekends, but you can get in line online on Yelp which is nice. My friend and I waited around thirty minutes on a Sunday around 11:30am during my most recent visit. Once seated, though, we ordered and our food was brought out very quickly. Our waitress was kind and efficient. Also, your check is brought out in an old book which is such a charming touch. If you're the in the mood for brunch in Sugar Land, Jupiter Pizza & Waffle (Jupiter's) is a classic. They have an extensive menu (although I always get the same thing) and there's truly something for everybody. Be prepared for it to be crowded and loud-ish because this place is THAT popular! My friend and I came here for brunch and had a wonderful time. The sweet potatoes were the best thing here. It was crispy and thick with a nice touch of truffle oil, paired with a side of sauce with a bit of a kick. We shared regular sized pizza and replaced the pork with jack fruit. You could not tell that it was jack fruit so it was an amazing substitute. The jack fruit had a slight kick too but was balanced out by the blueberries and cheese. The pizza bread was also amazing, soft and slightly chewy. It was a very interesting combination and I'm glad we tried it. If you can only order one thing, get the sweet potatoe fries. Our waiter was very kind to answer our questions and quick service. The table was stable and clean. But. It was loud for 11 am on a Friday. Everything seems to echo a lot and sometimes it was hard to hear my friend. They do have an outdoor patio with heaters. I've been here a couple times for brunch. The waffles are soft & fluffy and the veggie omlette is full of veggies. Food comes out pretty quickly and the food is good. They have quite unique pizza combinations that look so good, I'll have to come back & try them one day. They are located in the sugarland town square so they stay busy and when an event is happening they are even more crowded. So definitely use the yelp wait list feature where you can instantly get on the wait list or join later where yelp will ask you the time you want to arrive & then notify you when to put your name on the wait list based on live wait times. I put my name on the list ~ 30 min before arrival & I was number 1 on wait list when I arrived. I've only eaten outside on the patio area which is great for a nice view of the square & people/event watching. There is some street parking with meters but otherwise there are 2 free parking lots at the square. read more

I love waffles and thought the best ones had a nice crispy exterior and soft texture inside. Jupiter offered waffles that come very soft and likely you best you'll ever eat. I got the "Fat Bastard" a waffle, eggs, sausage, bacon and a side. I chose the sweet potato waffle fries which are incredible on their own. The restaurant is likely to have large crowd and they don't accept reservations. I recommend that you take advantage of putting your name on the waiting list before your arrival. There was a literal dry bug in my food. I noticed it when I was halfway through eating my sweet potato fries. It was clearly a bug with multiple legs. I alerted my server and she also thought it was a bug and promptly whisked my plate away before I could snap a picture and took it around the restaurant to other servers who also thought it was a bug! Management made NO effort to come see me but sent back the server saying it was just a piece of rosemary seasoning. We went for a girls brunch and we all left feeling fat and happy :) The only reason I didn't give it five stars is 1) my friend's mimosa was mostly orange juice (but they did bring her a new one which was better balanced) and 2) the family restroom was pretty dirty. Went to Jupiter's for brunch and midway eating my southern belle I noticed there was a bug on my strawberry. Grossed out because I already ate a few strawberries and then I looked over to the French toast we had ordered and also noticed a bug on that strawberry. We told our server and she offered to remake the food. The southern belle did get remade but the French toast was not new.
